Became good friends with the Boy Who Lived
Chapter 24 Transfiguration Lesson
"See that boy? The one in the middle? He is Harry Potter..."
"Not only Harry Potter, do you see the boy on his left? His name is Grindelwald..."
When Aris, Harry and Ron were in class, after class, on the way back to the common room or to the restaurant, he could always hear people whispering.
Sometimes, because of the crowds of people watching, they were almost late for class. Once, Aries could no longer bear it, so he used the amplification spell to amplify his voice several times and shouted:
"Please keep some sense, classmates. As you can see, the grandson of the first Dark Lord and the Boy Who Lived did not grow three heads and six arms, nor are they rare animals in the zoo. As you have caused some trouble to our lives, we are classmates, so please stop watching us. Thank you for your cooperation!"
The students all showed some embarrassment on their faces, which gradually faded away. However, Mr. Filch came running over panting. He said viciously, "No magic in the corridor, Grindelwald. I will tell your dean..."
"Run!" Aris called out to Harry and Ron and they ran towards the classroom where they were going to have class.
The class they were going to attend was Professor McGonagall's Transfiguration class, and if they dared to be late, their homework would be multiplied several times.
However, they were still a little late. When Ron saw Professor McGonagall's ugly face, he hid behind Aries and Harry. A funny scene happened. Among the three people, Ron was the tallest.
Professor McGonagall said in a dissatisfied tone: "If I could turn you guys into clocks, would you have a better sense of time?"
Aeris explained somewhat ashamedly: "I'm sorry, Professor. I was in such a hurry that I took the wrong road."
Under Ron's leadership, they did take a detour. Professor McGonagall said, "Then let's turn it into a map. You won't even be able to find your seat, right?"
When Aeris sat next to Hermione, Hermione smiled with such gloating pleasure, Aeris rolled his eyes in annoyance and ignored her.
Professor McGonagall is a very serious and earnest witch. There is no need for her to repeatedly emphasize classroom discipline in her class. She just needs to stand in front of the class and few students under the podium dare to whisper.
Although Transfiguration was complex and subtle, after being explained by Professor McGonagall, Aries was able to quickly grasp the trick and even apply it to other situations.
In this class, they were asked to turn a match into a needle. It would be best if the needle had some patterns on it, and the more precise the better.
This was not a difficult task for Aries. While Hermione was still trying her luck with her match, Aries had already turned his match into a pin with dense patterns on it.
Aes constantly conceives, imagines, and materializes in his mind, making an object extremely clear in his mind, down to every detail.
Aeris placed the pin on the desk, muttered something to himself, then pointed his wand at the pin. With a gleam of light, the pin turned into the longsword of the Gryffindor Knight.
Hermione was stunned with shock. Her match had just become a little sharper, and such a huge sword was standing not far away from her.
The whole class was about to whisper to each other when Professor McGonagall cleared her cough. The whole class immediately quieted down. She walked over quickly and looked carefully at the sword standing on the desk.
After a while, Professor McGonagall said helplessly: "Mr. Grindelwald, I know you like the sword of Gryffindor, but you are a wizard, you can't always think about carrying a sword. I asked you to turn the match into a needle, not a sword."
Aeris scratched his head sheepishly and said, "I turned the match into a pin, and then into the Sword of Gryffindor."
"You mean you tried the second transformation?" Professor McGonagall asked. Aeris shook his wand lightly, and another flash of light appeared. The sword of Gryffindor disappeared, and a pin stood on the table. Professor McGonagall took the pin in her hand and observed it carefully.
"Very good, Mr. Grindelwald, ten points to Gryffindor!" Professor McGonagall said finally.
Aeris felt as if he had seen it wrong, because a hint of pride and pride flashed across Professor McGonagall's face.
“Is there anyone in this world who would be proud of my progress?” Aeris thought.
