He Yuzhu's days were spent in peace and busyness until one Thursday afternoon when he encountered an unexpected trouble. As he was walking to the classroom to prepare for his last class, he was suddenly called aside by the school's vice-president.

A few days later, He Yuzhu ran into Xu Damao in the library. Xu Damao seemed to be worried about something, so He Yuzhu politely went up to him and said, "Mr. Xu, you look a little different today, what's the matter?"

They highly praised your recent work performance, especially how you combined history teaching with students' actual feelings and your active participation in the community." The principal handed He Yuzhu the letter and continued, "They mentioned that your teaching methods and community service are valuable assets of our school."

He Yuzhu received the letter and felt a warm feeling in his heart. He said modestly: "Thank you, principal. I just do my best to help students understand history so that they can apply this knowledge in life."

The principal nodded, his expression serious. “Your approach is very effective, Mr. He. In fact, the Education Bureau mentioned that they hope you can start a series of lectures next semester to share your teaching experience and methods with other teachers.”

He Yuzhu was a little surprised, but also very excited. This was a good opportunity to showcase his teaching philosophy and expand his influence. After the success of He Yuzhu's lecture, his reputation in the education community gradually rose. During this time, he not only gained recognition in education, but also made unexpected gains in personal relationships. After the lecture, one of the teachers who attended the lecture, Zhang Lei, began to frequently exchange teaching experiences with him. He Yuzhu accepted the invitation and went to Zhang Lei's school on the weekend. They met in a warmly decorated classroom with students' works hanging on the walls and various teaching materials on the table. Zhang Lei and several other teachers were already waiting there.
