Could there be a false memory that the main personality fabricated during the trauma when he was created?

Are his values, perspectives and cognition normal?

Also, when a secondary personality replaces the main personality, there is a deviation between the memories of the real world and the secondary personality. Can the secondary personality accept everything in the real world, or will it think that this is a dream and this is a fictional world?

There is also a very crucial question: is the timeline of the secondary personality stagnant or does it advance along with the main personality?
