No one knows exactly how the Kekkei Genkai cleansing began.

All that was known was that there were rumors and speculations circulating in the town.

"I understand, and I appreciate it," Ao replied. Haku nodded and turned to Mei Terumi.

"I think we'd better understand the situation you are in." Haku said. Terumi nodded and began to concentrate.

"Currently, we have about four thousand ninjas with bloodline limits who have joined the rebels. Yagura is the Three-Tails Jinchuriki, and he has complete control over the power of the tailed beasts. He controls the Hidden Mist Village, and he has about six thousand ninjas without bloodline limits under his command." Mei Terumi began to explain.
