The domineering president meets her

Chapter 24 Doctor, how is she?

Before they knew it, the ambulance had arrived at the hospital. After various examinations, the medical staff gave Su Yin an IV and pushed her into the ward.

After completing the hospitalization procedures, Wen Heng paced anxiously in the corridor. When he saw Su Yin being pushed out, he hurried forward anxiously and asked, "Doctor, how is she?"

“Are you a relative of the patient?”

"Yes."

"The patient has passed the critical period and is in stable condition. But we need to strengthen observation tonight and have someone stay by his side at night," the nurse instructed carefully.

"When getting up, you can give the patient more water to drink and a semi-liquid diet for a day. If there are any abnormal conditions, you should give timely feedback."

"Okay, I understand." Wen Heng replied quickly.

After the patient was taken to the ward and settled down and various precautions were explained, the medical staff left.

Wen Heng looked at the medicine dripping slowly from the infusion tube, then looked at Su Yin, who was pale and breathing weakly on the hospital bed, and his heart felt as if it was being pulled.

"Mr. Wen, how is Su Yin doing now?" Xia Keke looked at the tall man in front of her, approached him cautiously and asked.

"The doctor said there's nothing serious, but someone needs to stay with him tonight and keep an eye on the situation. I'll stay and take care of him tonight, you go back first." Wen Heng instructed Xia Keke and turned to stare at the person on the bed.

"But I'm a little worried." Xia Keke felt that although Wen Heng seemed like a gentleman, Su Yin was in a coma after all. It didn't seem right for her to leave her to the care of a strange man without caring about her. She was a little hesitant.

Seeing the girl standing still, Wen Heng seemed to have guessed the reason for her hesitation and said, "Don't worry, go back. I can get through to Su Yin, which means I am her friend." After a pause, he said, "I have known her since childhood, don't worry."

Xia Keke tilted her head and thought about it.

Thinking back to what happened in the bar just now, it was simply a scene of a hero saving a beautiful girl; and when he picked up Su Yin, it seemed that Su Yin did not resist or reject him. This should be done by people who are familiar with each other.

"Then I'll come over early tomorrow. Sorry to bother you tonight."

Wen Heng simply said "hmm" without looking back.

Xia Keke looked at the man in front of her with his back to her without saying a word, and thought: I haven't heard Su Yin say that she has a boyfriend? But looking at the way this man in front of her does things, he seems to be a boyfriend, guarding Su Yin all the time. This man has a really strange temper, so cold.

Forget it, I'll ask Su Yin about the situation tomorrow.

Hearing the door behind him open and close, Wen Heng's mind returned to the person lying in front of him.

Sighed.

Looking at Su Yin lying lifeless on the hospital bed, he gently took one of her hands and gently put the back of her hand against his cheek, thinking: Su Yin, do you have to hide from me? What should I do so that you can feel my heart?

He had too many memories of her, and because he had never forgotten her, he looked at Su Yin's sleeping face, and the inexplicable emotions and obsession in his heart grew deeper and deeper.

The next day, Xia Keke came to the hospital early.

When he walked into the ward, he saw Wen Heng taking a nap beside Su Yin's bed. He tiptoed to the bedside and gently placed the breakfast and fruit basket in his hand on the bedside table beside the bed, ready to check whether Su Yin's drip was finished.

Unexpectedly, this subtle sound still woke up Wen Heng. He looked up with an alert look in his eyes. Seeing that the person was Xia Keke, he breathed a sigh of relief.

Seeing his tired face and dark circles under his eyes, "Mr. Wen, didn't you sleep all night last night?" Xia Keke asked in surprise.

Wen Heng shook his head: "I'm fine, I'm just a little worried about her."

"She's fine now, I'll go back first. I'll leave the rest to you." Wen Heng looked at Su Yin for a while before slowly standing up and turning away.

"..." Xia Keke opened her mouth to speak, but the other party didn't even look at her, and she didn't know how to start.

Not long after Wen Heng left, Su Yin slowly woke up. Her nose was filled with the familiar smell of disinfectant. She couldn't help but frown. When she opened her eyes, she saw Xia Keke looking at her seriously in front of the bed.

"Coco." Su Yin opened his dry lips and said hoarsely.

"Su Yin, you're awake! It's me. How do you feel now?" Xia Keke's eyes were red as she quickly stepped forward and asked, "You scared me last night. It's all my fault. I'm so sorry."

"I want to drink some water." Su Yin said with difficulty.

"Oh oh oh, look at my memory." Xia Keke gently picked up the water cup on the bedside table, helped Su Yin sit up, tucked in the pillow, and let Su Yin drink it slowly.

After drinking the water, Su Yin felt better. She looked around the room and came to her senses, remembering that she was in the hospital.

"Coco, thank you for taking care of me. What happened last night was an accident, so don't blame yourself." After the effect of the drug wore off, Su Yin still felt weak all over. She leaned slightly against the pillow and spoke weakly.

"It wasn't me who took care of you last night, it was Mr. Wen." Xia Keke explained anxiously.

Su Yin felt a slight headache and only then did she remember what happened last night. She vaguely remembered meeting Wen Heng.

"You mean Brother Wenheng?"

"Yes, Mr. Wen helped a lot!" Xia Keke recounted what happened last night in detail. "You asked me to check out last night. I walked to the cashier at the front desk, and Mr. Wen called in and asked where you were. I told him about your situation. You probably know what happened next."

Su Yin fell into deep thought.

It happened that the doctors came in groups to make rounds. After consulting Su Yin, they told Su Yin that she could go through the discharge procedures.

After hearing what the doctor said, Xia Keke happily ran to check out and be discharged from the hospital.

Wen Heng came to the company early in the morning after leaving and asked his secretary Hai Han to come to the office.

As soon as Hai Han entered the president's office, he felt the cold air around him. Seeing the president sitting in the office chair with messy hair and tired eyes, he did not dare to ask any more questions.

"Mr. Wen." He lowered his head and waited for instructions.

Wen Heng came out of his thoughts, waved to Hai Han to come forward, whispered a few words to him, and Secretary Hai left in a hurry.

An hour later, Hai Han drove to a ruined area, and the others walked through the dirty and messy place to the basement. The group quickly opened the door covered with mottled rust and could not see its original appearance. Wen Heng walked in slowly, and a pungent stench hit his nose, but it did not affect Wen Heng's eyes looking around.

I saw a man with his hands tied behind his back, wearing a black hood and being forced to kneel on the ground by people on both sides. Because his mouth was sealed with transparent tape, he could only make a humming sound.

Wen Heng's arrival made the group of tough-looking people immediately bow their heads and respectfully shout

"Master Wen."
