Hearing Luffy's words, everyone smiled. They completely understood what Luffy meant. He was giving Lab a new promise and a new meaning of waiting.

Rab roared once more, tears welling in his huge eyes.

"Usopp, help me get the paint!" Luffy smiled happily. He wanted to give Lab a reason not to hit the Red Earth Continent anymore.

Qi had a soft smile on his face as he quietly watched Luffy paint their mark on the whale so that he would stop crashing into the red earth continent, he could see that Luffy's smile was slowly making Lab's pain fade away.

Qi covered his ears subconsciously. He was startled by Nami's sudden scream.

"What's wrong? What's wrong?" Luffy jumped off the whale. He had painting tools in his hands and his face was covered with paint.

"What happened, my dear Nami-chan!" Sanji held a bowl of food in his hand, looked at Nami with a smile on his face and said, "As for the food, I have fully prepared it!"

"The compass is broken! It can't point the direction!" Nami said worriedly. She put the compass in her hand on the table and showed it to them. Sanji put the food on the table, while Luffy and Usopp curiously leaned closer to look at the compass on the table.

Qi was about to tell Nami the information he heard in Rogue Town, when Crocus, who had been standing aside and watching quietly, spoke up, "It seems that you came here without knowing anything."

He sighed and continued, "It's not that your compass is broken. It's impossible to tell the direction in this sea using the old methods. This is because some islands on the Grand Route contain a large amount of minerals, which causes the magnetic field of the entire Grand Route to be disordered."

"Magnetic field?" Nami frowned.

"Yes, so the ocean currents and wind directions here are also unpredictable. As a navigator, you should know how scary it is."

"It would be really hopeless if we can't confirm the direction." Nami said worriedly.

"If you want to sail on the Grand Line, you must have a recording needle." Crocus continued, "It is a special compass that can record magnetic force."

"Yeah, it does look weird," Crocus replied.

"Is that so?" Luffy asked, holding up a round object.

"Yes," replied Kurokas.

"How did you get it!" Nami showed a kind smile on her face, and quickly snatched the recording pointer from Luffy.

"It was those two strange guys who left it on the boat when they left," Luffy explained.

"Is this the recording pointer?" Nami looked curiously at the spherical transparent glass tied to her wrist. She could clearly see a magnetic needle inside.

"The islands of the Grand Line are linked together by magnetism according to a certain law. You can only go to the next island by using the recording pointer to completely record the magnetic field of the island you are on. There are a total of seven magnetic lines on the Grand Line. All the lines will eventually converge on one route, and then finally reach a location, which is the legendary island 'Raftel'."

"Does this mean One Piece is out there!" Usopp asked excitedly.

"That's true, but no one has ever been there, so there's no way to know if it's there," said Kurokas.

"You'll know if you go and see this kind of thing." Luffy said with a smile.

"Ah, have you eaten?" Zoro jumped off the boat with a yawn and walked towards the table where the food was.

"What's wrong with them?" Luffy said while chewing the meat in his hand.

"This is a sign of their good relationship." Qi said with a smile as he looked at Zoro and Sanji who had already started fighting.

"Oh, Zoro and Sanji have such a good relationship!" Luffy said with a smile.

"Don't eat all the meat!" Usopp looked at the food on the table that was almost finished by Luffy, and hurriedly took the remaining food in his hands.

"Qi, this is delicious!" Luffy threw a piece of elephant fish trunk to Qi while eating.

“It’s really delicious.”

In this way, Qi, Luffy and Usopp enjoyed the food while watching the battle between Zoro and Sanji. Nami fiddled with the record pointer on her wrist until the record pointer on Nami's wrist was suddenly broken by the wind brought by Zoro.

"It seems you already have one." Qi dodged Nami's attack with a smile.

"Then let's get ready to go! We're done with dinner anyway!" Luffy said with a smile, touching his full stomach.

"Ah! You've finished eating everything!" Usopp looked at the empty table in shock.

"Hey, hello, I have something to ask of you!"

Everyone turned to look at the people who made the sound. They were the two strange people who were knocked unconscious by Luffy today. The one who spoke was the man with orange hair, and next to him was the beautiful blue-haired girl.

"Our ship is damaged. Can we take your ship to Whiskey Peak?" The blue-haired girl asked carefully while kneeling on the ground.

"What are your names?" Qi asked.

"My name is Mr. 9." The orange-haired man responded hastily, "She is my partner, Ms. Wednesday."

"But just now, our recording pointer was damaged." Nami said helplessly, showing the broken pointer in her hand.

"What! You broke it!" The two people who had just acted very humble immediately changed their expressions when they heard the news. They shouted angrily, "That's our stuff, and you broke it. We just begged humbly, but in the end you still can't go anywhere?"

"But we have another deputy captain." Nami showed them a proud expression.

"I'm sorry, please forgive us, gentlemen!" The two people who had been so arrogant just now knelt down again in an instant, pretending to be flattering on their faces, but they were cursing in their hearts.

"Okay, then you guys get on the boat and we're going to Whiskey Peak." Luffy said indifferently. He also wanted to see what the island with a strange name looked like.
