"It's Kaskia and Kukachi leaves." Chopper replied.

"Okay, I'll leave the treatment to you then."

Chopper nodded happily and continued his treatment.

After treatment, Qi was the first person to wake up, followed by Sanji.

When Qi woke up, he saw Luffy lying on the bed opposite him. He turned to look at the old lady standing by and drinking. He thought that this old lady should be the doctor called the witch, so he asked politely, "Hello, how is Luffy?"

"His fever has subsided a lot." Kuleha said as she looked at the sleeping boy lying on the bed, and then introduced herself, "I'm a doctor, Dr. Kuleha, you can call me Doctor Gulewa."

"Doctor, do you know what caused Luffy's condition? And when can he wake up?" Qi looked at the sleeping Luffy. He understood that Luffy was fine. Luffy's breathing was no longer heavy, and his body was not as hot as before.

"This." Kuleha said as she tilted Luffy's head to the side and pulled down the back of his clothes, revealing the bite marks on his shoulder. "This is why he has a fever. He was bitten by a poisonous insect called Kaskia that lives in tropical areas. It is a poisonous parasite that releases a kind of bacteria into the human body after biting. It will lurk in the human body for five days, during which time the person will have a high fever until the fifth day. After five days, the person bitten will die."

Upon hearing the news, Qi and Sanji opened their eyes wide, somewhat in disbelief, yet also somewhat glad that they had made it in time.

"But his case is more serious than a normal bite from a poisonous insect like cascia, because he was also scratched by a plant called kukachi leaf. Normally this plant is not poisonous, but the property of this plant is to accelerate the growth of bacteria."

Kuleha explained, "This caused the Caschia bacteria to grow faster in his body, and also accelerated and aggravated his fever, shortening the original five-day incubation period to four days. If you had come one day later, he would have died."

After a moment of silence, Qi broke the solemn atmosphere and said with a smile, "This is why we need a doctor. If this happens again, we can find it in time and get treatment."

"Yeah." Sanji responded.

"Doctor Gulewa, it's time to give him medicine!"

A creature with a blue nose that looked like both a reindeer and a raccoon walked in from the door with medicine, then climbed directly onto Luffy's bed and fed him the medicine.

"What is he?" Sanji asked confused.

Chopper, who was feeding medicine, froze when he heard Sanji's voice. He didn't notice that the people in the two beds on the other side had woken up.

Kuleha blocked Chopper's body, allowing him to continue feeding the medicine, and looked at the two men on the other side and said, "You haven't introduced yourselves yet."

"I'm Sanji," Sanji replied immediately.

"I'm Qi." Qi responded.

Kuleha said, "How about you two take a break? We will take good care of the boy."

“He’s our captain,” Qi added.

"Are you pirates?" Kuleha asked. She could feel Chopper's curiosity when he heard the word pirates.

"Yes, the Straw Hat Pirates have just entered the Grand Line not long ago." Sanji said with a smile.

"So who is he?" Qi asked curiously as he looked at the reindeer that was feeding Luffy medicine.

"He's Chopper, just an ordinary reindeer..." Kuleha replied.

"But reindeer can't talk or walk on two legs," Sanji retorted.

"He just ate the Human-Human Fruit." Kuleha replied with a smile, "I passed on all my medical skills to him."

Qi and Sanji looked at each other and thought at the same time that if Luffy saw such a strange creature, he would definitely invite him on board.

"Meat!!!"

Luffy just opened his eyes and saw the reindeer in front of him grab him excitedly. When he was about to bite him, the reindeer broke free from his hand and its body began to grow bigger.

"Shut up!!" Chopper enlarged his body, hurriedly broke free from Luffy's hand, and shouted angrily, "I'm not food!!"

Luffy and the others looked at the enlarged Chopper in shock, and then Luffy excitedly shouted "Wow, it's amazing, it can talk!"

"And he walks on two legs," Sanji added with a smile.

"Hahaha, is he some kind of monster?" Luffy excitedly shouted to Chopper, "Be my partner! Monster!"

"We'll have a doctor soon." Qi grinned.

Chopper opened his eyes wide, stunned, then bared his teeth and yelled, "Stupid... idiot!! I'm a reindeer, how can I be friends with humans!!"

"Of course!" Luffy smiled happily, "Join my pirate group, monster, and become a pirate with us!"

"You see me, aren't you afraid of me? I'm a reindeer, but I can talk and walk on two legs." Chopper said with wide eyes and trembling voice, "and I have a blue nose."

"These are awesome, so fun!" Luffy said excitedly, then looked at Chopper expectantly, "You must be my partner!"

"No...Impossible!" Chopper shouted, then quickly rushed out of the room.

"Wait..." Luffy was about to jump off the bed to chase the reindeer when he was stopped by an old woman. "Get out of the way, old woman, I must make that reindeer my partner!"

"You can't get out of bed no matter what, kid!" Kuleha scolded, "You actually want to take away my reindeer while I'm still here. And who are you calling an old woman?! I'm just a young girl who's only 130 years old!!" Dr. Kuleha threw Luffy back on the bed.

"Luffy, give him some time." Qi said with a smile and teased, "Just take a good rest first."

"I don't want it, I'm fine!" Luffy muttered, then looked at Sanji with wide eyes, hoping that he could help get the old woman to let him out.

"Is there a kitchen here?" Sanji avoided Luffy's gaze, turned to look at the old woman and asked with a smile.

"Just down the hallway," Kuleha replied, and watched him walk out of the room.

"Qi~" Luffy looked at Qi and asked for his help.

"I'm sorry, I can't help you, Luffy." Qi said with a smile, "Just wait here, Sanji will bring food soon."

"Food!" Luffy immediately became excited when he heard about food. He was very hungry and he wanted to make up for all the meat he had not eaten in the past few days.

"Kid, do you really want to take him away?" Kuleha said with a smile, but there was a hint of worry in her voice. "There is a wound in his heart that even doctors can't heal... If you can heal it, then take him away."

"Wound?" Luffy asked in confusion.
