【One Piece】Dawn in the Darkness

"Right, Lucci, Sabo..." Ace and Luffy said together in the direction that seemed to be Sabo and Lucci. Before they finished speaking, they saw only stones in front of them, with no trace of Sabo and Lucci.

Ace and Luffy bit their lower lips to hold back their sadness. Luffy turned his back to Ace, drooped his shoulders, sighed, and murmured with a pout, "...Lucci and Sabo are really considerate brothers..."

"It hurts!! Sabo and Lucci won't keep hitting me like this!!" Luffy shouted angrily at Ace, covering his head with his hands.

"What did you say!?" Then the two brothers had a fierce quarrel.

"Country?" Dadan looked at the note in his hand in shock. It said "Independently established a country - Ace Luffy"

Dadan walked out in surprise, but looked speechlessly at the Luffy Country and Ace Country built casually in front of the house.

"We must master the power to live alone. You will be the country of Dadan in the future!" Luffy said angrily while sitting in his own Luffy country.

"I occasionally use the bathroom." Ace supported his cheek with his hand and said boredly while sitting in his own Ace Kingdom.

The next day, Ace and Luffy run into the forest to hunt as usual, and since they are still mad at each other and Luffy has decided to master the power to live on his own, Luffy argues and decides to hunt separately from Ace, determined to prove to Ace that he can hunt alone.

Ace looked at Luffy's stubborn back angrily, and said angrily, "Don't ask me for help when the time comes, Luffy!!"

After staring at his little brother's back angrily for a while, Ace decided to follow him. He would definitely ask for help when the time comes, Ace thought angrily.

"Luffy, you haven't caught the prey yet!" Ace said with a mocking tone while sitting leisurely on the tree.

"I'll catch him soon, just wait and see, Ace!!" Luffy said angrily with a pout.

"Hmph!" Ace closed his eyes leisurely. He believed that Luffy would ask him for help soon.

Luffy was looking for traces of prey below and found that the bushes in front seemed to move. Luffy was very excited. He wanted to prove himself to Ace. Luffy walked forward with his pipe. Suddenly, a huge hungry bear appeared in front of Luffy. Luffy was startled and clenched the pipe in his hand tightly, assuming a fighting posture.

When they encountered bears or tigers before, they always went together as a group of four, so he should ask Ace for help, right? He didn't want Ace to get even more angry with him for not calling him in time.

"Ace, help me! It's a bear!!"

"Well... don't you have to survive on your own?" Ace said with a smile, resting his head on his hands, and then Ace prepared to jump down to help Luffy.

Luffy heard what Ace said and decided to defeat the bear himself to prove it to Ace. Luffy picked up the pipe and rushed towards the bear, hitting the bear's eyes with the pipe. When Luffy was hit, he instantly lost consciousness.

"Luffy!!!" Ace heard a beast roar, and was horrified to see Luffy was suddenly hit by the bear's claws and flew to the ground. Then a large amount of blood gushed out from the ground where Luffy was lying. Ace was frightened and jumped down quickly, ran to Luffy and picked up Luffy. He was horrified to see a large amount of blood flowing from Luffy's body. Ace quickly tied the cloak on Luffy, picked up the hat and put it on Luffy's head, carried Luffy on his back and ran towards Dadan's residence in panic.

"Hello!! Is there anyone in Dadan Country? Luffy is injured! Help him get treatment quickly!!" Ace knocked on the door hard and shouted in panic.

"Okay, okay, come in!" Magula said hurriedly.

Magura looked at Luffy's serious injuries and said, "This is no joke... If the wound was any deeper, he would have died... In the past, you three fought beasts together, right?"

Ace sat in the corner, leaning against the wall, covering his tearful eyes with his arms, saying painfully and self-blamingly, "I'm sorry, Luffy... I'm sorry... It's all my fault..."

"I will definitely win today!" Luffy shouted while swinging his right hand and attacking Ace. Ace looked at Luffy and smiled, then rushed towards Luffy, attacked Luffy with his feet, and kicked him aside.

After several days of training, Ace and Luffy went together to find the bear that injured Luffy, to avenge Luffy.

Ace looked at the bear in front of him and got into a fighting stance, and when the bear attacked, Ace and Luffy jumped up to avoid his attack, and Ace raised his pipe and threw it into the bear's mouth, then rushed forward and hit the bear's head hard with his fist, and Luffy followed closely behind and attacked the bear's head with all his strength with the pipe.

"Great! Let's have bear meat hotpot today!!" The two brothers fist-bumped each other to express their victory.

When Sengoku entered his office, Garp was wondering where Lucci might be. Since Long said that Lucci was missing a month ago, neither the Navy Government nor Long found any information about Lucci.
