Chapter 162 Goblin Guide

Colin and Connie had been on the journey for several days. Although both of them were first-level wizards and had already mastered the art of flying, with Charles as their mount and the relatively fast speed, who would be willing to fly by themselves?

In the past few days, while the two were flying to the Rock Crack Canyon, they killed quite a few natives along the way. However, these were probably the old, weak, sick and disabled. The stronger ones with combat capabilities had already been concentrated in the Rock Crack Canyon.

According to Charles's predicted flying speed, he will be able to reach the vicinity of the rock crevice canyon tomorrow, and after some reconnaissance, he can return.

……

"Chief, Lord Griphook, where are we going?" asked the Draenei.

"Yes, he sneaked out the night before yesterday and has been gone for the whole day without letting me rest. Where did he go?"

"Well, since everyone asked, I'll talk about it. Everyone is tired, so let's take a half-hour break." Delaney saw that no one was chasing them and everyone was tired after walking all day, so he sat down and said.

"Griphook, please tell me in detail." Delany said with a roll of his eyes.

"This will make me hate you." Lahuan thought secretly in his heart, but he couldn't help but say it.

"Brothers, I know that you are all warriors who are not afraid of sacrifice, but our tribe has less than 3000 young people. If we all die in battle, who will protect our homes and wives and daughters?" Seeing that everyone was listening to him seriously, Lahhu became more excited.

"This time, under the leadership of Chief Draenei, we will change the way everyone lives, and perhaps we can get a new life." The other goblins were still absorbing Griphook's words.

After a pause, Griphook continued, "We have decided to seek refuge with those foreign tribes. In the future, our tribe may become even stronger, and one day we may even restore the glory of the Goblin Dynasty."

"So they want us to be traitors."

"Yes, I've known for a long time that Griphook is not a decent boy. He behaved badly when he was a child and even peeped at Aunt Weiner taking a bath."

"Yes, yes. He also often steals and robs people. He often hides the prey he kills."

"...I&, is this the image I have in everyone's mind? Aunt Weiner is so old, and I peeked at her taking a bath?" Lahhook thought indignantly.

"Stop, stop, everyone listen to me." Delaney saw that the scene was a bit chaotic and interrupted everyone's speech.

"This is also my decision, and it's for everyone. Well, since you still have the energy to argue, let's get going. Get up, go, go quickly, and don't let others find you." Draenei quickly called out to the tribesmen sitting on the ground.

Just as the Draenei had gathered their troops and were about to set off towards the wizard base, a member of the tribe shouted, "Chief, look, what's flying in the sky in the distance? It's getting closer and closer."

Hearing the shouts of their tribesmen, Draenei and Griphook looked over and said, "Hey, could it be those alien races?"

"Kneel down, everyone kneel down." As soon as everyone stood up and formed a formation, the patriarch Draenei gave this order.

The goblins looked at each other, not knowing whether they should kneel down.

"Hurry, those foreign masters are coming over, kneel down quickly."

Hearing Draenei's urging again, all the goblins knelt down helplessly, waiting for Colin and Connie to approach.

"Colin, look at what those goblins are doing. Why are they all kneeling down?" Connie saw the group of goblins from afar. They were originally quite orderly, but as if they saw her and Colin, they knelt down instead.

"Well, probably begging for mercy. Come on, Charles, fly closer and take a look."

"Could it be a scam?"

"They are not even first-level creatures. Aren't they just scum in front of us two official wizards? It's okay. Let's go, Charles."

Soon, Colin and Connie flew above Delaney, Griphook and the others.

"My Lords, I am your servant, Draenei. I want to lead my people to revolt and am willing to follow you to overthrow the brutal rule of the acacia tree."

After hearing Delaney's words, Colin and Connie looked at each other. After telling Connie to be careful, Colin jumped down alone.

"Come forward and tell me the details," Colin pointed at the Draenei and said. (Colin, who had used the language in the wizard base, had already learned the language of the acacia plane creatures.)

"Sir, we fought with you more than a month ago. We know your power and we don't want to fight you at all. But the brutal acacia trees and their minions, the Kanin wasps, didn't want to let us go. They forced us to gather in the rock canyon and prepare to attack your base in half a month. We just didn't want to continue being their running dogs, so we escaped and prepared to surrender to you."

After listening to Draenei's explanation, Colin finally understood why these goblins appeared here.

Colin pondered for a while and asked, "How many people are gathered in that canyon now?"

"I'm not sure about the exact number, but there are more than twenty giant acacia trees above level one. Kanin wasps above level one usually stay in their nests on the giant trees, so I've only seen a few of them. But there must be a nest on each giant tree." Draenei replied cautiously.

"That means there may be more than 50 level one creatures?" Colin said to himself.

"It's hard to say, but sir, I feel there must be at least 40 of them," said Delaney.

"This information is not accurate. I still need to go and see it myself."

"My lord..." Draenei was interrupted by Griphook before he could finish his words.

"Sir, I will go with you. I am familiar with the situation and I can be very useful." Griphook, who was behind Draenei, saw the opportunity and immediately knelt down and spoke.

"This guy really knows how to pick the right time. He actually got there first." Delaney thought to himself.

Colin looked at Draenei, then at the goblin who interrupted him. Seeing that Draenei didn't say anything, Colin didn't take it seriously. It was the same for everyone anyway.

"Okay, then Draenei continues to lead this group of goblins to our base, and I will send a message back to pick you up. As for you, what's your name? Come with me later." Colin made a decision quickly.

"Sir, my name is Griphook. I am an important assistant to the Draenei chieftain and your most humble servant." Griphook said flatteringly.

Half an hour later, the Draenei led their people to continue their advance. After Colin brought the news that more than 3000 goblins had surrendered back to the wizard base, he flew onto Charles' back with Griphook.

"Come on, Charles, it's the pull ring, right? You have to hold on tight. If you fall, I won't take care of you." Colin said.

It was Griphook's first time flying, and his heart was about to jump out of his throat. He held on tightly to the scales on Charles' back, and was worried that he would fall off. However, since he chose to stand up and wanted to show something, he could not regret it now.

Charles didn't pay any special attention to the goblin on his back, but continued to fly towards the rock canyon at a normal speed.
