Hogwarts: The Savior's Strong Cousin

Chapter 155 Anne was silent for a moment

"Do you know who might do something like this to Dudley?" Hermione asked, her voice full of concern.

Anne was silent for a moment, then shook her head.

“I don’t know,” she said softly. “Dudley has always been a difficult kid, but I never thought anyone would do something like this to him. I just hope he wakes up soon and we can figure out what’s going on.”

Harry and his friends also felt helpless and frustrated. They knew that it would not be easy to find the murderer, especially without any clues. But they were determined to work hard until they found the truth.

A few days passed, and Dudley's condition did not improve. He was still unconscious, and the doctors were not sure when he would wake up. During this time, Harry and his friends kept going to the Dursleys, trying their best to help Anne take care of Dudley, and also looking for any possible clues.

However, their investigation did not make any progress. No one was willing to provide any information about Dudley's attack, and it seemed that the whole incident was shrouded in a shadow of mystery. Harry and his friends became increasingly frustrated, but they were determined to persevere until they found the truth.

Just when they were about to give up, an unexpected clue suddenly appeared. During an afternoon investigation, they found a tiny trace on a piece of clothing that seemed to be left by Dudley. They immediately sent the clothing to the Ministry of Magic for inspection, hoping to find some clues.

A few days later, the results came back. The marks found on the clothes were linked to a magical substance called "Tracking Powder." Tracking Powder is an extremely rare magical substance that can leave marks on the victim, helping investigators track the attacker's whereabouts.

"That's great!" Harry said excitedly, he finally saw a glimmer of hope. "Now we have a clue, we can track down the whereabouts of Dudley's attacker!"

Harry and his friends immediately set out to investigate using the clues left by the tracking powder. They traveled through town, searching every possible place in the hope of finding any trace of Dudley's attacker.

During the investigation, they found some valuable clues. They found some witnesses who said that they saw a figure running away from the Dursleys on the day of Dudley's attack. This figure was soon confirmed to be a follower of Voldemort named Crouch.

"Crouch!" Harry muttered, his eyes blazing with anger. "This is the man who attacked Dudley! We must catch him!"

After Harry and his friends determine the identity of the murderer, they decide to take action to bring Crouch to justice. However, they must tread carefully to avoid exposing their identities, knowing that Voldemort's followers may appear at any time.

Just as they were discussing their plan of action, an unexpected guest appeared at the Dursleys' door. Vernon Dursley, Dudley's father, walked into the living room. His face was full of false kindness, but Harry and his friends knew that it was just a fake.

"Annie, I heard something bad happened to Dudley, so I came to see him." Vernon's voice was full of false sympathy.

A hint of dissatisfaction flashed across Anne's face, but she politely invited Vernon into the house.

"Thank you for coming, Vernon," she said, her voice a little tired. "But Dudley is still in a coma, and the doctor said his condition is not good."

"Oh, that's too bad," said Vernon, with mock regret. "I just happened to have some free time when I came here, so I came to see him."

Harry and his friends felt uneasy, they knew Vernon didn't care about Dudley's safety, he just wanted to take this opportunity to show himself. But they also knew that this was not the time to conflict with Vernon, they had to be careful.

"I'm sure Dudley will recover soon," Vernon continued, his voice full of false comfort. "I have informed my lawyers, and we will do everything we can to ensure that Dudley receives the best possible care."

Harry and his friends had a bad feeling when they heard this. They knew that Vernon was not doing this for Dudley's sake, but to protect his own interests. They had to act carefully to avoid exposing their plans.

"Thank you, Vernon," Anne said, with a hint of gratitude in her voice. "I know you've been trying to help us."

Vernon smiled and nodded, then turned and left the Dursleys. Harry and his friends were filled with anger, they knew Vernon was just putting on a show, he didn't care about Dudley's safety. But at this moment, they had to focus on tracking down the murderer.

A few days later, Harry and his friends finally found Crouch's hiding place. They followed him quietly, waiting for the right time to act. When they were sure that Crouch was alone, they decided to act.

Late one night, Harry and his friends sneaked into Crouch's hiding place. They carefully walked through a deserted building and came to a dark room. Crouch was sitting there with a gloomy face, as if waiting for something.

"You're the one who attacked Dudley, Crouch!" Harry shouted, his voice full of anger and determination.

Crouch was startled, he immediately stood up and tried to run away. But Harry and his friends were ready, they immediately launched a siege. The struggle began, the room was filled with fierce fighting sounds and magical sparks.

Harry and his friends had a fierce duel with Crouch. Crouch used all kinds of dark magic to attack them, but Harry and his friends were not afraid. They were determined to bring him to justice. They used their magical skills to attack Crouch continuously, trying to subdue him.

After a fierce battle, Harry and his friends finally succeeded in subduing Crouch. They handed him over to the officials of the Ministry of Magic to deal with the criminal.

"Finally, justice has been served," said Harry, his voice full of triumph. "Now Dudley can get justice, and we can all rest easy."

After Harry and his friends successfully subdued Crouch, they returned to the Dursleys and told Anne the good news. But when Anne heard them talk about Dudley's attack, she showed a hint of surprise and confusion on her face.
