Hogwarts: The Savior's Strong Cousin

Chapter 16 Wizard training: lifting weights, protein powder, and using weights!

Dudley's voice was very loud, so Dumbledore and others could hear the extremely crazy "Brother D's Killing Fist" from a long distance away.

"Stupid Dursley, you think you can create your own spells by saying something incomprehensible?"

Professor Snape clearly took things personally.

However, when he saw the troll unconscious with his jaw dislocated and hanging to one side, he still felt a rare shock.

It was even more shocking than the first time he saw the giant monster with his own eyes.

Professor Quirrell just glanced at the troll, then let out a weak sob and clutched his chest tightly.

Dudley saw it all and felt disdainful.

Old Voldemort has no vision. He possessed this guy's body. Even if he was not there, Harry and the other two could easily deal with the troll. Why did he do this?

"You're lucky you weren't killed by it. Why don't you just stay in the dormitory?"

There was cold anger in Professor McGonagall's voice. Harry and Ron both lowered their heads.

"Please don't, they're looking for me."

"I came looking for the troll because I...I thought I could handle it on my own."

Hermione struggled to stand up straight, and what followed was the plot that Dudley was most familiar with. Miss Granger took all the blame and attributed the credit of knocking out the troll entirely to Dudley, Harry and Ron.

Ron was stunned. In his opinion, the fact that this well-behaved little girl could take the initiative to take responsibility was as outrageous as Snape giving candy to Gryffindor students on Halloween.

Harry was also extremely shocked, but Dudley looked as if he had expected it. He even took out a handful of Beebe Every-Flavour Beans from somewhere and started chewing them.

"Pah! It tastes like booger again!"

After spitting out a pool of indescribable stuff, Dudley raised his head, looked at the surprised eyes of the people around him, and shrugged.

"What, haven't you eaten it before?"

Professor McGonagall held up her glasses, and Snape turned his back unhappily, not wanting to look at the big face that annoyed him so much.

"Five points will be deducted from Gryffindor for your reckless behavior, Miss Granger."

Minerva was a very strict professor. She would never go easy on the little lions just because she was in charge of Gryffindor College. In other words, when it came to deducting points, she had a stricter system for Gryffindor students than for students from other colleges.

"If you are not injured, you'd better get back to Gryffindor Tower as soon as possible."

Hermione turned around, looked at Dudley deeply, and then left slowly.

Only after Miss Granger had gone far away did Professor McGonagall sigh and turn to the three little lions.

"Well, you're lucky. Not many first years can take on a grown troll. Each of you wins five points for Gryffindor."

"I will inform Professor Dumbledore. You can go now."

Harry and Ron blinked and hurriedly dragged Dudley away, as if they were afraid that Professor McGonagall would go back on her word.

When there were no students around, Severus slowly turned around and looked at the troll on the ground seriously.

"There shouldn't be such dangerous creatures in the castle."

"Any idea?"

Professor McGonagall shook her head. Although Professor Quirrell beside her was behaving strangely, the matter was at hand and she could not make a final decision.

"But Dudley Dursley is really amazing."

"What kind of magic did he use to beat the troll into this state?"

The two experienced wizards thought hard.

They understood that simply using the levitation spell to make the big stick fall would not do anything to the thick-skinned troll unless the troll had been injured before that.

So, how did a first-year student from a Muggle family who didn't know many spells do it?

McGonagall and Snape looked at each other in silence, frowning.

At the door of the Gryffindor common room, Harry and the other two saw Miss Granger who had been waiting for a long time.

"Thank you."

After being pushed by Dudley, Ron scratched his head and muttered something. It was a great achievement to make a boy of this age bow his head.

Hermione laughed, and all three of them were stunned. At least, in Dudley's opinion, Miss Granger's smile was particularly pleasing to the eye.

"What a pity...the actor in the movie version...tsk tsk."

Dudley didn't say what he was thinking, nor did he see that there was something unclear and strange in Hermione's eyes when she looked at him.

The troll incident was considered a false alarm by most students. The next day, Professor Dumbledore announced that the troll in the dungeon had been rendered harmless by "experienced teachers" and Hogwarts soon returned to its former vitality.

It seems that after this incident, Miss Granger is no longer so obsessed with rigid school rules. In Ron's words, "She has become much cuter now."

Everyone had something to do. Harry was busy with Quidditch training, Ron was catching up on his homework that was making him anxious, and Hermione was enriching her reading as usual.

As for Dudley, he increased the intensity of his physical training.

"Nine hundred and ninety-two..."

Muttering the numbers in a low voice, Dudley bent his arms hard and slowly raised the huge dumbbells.

His arms were several centimeters thicker than when he first entered school, and his bulging muscles were crisscrossed with blood vessels. Only he could feel the powerful strength contained within them.

Mr. Dursley still felt a little upset that he didn't knock the troll down with one punch.

Although the system was considerate and gave Harry a reward for "helping Harry defeat the troll": mastering levitation, Dudley still stubbornly believed that his training level was not good enough, so even Harry and Ron rarely saw him outside the playground and cafeteria.

"Too lazy!"

"With this level, how can you kill Voldemort with one punch?"

Putting down the dumbbell that was bigger than a human head, Dudley sighed softly.

"Bang bang."

The door knocked twice, and soon, Wood's figure appeared at the door.

"This is a special bat just for you, Dursley. Don't act like you did a few days ago. Do you understand?"

Handing Dudley a tin-covered bat, Wood looked at the furnishings in the room in amazement.

This was a room specially approved by Dumbledore, so Dudley could enjoy this spacious bedroom all to himself. But in Wood's eyes, this bedroom didn't look like a wizard at all.

Sandbags, dumbbells, barbells, and even some training equipment that he couldn't understand given his experience.

Dudley touched his head naively. He didn't mean it, it was just that the training bats at Hogwarts could not withstand his casual swings. Even five of the Bludgers were deflated. He was going to take part in a competition with Harry tomorrow, so it was no wonder that Wood personally sent the customized bats to him.

"Have a good rest, tomorrow is the day to make our Gryffindor famous!"

Wood patted Dudley's shoulder, and Dursley gave him a simple smile in return.

"I see. We can beat up those snake cubs now, right?"

Wood didn't dare to say anything.

This “deadly blow” is a metaphor, right?

Metaphors are best!
