Hogwarts: The Savior's Strong Cousin

Chapter 172 What decision?

Harry frowned, "Are they related to Dudley's matter?"

The man in black nodded. "It's possible. I heard they are trying to cover up some unspeakable secrets."

Harry was shocked. This was beyond his imagination. "Do you have any evidence?"

The man in black was silent for a moment, then handed Harry a document that recorded some exchanges between students involving bullying and intimidation.

"These are your evidences." The man in black said mysteriously, "Be careful, they are very powerful."

Harry took the document, his heart filled with anger and determination. "Thank you, but please tell me your name."

The man in black shook his head. "I'm sorry, I can't tell you. But you have to be careful, Harry."

After saying that, the man in black turned and left, disappearing into the darkness. Harry stood on the lawn, holding the document tightly in his hand, his anger burning in his heart.

The next morning, Harry found Hermione and Ron with the documents. The three of them read the contents of the documents carefully and confirmed the connection between the Dursley family and some students.

"This is the evidence we need." Hermione said seriously, "We can report to the headmaster now."

Harry nodded, "Yes, we can't wait any longer."

Harry and his friends then went to see Headmaster Dumbledore, who presented the documents they had found in detail, describing the bullying practices that the Vernon Dursleys and the students were involved in.

Dumbledore was silent for a moment, his face showing a hint of seriousness. "This is indeed a serious problem. I will take immediate action."

Harry was relieved, knowing that the truth had finally come to light, but he was still worried about Dudley's condition.

A few days later, important news came from the campus. The Vernon Dursley family and the students involved in bullying were thoroughly investigated by the school, their behavior was exposed to the public, and they were severely punished.

Dudley gradually came to, and Aunt Petunia finally showed a relieved smile on her face. She thanked Harry and his friends for helping to uncover the truth and make justice prevail.

Harry stood by the window, looking at the bright sunshine on the campus. Although everything had calmed down, there was still a question in his mind that had not been resolved.

"Why would Vernon do this to Dudley?" Harry asked himself.

Just then, Hagrid appeared beside Harry. "Harry, you did very well."

Harry turned and looked at Hagrid. "Hagrid, you're back."

Harry's heart trembled when he heard Hagrid's voice. Hagrid had been his friend and mentor for many years, but he had never expected to hear news like this.

"Hagrid, what did you say?" Harry looked confused and surprised.

Hagrid frowned, as if realizing that his words might have been too sudden. "I'm sorry, Harry, I shouldn't have said that."

"No, wait," Harry interrupted Hagrid, "you just said you were going to the Night's Watch, to protect the Wall. But you also mentioned..."

Hagrid was silent for a moment, then looked at Harry firmly. "Harry, you know I've always been a man of few words. But I have to tell you this."

Harry looked at Hagrid, his heart full of doubt and expectation. "What is it, Hagrid?"

Hagrid took a deep breath, "Harry, the fact is, I am your... illegitimate father."

Harry was stunned, he looked at Hagrid in disbelief. This news was too sudden for him to accept immediately.

"You mean... you are my father?" Harry's voice trembled a little.

Hagrid nodded, "Yes, Harry. I always am."

Harry's heart was in turmoil. He had known since he was a child that he was an orphan, but he had never thought that he would learn that his biological father was a man like Hagrid.

"Why did you hide this?" Harry asked with difficulty.

Hagrid sighed, "It's a complicated story, Harry. Something happened between your mother and me back then, but in the end we didn't end up together."

Harry was stunned, "Then...where's my mother?"

Hagrid looked serious, "Your mother was a very brave and kind woman. She gave her life protecting you."

Harry's heart was churning, and he felt an indescribable sadness and anger. He had thought for many years that Hagrid was just a friend and mentor, but now he suddenly found himself connected to Hagrid on a deeper level.

"Why are you telling me now?" Harry asked with a hint of pain in his voice.

Hagrid was silent for a moment, "I have always wanted to protect you and allow you to live a normal life. But now, I think you have the right to know the truth."

Harry slowly sat down on the bed, his heart filled with mixed emotions. "I... I don't know what to say."

Hagrid walked up to Harry and patted him on the shoulder. "Harry, no matter what happened, you are a very brave and strong young man. Your mother and I are always proud of you."

Harry looked up, a determined gleam in his eyes. "Thank you for telling me, Hagrid."

Hagrid smiled, "You're welcome, Harry. I'll always support you."

At this moment, there was a fierce knock on the door. The door was pushed open and a figure in a black robe came in.

"Hagrid, we're about to set off." A familiar voice came.

Harry turned around and saw a burly man wearing a black cloak with a look of sadness and determination on his face.

"Robert, I get it." Hagrid stood up. "Harry, this is where I want to go."

Harry looked at Robert and a sudden realization came to his mind. "You are going to join the Night's Watch and protect the Wall."

Robert nodded. "Yes. It is my duty."

Harry looked at Hagrid and Robert silently, and he felt a deep sense of family affection and mission.

"Well, Hagrid, Robert," Harry said at last, "I wish you all the best."

After leaving Harry's dormitory, Hagrid was filled with an unquenchable excitement and contradiction. He and Robert walked towards the school gate together. They were silent, each immersed in his own thoughts.

Hagrid had so many emotions going on. He had kept his relationship with Harry hidden for years because he wanted to protect him and allow him to live a normal life. But now, he could no longer hide it.

Robert looked at Hagrid, as if he could sense his inner struggle. "Hagrid, are you all right?"

Hagrid took a deep breath, "Robert, I...I made an important decision."

Robert stopped and looked at Hagrid seriously. "What decision?"
