Hogwarts: The Savior's Strong Cousin
Chapter 209 Crazy and Cruel
My aunt hesitated, then nodded. "Maybe you're right. We can't let go of any possible clues."
So, they decided to go to the old man's house, hoping to learn some truth about Dudley's injury from him.
Along the way, they walked hurriedly with heavy hearts, as the aunt was filled with worry about her son, and she hoped to find the answer as soon as possible to solve the mystery of Dudley.
Finally, they arrived at the old man's residence and knocked on the door. After a while, the door slowly opened and the old man appeared at the door with a hint of vigilance in his eyes.
"What do you want from me?" The old man's voice was full of sarcasm, as if he had expected their arrival.
Without hesitation, my aunt said, "We want to know if you know about Dudley's injury."
The old man's eyes flickered, but he quickly regained his composure, "I don't know what you are talking about. I have nothing to do with you."
Harry stared at the old man closely. He could feel the ominous aura emanating from him and his heart was full of vigilance.
"Please tell the truth." Hagrid's voice was calm and majestic, "Otherwise we will have no choice but to resort to law."
The old man's face changed. He knew that it would be dangerous to keep it secret any longer. "Okay, I'll tell you everything." He said softly, hesitantly.
Under the old man's explanation, they learned the truth about Dudley's injury and the bigger conspiracy behind it. All of this was beyond their imagination and left them in great shock.
But Aunt and Harry were not discouraged, they were determined to uncover the truth and seek justice for Dudley. They knew it would be a long and difficult struggle, but they would never back down.
Auntie and Harry decided to start their own investigation to find out why Dudley fell from a high place. They returned home and began to search every corner of Dudley's room carefully, hoping to find some clues.
Harry was rummaging through the bookshelf in the room, looking for any possible clues. Suddenly, his hand touched a book that looked a little strange. He took the book down and studied it carefully, and found that the book contained some content about dark magic.
"Aunt, I found this book." Harry handed the book to his aunt, frowning, "Maybe this can give us some clues."
My aunt took the book and studied the contents of the pages carefully. She was surprised to find that the book contained some dark magic about controlling people's minds, which seemed to be related to Dudley's fall.
"Is this... dark magic?" My aunt's voice was filled with fear.
"It seems that Dudley may have been affected by some dark magic." Harry frowned, "We must find the caster and stop them from continuing to influence Dudley."
Her aunt nodded, she knew they had to act quickly or Dudley would be in greater danger.
Thus, they began a difficult and dangerous investigation journey. They asked around for information, looking for possible clues, trying to uncover the truth about the dark magic.
During the investigation, they encountered various difficulties and challenges. Sometimes they faced the threat of dark forces, and sometimes they got lost in the dangerous forest. But they did not give up. They believed that as long as they revealed the truth, they could save Dudley and free him from the shackles of darkness.
Finally, during a search, they found a long-forgotten wizard tower. The tower was filled with a gloomy atmosphere and seemed to hide endless secrets.
They entered the tower cautiously, exploring step by step. Suddenly, a dark shadow flashed by, and they immediately raised their wands vigilantly.
"Who's there?" my aunt's voice was full of warning.
The shadow slowly emerged, revealing a sinister smile. "It looks like you found me."
He was the murderer who cast the dark magic. In a fierce struggle, they finally defeated the dark forces and brought him to justice.
Back home, Auntie and Harry breathed a sigh of relief, knowing that although the struggle was over, they must remain vigilant in case darkness falls again.
Auntie came to the place where Dudley fell, a broken wasteland. In the quiet night, the moonlight sprinkled on the ground, reflecting various vague shapes. She looked around, her heart was full of worry and uneasiness.
Suddenly, her eyes fell on a tiny object on the ground. Bending down, she carefully picked it up and found that it was a broken necklace. The necklace was shining with a faint light, as if it had once been a precious ornament.
"This is..." My aunt's voice trembled. She could feel the cold aura emanating from this object.
She put the necklace in her pocket and continued to search the ground around her. Suddenly, she noticed some faint traces, as if someone had left footprints here.
"These footprints..." Aunt frowned, and she began to follow the footprints, hoping to find more clues.
Following the footsteps, my aunt came to a deserted hut. The hut looked shabby and seemed to have been abandoned for a long time.
She carefully pushed the door open and walked in. A stale smell hit her nose, and the house was filled with dust and cobwebs.
Suddenly, her eyes were attracted by a mark on the wall. She walked forward and carefully observed the crack on the wall.
"What happened here?" she asked herself.
Just then, she heard a faint sound, as if someone was whispering something in the corner of the room.
She immediately became alert, holding her wand tightly in her hand. Slowly, she walked towards the direction of the sound and searched carefully.
In the corner of the room, she found a figure hiding in the shadows. The figure looked thin and decadent, with ragged clothes, and seemed to have been here for a long time.
"Who are you?" My aunt's voice was full of vigilance.
The figure raised his head, revealing a pair of bloodshot eyes. "I... I am a lost soul." His voice was filled with sadness.
My aunt came closer and looked at him carefully. "Do you know what happened?"
The figure trembled and slowly told his story. It turned out that he was once the owner of this hut, a solitary wizard. But during a dark ritual, he was corrupted by the power of darkness and became crazy and cruel. He didn't remember what he had done until one day, when he woke up, he found himself abandoned in this deserted hut, lonely and desperate.
