Hogwarts: The Savior's Strong Cousin

Chapter 347: Fighting Cyrus

Ron was not to be outdone and fired a beam of light from his wand in an attempt to disperse the monster, while Harry concentrated all his energy on channeling his magic power to ensure that the fruit's condensation process would not be interrupted.

The monster's attack became more and more fierce. Hermione and Ron tried their best to resist, but it was obvious that they could not hold out for long. Harry felt a strong pressure, but he knew that he could not give up at this moment. He gritted his teeth and continued to recite the spell. Finally, the magic fruit was fully formed in a shining light.

Harry quickly grasped the fruit and felt a strong surge of magic in his body. He turned around, raised his wand, aimed at the monster, and chanted a powerful spell: "Stupefy!"

A dazzling beam of light shot out from the tip of the wand and hit the monster directly. The monster howled in pain and then fell heavily to the ground, unable to move.

Hermione and Ron breathed a sigh of relief and ran over to check on Harry. Hermione asked with concern, "Harry, are you okay?"

Harry felt an unprecedented strength in his body, and nodded with a smile: "I'm fine, the fruit has been successfully condensed."

Ron looked at the monster on the ground and said with lingering fear: "We have to leave here quickly. There is more than one monster in the Forbidden Forest."

Harry nodded, and the three of them quickly left the Forbidden Forest and returned to the safety of Hogwarts. After returning to Gryffindor Tower, Harry felt an unprecedented fatigue, but his heart was full of satisfaction and hope.

Hermione smiled and said, "Harry, you did it. This success will be of great help to our next battle."

Ron patted Harry on the shoulder and said, "Yes, we have taken an important step. Next, we must be more careful and make sure that every action goes well."

Harry looked at them gratefully, his heart filled with firm belief: "Thank you, with you by my side, I believe we can defeat Cyrus Knox and protect Hogwarts."

A few days later, Harry's magic recovered more firmly, and he felt ready to face new challenges. However, Cyrus Knox's conspiracy remained unsolved, and Harry decided to seek more help. He thought of Professor McGonagall. Although she had succeeded Dumbledore as the headmaster, her wisdom and experience might be able to provide them with new clues.

One sunny afternoon, Harry came to the headmaster's office and knocked on the door. Professor McGonagall's voice came from inside: "Come in."

Harry opened the door and walked into the office. Professor McGonagall was sitting behind the desk and looked up at him: "Harry, what's going on?"

Harry hesitated, then spoke up, "Professor, I have discovered something about Cyrus Knox, but I need your help."

Professor McGonagall nodded, motioning for him to continue. Harry told her about his recent discoveries and the new magic he had learned, and mentioned that he hoped to make a deal with her to gain more support.

"Deal?" Professor McGonagall raised an eyebrow. "What kind of deal do you want, Harry?"

Harry took a deep breath, mustered up his courage and said, "Professor, I need you to provide some of the oldest magic books and materials in Hogwarts. These things may help us find a way to fight Cyrus. In exchange, I will share with you all the knowledge and magic I have learned from the manuscripts."

Professor McGonagall pondered for a moment, with a glimmer of approval in her eyes. "Harry, your suggestion is valuable. But you know, these books and materials are very precious and cannot be taken out casually."

Harry nodded, "I understand, Professor. But I believe we must do everything we can to find a way to fight Cyrus. The safety of Hogwarts is more important than anything else."

Professor McGonagall smiled and said, "Harry, I admire your determination and courage. I accept your terms of trade, but I have one request."

Harry felt a little nervous: "What request?"

Professor McGonagall's eyes turned serious. "You must promise not to give up easily no matter how difficult it is. We must face this threat together. Only by uniting together can we protect Hogwarts."

Harry nodded solemnly, "I promise, Professor. I won't give up."

Professor McGonagall nodded with satisfaction, then took an ancient book from the bookshelf and handed it to Harry: "This is a book that records many ancient spells and defensive magic. I hope it will be helpful to you."

Harry took the book and said gratefully, "Thank you, Professor. I will put this knowledge to good use."

After leaving the headmaster's office, Harry felt filled with new hope and strength. He knew that he had the responsibility to protect Hogwarts, and this transaction would provide them with important support.

Back in Gryffindor Tower, Harry couldn't wait to show the book to Hermione and Ron. Hermione flipped through the pages carefully, with wisdom in her eyes: "Harry, there are indeed many powerful magic spells in this book. We can learn a lot from it."

Ron also seemed excited: "Great, with these new magics, we have a better chance of winning against Cyrus."

Harry smiled and nodded: "Yes, we must master these spells as soon as possible and find more clues."

In the following days, Harry and his friends devoted themselves to intensive study and training. They spent every day in the library and the practice field, constantly studying new magic and tactics. Harry felt that his magic power was gradually increasing, and the progress of Hermione and Ron also made him feel gratified.

One night, when Harry was practicing a new defensive spell, Hermione suddenly looked up with excitement in her eyes: "Harry, I found a record about Cyrus Knox in the book. He once tried to control a very rare magical creature, but failed. This may be his weakness."

Harry felt a glimmer of hope: "What magical creature?"

Hermione turned the page and pointed to a passage: "There is a creature called 'Shadow Beast'. It is said that they can sense and fight back against dark magic. Cyrus once tried to control them with dark magic, but it backfired and caused him to be seriously injured."

Ron seemed a little excited: "Then can we use this creature to fight Cyrus?"

Hermione nodded: "It's possible, but Shadow Beasts are very rare. We need to find them and gain their trust."

A new hope ignited in Harry's heart: "We must find these spirit shadow beasts. This may be the key to our victory over Cyrus."

So, Harry, Hermione and Ron began to look for more information about the Shadow Beasts and made a detailed plan to go find these mysterious creatures.
