Hogwarts: The Savior's Strong Cousin
Chapter 5: Hogwarts Peach White, Too Bad Tongue Can't Kill
Although Ollivander kept his mouth shut, Dudley's powerful lamplight wand was too eye-catching, and the news spread throughout the wizarding world. Behind the famous Harry Potter was a burly, troll-like thug.
Such shock even spread to the Muggle world. At least, when Dudley walked into King's Cross Station, pushing a luggage cart in one hand and holding a lamp post in the other, the Muggle passers-by looked at him with suspicion.
"Okay, no need to send me off, just stay here, I will take good care of Harry."
Dudley patted Vernon and Petunia's shoulders helplessly. The couple cried and hugged Dudley's strong body in their arms.
"Oh, my little angel!"
Petunia Dursley was particularly upset, sobbing and almost fainting. Although she was the one who finally convinced Vernon to agree to let Dudley enroll, she still had some understanding of the magical world from her sister's strange death, and the dangers in it were far beyond the cognition of Muggles.
However, since it was their eldest son's request, how could this couple, who doted on their son to the extreme, not agree?
"Okay, we should go."
Harry cleared his throat and greeted his aunt and uncle indifferently. Although his relationship with the Dursleys was not as tense as before with the intervention of Dudley, Harry still felt a little unhappy in his heart. After nearly eleven years in the storage room, he could no longer treat Petunia and Vernon, who barely raised him, the same way he treated Dudley.
"Be sure to write back!"
Vernon looked at Dudley who was gradually going away, his fat old face wrinkled, and the couple hugged each other and cried again.
With Dudley, the spoiler, around, Harry went straight to Platform Nine and Three Quarters, the home of the red-haired Weasley twins, facing the wall in front of him.
"Just kidding, I'm Fred."
Under Molly Weasley's helpless gaze, the twins pushed the luggage cart one after the other and disappeared behind the wall.
"Good day, Mrs. Weasley."
Harry greeted Molly stiffly, and the plump Mrs. Weasley's eyes lit up and she smiled and nodded at Harry.
"Don't worry, dear. This is also the first time for our Ron to go to Hogwarts."
"Just head straight for the wall between platforms nine and ten."
"If you're nervous, just jog."
Molly had a good impression of Harry. Of course she could recognize this polite little guy. He was the famous Harry Potter.
"Good luck."
Young Ginny smiled at Harry, and Dudley beside her raised his eyebrows. She was indeed a beauty, even more beautiful than he had imagined.
As for Ron Weasley, Dudley didn't pay much attention to him.
Anyway, they will meet on the train later, right?
The Hogwarts Express No. 5972 started with thick steam. Sitting in the carriage, Dudley made up his mind not to say too much so as not to affect the future iron triangle.
"Absolutely awesome!"
Seeing the lightning-shaped scar on Harry's forehead, Ron sighed sincerely.
"You are……"
After meeting Harry Potter, Ron noticed that Dudley, who was sitting opposite Harry, could not help but stare. They were just 11-year-old kids, only about 1.5 to 1.4 meters tall, but seeing such a tall "new student", Ron was still a little scared.
"He's my cousin, Dudley Dursley, and he happens to be at the same school as me."
Ron's eyes lit up.
"Cool! So you're... the Dudley with the streetlight wand!"
Dudley couldn't help but hold his forehead with his hand. It seemed that he was completely famous.
"That's right, but if you want to see the wand, you'll have to wait until you get off the bus. You know, that big thing needs to be put together with the luggage."
The three of them were chatting like this, and the rich man Harry bought a lot of snacks, including cauldron cakes, Beetroot every-flavor beans, licorice wands, and chocolate frogs. Even Dudley himself ate a lot, and the greedy Ron ate so much that he couldn't stop smiling. The relationship between the three of them became closer.
Just as Ron swung his wand and was about to open everyone's eyes, a pretty little girl appeared outside the door.
"Have any of you seen a toad? A fellow called Neville lost one."
Hearing the noise, Dudley shrugged. OK, the three biggest Gryffindor point deductions were complete.
Finally, the train arrived at Hogwarts. When they reached the edge of the Black Lake, Hagrid greeted everyone loudly.
“No more than four people on each boat!”
Harry and Ron were in one boat, followed by Neville and Hermione, and Hagrid was in a boat by himself.
"Are you all on board?"
As soon as he finished speaking, Hagrid saw Dudley standing on the shore.
“It seems there are no vacancies.”
Dudley shrugged, still holding his streetlight wand, which he had taken out of his luggage when he got off the bus.
"Stop complaining and squeeze in with me."
Hagrid waved, only to see Dudley stretch a few times on the spot and throw the street lamp over his shoulder like a javelin.
"Wait... Dursley! What are you doing!?"
The sound of obstruction did not interrupt Dudley's actions. He suddenly leaned back and threw the street lamp in his hand out with force.
"That's a street lamp, not a broomstick, right?"
Hermione asked in surprise.
Harry lowered his head and didn't dare to speak. After so many times, he had vaguely guessed that his cousin seemed to be about to start performing again.
The freshmen looked up and stared at the dark street lamp, which was whistling in the air and flying towards the Hogwarts castle like a meteor. The sparks from the friction in the air provided a little light, which also allowed the wizards to see the figure jumping high behind the street lamp.
"Merlin's beard!"
Ron exclaimed with emotion, wasn't the sturdy figure in the fluttering black robe Dudley?
Hagrid blinked and scratched his shaggy beard.
He knew that Harry's cousin was a Muggle who couldn't do magic, but his physical strength was obviously stronger than his. As for agility and speed, he was even better than him who was more than two meters tall.
"As expected of Professor Dumbledore! He can actually find such a talented wizard apprentice!"
In mid-air, Dudley flew up and caught up with the street lamp he had thrown. With a "click", his feet stepped firmly on the lamppost.
"Isn't this much better than the Nimbus 2000?"
Dudley laughed triumphantly, and flew towards the Hogwarts Castle as all the freshmen looked up at him.
In the Headmaster's Tower, Dumbledore looked at Dudley who had already crossed half of the Black Lake. He couldn't help but raise his trembling hand to adjust his glasses that were about to fall off. His long gray beard could not hide the surprise on his face.
"Is this still magic?"
No one responded to his question, and Fox, who was standing on the shelf, quacked twice.
