Hogwarts: The Savior's Strong Cousin

Chapter 99: A dull summer vacation, Sirius, and his aunt who is about to get into trouble

As a minor, summer vacation is naturally very happy.

At least Harry had a lot of fun during this time. Ron often called from Egypt, and the front page of the Daily Prophet also published a travel photo of the Weasley family.

"To be honest, this is much faster than sending an owl, but it's a bit expensive."

Ron on the other end of the phone spoke very quickly.

After all, an international call, even if gold Galleons are converted into pounds, is not enough for two friends to chat on the phone for a long time.

"It's a pity that there are no mobile phones at this time."

Dudley on the side curled his lips and wiped the sweat from his forehead.

Although he spent most of his time at Hogwarts, he could not ignore life in the Muggle world. The popular mobile phones nowadays were still those brick-like Motorola ones, which were as troublesome as they were convenient to use. Vernon was the only one in the family who had a mobile phone provided by the company, but he had to pay for the phone bills himself.

So, this summer vacation, Dadley stayed at home almost all the time, doing fitness, reading, and eating. His regular life was so regular that even model students would be ashamed.

Harry was different. Ever since the family relationship had eased, Petunia had treated him almost like her lost sister, doting on him to the extreme, almost catching up with Dudley before. At home, although Vernon still had complaints about the wizarding world, he didn't say much for Petunia's sake, but just avoided Harry's room when he was reading those big textbooks and doing his summer homework.

Before we knew it, the daily routine at home had changed.

Dudley had no complaints about this. Instead, he was very happy. After all, it was one of his wishes to let Harry feel the warmth of family. Who said that the savior must have a miserable growing environment?

Petunia and Vernon didn't care about it. They just thought that the child had grown up and knew how to care about the younger generation. They were filled with emotion again.

Days pass by.

"…Reminder: Blake is armed and extremely dangerous. A dedicated hotline has been opened. Anyone who sees Blake should report it immediately."

The voice of the announcer came from the TV. Harry, who had just come downstairs, couldn't help but be attracted by the pictures on TV.

Printed on it was a haggard man with dirty, messy hair that was tangled into sticky clumps. His eyes were like those of a dead fish, revealing an indescribable sadness.

"Oh, happy birthday, Harry!"

Aunt Petunia's voice came, and Harry turned his head. A large round cake had been placed on the breakfast table, next to it were several beautifully wrapped gift boxes.

"Yeah, that's right kid, enjoy your meal."

Vernon patted Harry's shoulder and then returned his attention to the TV.

As the head of the Dursley family, he has always been particularly concerned about information that may endanger his family.

“The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries announced today that the division of fishing grounds with Iceland…”

Just after finishing that urgent report, the news anchor seemed to have changed his face all of a sudden and started reporting the unequal treaty signed between Britain and Iceland, which made Vernon so angry that he slammed the armrest of the sofa.

"You haven't told me where that guy came from!"

Harry shrugged, just as Dudley returned from his morning run.

"No need to ask, this is a fugitive from the magical world, but he was tipped off to the poor Prime Minister of Britain by some... old guys."

Dudley, sweating profusely, sat down at the dining table and patted Harry's shoulder heavily.

"Happy birthday!"

"Thank you, cousin."

Harry felt his shoulders sink. Fortunately, Dudley held back his strength, otherwise, this sudden drop would have made Harry experience what a Muggle hospital looks like.

"Be gentle, is your brother like you? He is as strong as a calf, and I don't know who gave birth to him."

Petunia slapped Dudley on the back of the head in annoyance and pushed a plate of fried eggs and bacon in front of Harry.

"I'd better get going at once. Maggie's train comes in at ten."

Vernon helped Harry blow out the candles, then quickly glanced at his watch and hurriedly took the key from the table - it was his beloved sports car.

"She? What is she doing here?"

Dudley squinted his eyes and asked almost in unison with Harry.

This aunt is actually Vernon's sister, and has no blood relationship with Harry. She usually lives in the countryside, in a big house with a garden, and has a lot of bull terriers, but every time she comes, it means Harry has a bad day, or several days.

"I remember that one year before school started, she instigated the dog and chased me up a tree. It was midnight before she called the beast back."

Harry ate the cake and grumbled. Although he and Dudley reconciled during that period, Dudley went to boxing and also went to the black market. When he came back, Maggie had already left with the dog. He was so angry that he punched the street tree on the spot.

Vernon's face changed, turning a guilty red.

"After all, she is my sister... Well, this time she is going to stay for a week, can you two boys show the most basic courtesy?"

Dudley shrugged and Harry nodded.

"As long as she speaks to me she can do that."

Harry has been speaking more and more harshly recently.

"Try your best... Second, don't use your magic in front of her. Act properly."

Vernon sighed, his words almost pleading.

Who makes these two little guys the richest ones in the Dursley family?

Harry nodded.

"Oh yeah, bring your form here, I'll sign it for you first."

Vernon walked to the door, and suddenly seemed to remember something. Harry ran upstairs quickly and took down the permission form for third-year students to go to Hogsmeade.

Vernon signed the document in a flamboyant manner and swung his keys.

"Dada, Harry, do any of you want to go for a ride with me?"

The two brothers looked at each other and waved their hands quickly.

The broomstick was fast enough.

Besides, no one wants to see Aunt Marge, who has so many problems and troubles.

"Vernon is just like that. He can't bear to be cruel to his own relatives... I think that old women like this should cut off contact with us earlier, so that they don't have to spend a long time cleaning up every time they come home..."

Petunia started to mutter something, and it was obvious that she also had a dislike for Vernon's sister.

"Who said it wasn't? If it were me, I'd give this guy a hard blow. The Ministry of Magic won't do anything about it anyway..."

Dudley spoke vaguely to Harry while eating the chicken breast that was stuck in his teeth.

"Aren't you not allowed to use magic outside of school?"

Harry's eyes widened.

"Come on, this year's situation is special, you can trust me."

As I was chattering away, time had already reached evening.

There was the sound of gravel being crushed outside, and Vernon came back.
