The fourth target of the attack was Fenghuang Mansion, which was originally located at No. 40, West Fenghuang Street, Pulimen District, Jinan City. The organization was responsible for intelligence gathering and the investigation and killing of anti-Japanese organizations and individuals.

The fifth target of the attack was Lihua Mansion, located at No. 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 Xiema Road in the central district of the city. It was directly under the th Army General Staff. Its leader was Shinichi Hayami, and because his wife's name was Lihua, it was called "Lihua Mansion". It specialized in carrying out espionage activities in religious groups, controlling church affairs, and winning over and training pro-Japanese believers.

The sixth target of attack was the Japanese gendarmerie on Jingyi Road, located at No. 87, Jingyi Road, Tianqiao District. It was originally the office building of the German Shandong Railway Company. After March 1915, it became the gendarmerie headquarters of the Japanese invaders.

The seventh target of attack was the former Takashimaya Jinan branch, located at No. 276, Jing Er Road, Jinan City, at the southeast corner of Jing Er Wei Wu Road. It mainly sold various daily necessities, had a furniture and decoration department, as well as a restaurant and tea room. It was a famous Japanese-run business in Jinan at that time. The special forces conducted a very detailed reconnaissance. There were a large amount of supplies in the warehouses in the rows behind the store, and a large amount of money in the store.

The eighth attack target is the railway station located on Jingyiweier Road in Jinan City. Its official name is Jinpu Railway Jinan Station. It is a typical German-style Germanic station building designed by the famous German architect Hermann Fescher in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
