Scott pulled the quilt over Cathy and gently scratched the tip of his daughter's nose: "Good night."

"Goodnight daddy."

Cathy waved at Scott, and the door to the room was pushed open the next second.

The woman walked in and saw Cathy lying on the bed alone, holding the ugly rabbit doll in her hands.
