Rocot: Reborn

"Call a doctor? What's the point of calling a doctor!" Rocot waved away Starscream's hand and shouted at the top of his lungs, "What do they know? A bunch of rubbish!"

Starscream was frightened by Roccod's sudden anger and stepped back repeatedly, her eyes full of fear and helplessness. She had never seen Roccod lose his composure like this before, and the man who was usually so strategic and ruthless seemed to collapse in an instant.

"Locked, what's wrong with you? Tell me, I'll go find..." Starscream's voice was tinged with tears. She reached out to touch Locked, but he pushed her hand away harshly.

"Don't touch me!" Roccod curled up on the ground in pain, clutching his hair tightly with both hands, as if he wanted to tear his scalp apart, "Damn it! How could this happen..."

Starscream knelt helplessly, watching Roccod's pain, her heart ached. She didn't know what happened, but she could feel Roccod's pain and despair at the moment.

"Did Black Widow do something to you?" Starscream suddenly remembered the meaningful smile on Black Widow's face when she left, and a bad feeling suddenly rose in his heart, "Did she poison you?"

Hearing the word "Black Widow", Roccod's body trembled violently. He slowly raised his head, staring at Red Spider with his scarlet eyes, and his tone was as cold as if it came from the Netherworld, "Are you doubting me?"

Starscream was frightened by Roccod's eyes and trembled all over. She shook her head and explained quickly: "No, no, Roccod, I just..."

"What is this? Do you think that I, Rocot, would fall to the point where I was plotted against by a woman?" Rocot suddenly burst into laughter, his laughter full of self-mockery and sadness, "Hahaha... ridiculous, really ridiculous..."

Starscream didn't dare to speak, and could only silently endure Roccod's anger. She knew that what Roccod needed at the moment was not comfort, but venting.

"You know what? I didn't come back from hell to taste failure again!" Rocot stood up suddenly and grabbed Starscream's shoulders with such force that he almost crushed her bones. "I want to stand on top of this world, and I want to make those who betrayed me pay the price!"

Starscream frowned in pain, but she did not resist. She just looked at Rocot quietly, allowing him to vent his anger.

"But, your body..." Starscream looked at Rocot worriedly. His face was still frighteningly pale, and his forehead was covered with cold sweat. It was obvious that he was enduring great pain.

"Shut up!" Roccod pushed Starscream away, staring at her with his scarlet eyes, "It's none of your business to interfere in my affairs!"

Scared by Roccod's look, Red Spider took a few steps back and fell to the ground. She covered her chest and gasped for air, her eyes full of fear and helplessness.

Roccod looked at Starscream coldly, with a trace of disgust in his eyes. He turned and walked towards the back of the room. His cold voice echoed in the empty room, "Without my order, no one is allowed to come in and disturb me!"

Starscream watched Roccod's back gradually disappear into the darkness, feeling mixed emotions. She didn't know what had happened to Roccod, nor did she know what to do. She could only watch him walk step by step into the abyss...

Suddenly, there was a sound of breaking glass from deep within the room, followed by a muffled groan of pain.

"Rocot!" Starscream exclaimed, and rushed into the depths of the room recklessly...

Starscream pushed open the door of the laboratory, and the scene in front of her made her gasp. Various test tubes and beakers were broken all over the floor, emitting a pungent smell of chemicals. Roccod collapsed in a pile of experimental equipment, his face was frighteningly pale, his right wrist was bleeding, and a shiny scalpel was thrown on the ground.

"Lockold, what are you doing!" Starscream rushed to him and hurriedly tore off her skirt to bandage his wound.

But Rocot grabbed her hand and stared at her with his scarlet eyes, "Don't touch me! Get out!"

"Are you crazy? Are you kidding me with your own life?" Starscream shook his hand away and continued to bandage his wound. "Why are you crazy? Why do you do this to yourself?"

"What do you know?" Rocot pushed Starscream away, but because he used too much force, the wound on his wrist was pulled, and he gasped in pain.

"I don't understand! I just know that you'll die if you keep going like this!" Starscream's tears welled up in his eyes, his tone full of heartache and worry, "What do you want me to do to make you stop? If you want to kill me, come at me!"

"You think I don't dare?" Roccod suddenly got furious, grabbed Starscream's neck and pushed her against the wall, "Who do you think you are? You're just a dog beside me! If I tell you to live, you live, and if I tell you to die, you die!"

Starscream was strangled to the point of being unable to breathe, her face flushed red, but she did not struggle, she just looked at Rocot stubbornly, there was no fear in her eyes, only deep sadness and disappointment, "Then kill me! Kill me, and you will be free..."

Their eyes met, and a trace of panic flashed in Roccod's scarlet eyes, and the strength in his hands loosened a little, "You..."

"Do you think I'm willing to follow you like a dog? Roccod raised his head, staring at Red Spider with his scarlet eyes, and uttered two words with difficulty: "Don't go..."
