Rocot: Reborn

Chapter 201

Roccod leaned close to Avril's ear, and a scent that belonged to the queen mixed with the smell of low-quality alcohol entered his nose. He lowered his voice and said in a playful tone, "Your Majesty, the Black Shark Gang is large in number, but they are just a mob. What's really powerful about them is the financial backers behind them."

"Financial sponsor? You mean..." Avril frowned slightly, as if she had thought of something.

"That's right," Roccod's lips curled up with a hint of playfulness, "As long as we..."

Rocot whispered his plan into Avril's ear. Avril frowned at first, but listened more and more seriously. In the end, a cold smile even appeared on the corner of her mouth.

"Okay! I'll do as you say!" Avril slammed the table, her eyes sparkling with excitement, "Stranger, don't let me down!"

"Don't worry, Your Majesty. I, Rocot, never fight a battle without confidence." Rocot smiled confidently, raised his glass and drank it all.

The explosions were getting closer and closer, and the thugs in the bar were starting to panic. Avril suddenly stood up and shouted to everyone, "Why are you panicking? I'm not dead yet! Pick up your weapons and fight them!"

"Long live the Queen!" The thugs were infected by Avril's heroism. They raised their weapons and shouted loudly, their morale greatly boosted.

Avril led everyone out of the bar and fought with the Black Shark Gang. Roccod took advantage of the chaos to sneak to the back door of the bar, where a dilapidated flying motorcycle was parked. He started the engine skillfully, and the motorcycle roared and rushed into the night.

……

Deep in the neon-lit city, a heavily guarded steel fortress stands in the darkness. This is the headquarters of the Black Shark Gang and the ruling center of the city's underground world.

"Boss, it's bad! The brothers suffered a defeat in the Queen Bar. That crazy woman Avril got a batch of high-explosive energy bombs from somewhere, and we suffered heavy losses!" A bloody minion rushed into a luxurious office in panic and knelt in front of a burly man.

"Useless!" the man slammed the table and yelled, "A bunch of useless people! You can't even handle a woman!"

"Boss, we..." The minion wanted to explain, but was frightened by the man's cold eyes and dared not to continue.

"Get out!" The man waved his hand impatiently, and the little guy, as if pardoned, crawled out of the office.

The man stood up and walked to the huge floor-to-ceiling window, overlooking the brightly lit city with a sinister gleam in his eyes.

"Avril, do you really think you can beat me?" The man snorted coldly and took out a communicator from his pocket. "Hello, it's me. The plan has changed. Activate Plan B..."

……

Roccod drove his flying motorcycle, shuttled between tall buildings, and soon came to an abandoned factory. He stopped the car, walked into the factory, turned around, and came to a rusty iron door.

"Knock knock knock." Rocot knocked on the iron door rhythmically.

"Who is it?" an impatient voice came from inside the door.

"It's me," Rocot replied calmly.

"Why are you here?" The iron gate opened, and a burly man with a full beard appeared in front of Locot, looking surprised.

"Why, you don't welcome me?" Rocot smiled and patted the sturdy man's shoulder, then walked into the factory.

"How could that be? You are our benefactor!" The sturdy man hurriedly followed, with a flattering smile on his face, "But how come you have time to come here today? Did that bitch Avril make you angry again?"

Rocot said nothing, but smiled meaningfully.

When the sturdy man saw this, the smile on his face froze suddenly. He seemed to realize something and his expression turned a little ugly.

"You...what do you want to do?" The sturdy man's voice trembled a little.

Rocot stopped and turned around. The smile on his face disappeared, replaced by a cold expression.

"What do you think?"

"Old Scar, tell me, what is the most valuable thing these days?" Rocot lit a cigarette for himself, with scarlet flames dancing in his eyes.

Old Scar swallowed nervously and said with a smile: "This... In this day and age, of course information is the most valuable! You know, I, Old Scar, have no other abilities except being well-informed."

"Well-informed? Haha, I remember the Black Shark Gang was making a big move recently, why didn't you tell me in advance?" Luo Kede's tone was flat, but Old Scar felt a chill on his back.

"This... it's not too late yet! Don't worry, as long as you want to know, I, Old Scar, will find out for you even if it costs my life!" Old Scar's forehead was covered with cold sweat. He knew that Lokod was not a good person. If he hadn't helped him at the beginning, he would have been thrown into the garbage planet to feed the bugs.

Rokod exhaled a puff of smoke and smiled coldly: "Your life? How much is your life worth? I came here today to make a deal with you."

"Deal? What deal?" Old Scar's heart was filled with alarm bells. He felt that Rocot's next words would make him unable to sleep or eat.

"I need you to help me get the Black Shark Gang's 'Heart of the Deep Sea' plan." Roccod's voice was not loud, but it sounded like a thunder in Old Scar's ears.

"What?! 'Heart of the Deep Sea'?! Are you...are you crazy?!" Old Scar jumped up in shock, his face pale, "That is the top secret of the Black Shark Gang. Not to mention me, even the top leaders of the Black Shark Gang don't know much about it!"

"I know, that's why I came to you." A sly look flashed in Roccod's eyes, "I know you have a way, don't you?"

Old Scar was stunned. He didn't know where Rocot got his confidence from, but he knew he had no way out. Who was Rocot? He was a demon that crawled out of hell. If he refused, the consequences would be disastrous.

"I... I tried my best, but you also know that this 'Heart of the Deep Sea' plan..." Old Scar wanted to struggle again, but was interrupted by Rocot's cold eyes.

"I just want the result. You don't have to worry about the rest." Roccod stood up and patted Old Scar's shoulder. "I believe you will give me a satisfactory answer, right?"

Old Scar nodded stiffly, and watched Rokod leave with a chill running up from his feet to his head. He knew that he had been involved in a conspiracy that could destroy the entire city...
