Rocot: Reborn

With a sharp friction sound, the metal plate was slowly pushed open a gap. A heat wave mixed with the smell of oil and dust from the vent hit her face, and Dr. Li couldn't help but frowned. But this insignificant harsh environment was nothing compared to the joy of her upcoming escape.

A monster let out a shrill roar and pounced towards Dr. Li, its rotten claws about to grab her back.

At the critical moment, a black shadow flashed by and knocked the monster away. Dr. Li looked back in shock and saw a tall warrior blocking in front of her, with an energy weapon in his hand spewing a faint blue light, forcing the other monster back.

"Hurry up! Leave this to us!" The warrior growled and rushed into the battle again.

Dr. Li gritted her teeth, knowing that now was not the time to hesitate. She suppressed her fear and ran desperately towards the safe exit at the end of the corridor.

"Roar!"
