On the submarine's bridge, the sea breeze with its salty and humid breath brushed across Gin's resolute face, blowing his long silver hair into a mess. He stood alone on the edge of the bridge, staring at the dark and deep sea below, trying to let go of his inner troubles and dissatisfaction with the sea breeze.

Suddenly, Vodka appeared in the field of vision, with a look of nervousness on his face. He walked quickly to Gin and said with a heavy breath, "Brother, you are here!"

Gin did not respond immediately, but continued to look into the distance, as if in deep thought. It was not until Vodka spoke again, "Brother, what's wrong?" that he slowly turned his head, his eyes flashing with calmness and determination.

"What's wrong?" Gin asked calmly.

Vodka took a deep breath and tried to calm himself down: "The higher-ups have issued an order. We need to use our last resort."

After hearing this, Gin's eyes became more determined. He nodded and said, "Okay, I understand." He paused, as if he was gathering strength, and then continued, "Then let's sink to the bottom of the black iron sea with this shitty system."

On the whale watching boat, the sea breeze was blowing gently, but Conan and Haibara Ai were in an extremely heavy mood.

Conan frowned and asked in a deep voice, "Is that really the case?"

Huihara Ai nodded, her tone revealing helplessness: "Well, our whereabouts have been exposed. It seems that we can only hide like this."

Conan shook his head: "No, we still have a trump card."

Huiyuan Ai looked at him in confusion: "Trump card? What is it?"

Conan took a deep breath and said slowly: "It's Binga. He must be in the Pacific Buoy Base. I want to make a deal with him."

A surprised expression appeared on Huiyuan Ai's face: "Do you know who he is?"

Conan shook his head: "Not yet, just a little bit more..."

At the Pacific Buoy Base, Officer Megure exclaimed, "I never thought that there would be a submarine just as that kid said."

Officer Shiratori nodded in agreement: "Yes, the appearance of this submarine has completely disrupted our plan. However, we have requested the government to dispatch the Maritime Self-Defense Force."

Officer Sato looked at the two of them and said, "Okay, let's go to the infirmary first."

Officer Sato came to the infirmary. Naomi, Conan and Haibara Ai all looked pale. Officer Sato walked over and asked with concern: "It must be very cold. Please wait here for a while. I will prepare some clothes for you to change and some things to warm your body."

Huihara Ai nodded and recalled: "Well, I was knocked unconscious by ether. The smell was very pungent and made me lose consciousness in an instant."

Conan heard this and asked, "Ether? They actually used this stuff."

Huihara Ai continued: "It should be the anesthetic made by Binga based on ether. The smell is very special, I remember it very clearly."

Conan thought for a moment, then asked, "Does that smell like thinner?"

Huihara Ai thought about it and replied: "Yeah, it's quite similar."

Conan nodded and continued to think, then said to himself, "So Leonhard was knocked unconscious and then killed."

Conan continued, "Did you hear anything else? Like the conversation between them?"

Huihara Ai thought for a moment, then said, "It seems like they were angry because Binga did something that was not planned. I didn't hear what it was exactly, but their tone was very angry."

After hearing this, Conan fell into deep thought. He murmured, "Out of plan... does it mean murder?"
