After saying that, without caring about Sengoku's feelings, Eagle turned around and walked towards the door without hesitation. His steps were firm and swift, and his black cloak fluttered behind him, as if announcing with him the majesty and inviolability of the World Government.

"Humph!" Zhan Guo snorted coldly, his face was so gloomy that it seemed like water could drip from it. "Your World Government is always so arbitrary! You never consider the actual situation, and only know how to issue such orders that are almost impossible to complete!"

His voice was full of anger and dissatisfaction, and his hands were shaking slightly with excitement.

The eagle stopped, and at that moment, the air around it seemed to freeze.

He slowly turned his head to look at Zhan Guo, his eyes clear of any disturbance, and said, "Marshal, this is an order, I hope you understand. The decision of the World Government cannot be questioned or disobeyed. As the Admiral of the Navy, you should be aware of the consequences of disobeying orders."

Sengoku glared at Eagle, his chest heaving violently, and said, "Consequences? Does the World Government think that our navy is omnipotent? At such an important moment as the execution of Fire Fist Ace, we have to divide our forces to deal with Kaido. This is simply pushing the navy into a desperate situation!"

Eagle's face remained expressionless, and he just said coldly: "Marshal, this is not a problem you should consider. The World Government has a long-term vision, and everything it does is to maintain the balance and stability of the world. You only need to follow orders and complete the task."

"Balance? Stability?" Zhan Guo sneered, "Using such an unreasonable method? This will only make more people lose trust and respect for the World Government!"

Eagle narrowed his eyes slightly and said, "Marshal, you should be clear about your position. The authority of the World Government cannot be challenged. If you fail to complete the mission, I am afraid that the Navy will not be able to withstand the wrath of the World Government."

Zhan Guo took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down, and said, "I will do my duty, but that doesn't mean I agree with the ridiculous decision of the World Government."

When Jiu heard what Zhan Guo said, he left the room without stopping and without looking back.

His figure quickly disappeared at the door, as if he had never appeared, leaving only the half-open door, which made a creaking sound as it shook slightly, as if telling of the tense atmosphere just now.

Zhan Guo ignored the eagle who left, and withdrew his gaze from the door, falling into deep thought. He frowned, his eyes revealed a complex emotion, and he thought to himself.

"What on earth is the World Government planning?" Zhan Guo paced back and forth, his steps heavy and anxious, every step seemed to carry with it inner entanglement and confusion.

There was a depressing atmosphere in the room, and his figure looked lonely and anxious under the dim light.

"Can this killing machine really deal with Kaido?" He muttered to himself, his voice full of doubt and uneasiness. He stopped, folded his hands in front of his chest, and stared into the distance, as if he wanted to see the future situation through the wall.

Various thoughts kept flashing through Zhan Guo's mind, and those thoughts were like surging tides, hitting his thoughts one after another.

He remembered Kaido's immense power, his devil-like figure and his terrifying aura. Although this suddenly appearing killing machine exuded a powerful aura, could it really gain the upper hand in the confrontation with Kaido?

He thought again of the usual means and purposes of the world government, and how their decisions often hid deeper intentions.

Was this mysterious killing machine sent out this time with such a difficult mission just to eliminate Kaido? Or is there a more complicated political conspiracy and power struggle behind it?

Zhan Guo's heart was filled with worries and doubts. He felt as if he was in a huge mystery, every clue was vague and every answer was out of reach.

He knew that this mission not only concerned the reputation and strength of the navy, but was also likely to affect the pattern and balance of the entire world.

He began to pace again, his steps becoming more rapid, beads of sweat on his forehead sliding down his cheeks.

He tried to find a clue from his chaotic thoughts and work out a strategy to deal with it, but every idea seemed full of loopholes and uncertainties, which made him feel extremely frustrated.

"No, we can't just let the World Government lead us by the nose." Sengoku muttered to himself, his eyes gradually becoming firm, "We must be fully prepared. No matter what the outcome, we must do our best to protect the dignity and justice of the Navy."

However, even though he thought so, the worry in his heart still followed him like a shadow and could not be shaken off.

After thinking for a while, Zhan Guo stopped and his boots made a slight sound as they rubbed against the ground.

His chest rose and fell violently, as if the turmoil in his heart had not yet subsided. Zhan Guo took a deep breath, and that breath seemed to suck all the surrounding air into his lungs.

Then he shouted loudly: "Someone, go and call Kizaru!" His voice echoed in the room with unquestionable majesty.

Not long after, Kizaru hurried into the room. His figure was as light as the wind, yet with a hint of haste.

"Marshal, are you looking for me?" Kizaru had his usual lazy smile on his face. That smile was like a mask, making it difficult to guess his true thoughts.

He bowed his body slightly, looking respectful yet somewhat casual.

Sengoku looked at Kizaru with scrutiny and expectation in his eyes. He said, "Kizaru, I have an important task for you." His voice was deep and powerful, and it was particularly clear in this small room.

Kizaru raised his eyebrows, a hint of curiosity flashed in his eyes, and asked, "Oh? What mission?" His tone was relaxed, as if he didn't care about any mission.

Zhan Guo pointed at the masked man standing nearby. The masked man's figure looked particularly mysterious under the dim light.

Zhan Guo said: "This is a killing machine sent by the World Government. It is said to be very powerful. I guess you also participated in the research of this killing machine, right?"

His eyes were fixed on Kizaru, not missing any slight changes in expression on his face.

Huang Yuan was slightly stunned, and the momentary surprise flashed across his face. Then he smiled and said, "How terrible, Marshal Sengoku, how could I study such things."

His smile was still lazy, trying to use this attitude to cover up the turmoil in his heart.

Sengoku ignored Kizaru's denial and looked at the masked man in front of him.

He walked slowly around the masked man, his eyes like a sharp hawk, trying to penetrate the mask and see the secrets hidden behind it. Zhan Guo's eyes were focused and deep, as if he was having a silent conversation with the masked man.

He carefully observed the masked man's figure. The tall and straight figure seemed to contain endless power, yet was shrouded in a mysterious aura.

The masked man's clothing was simple and practical, and every detail revealed the careful consideration of designing for combat. Zhan Guo's eyes moved to the masked man's hands, which were clenched into fists, as if ready to attack at any time.

Sengoku stopped and stood in front of the masked man. After thinking for a moment, he said, "Kizaru, whether you participated in the research or not, you must take on this mission." His voice was serious and solemn.
