Hogwarts in the shadows

Chapter 17 Theodore Nott

This Hephis is really good at causing trouble. He actually mocked the entire Slytherin House by himself.

In order to protect Hephesus from being killed in his sleep, Snape had to move him to a single dormitory.

Looking at Hephis's almost immobile steps, Snape knew that this was the result of excessive use of magic.

Fortunately, he had his usual medicines with him.

Snape had no choice but to pull Hephesus's collar to help him move forward, and finally threw him a bottle of magic potion.

I feel really exhausted. There will definitely be a lot of troubles after this conflict, especially since six of the people lying on the ground are from the Sacred Twenty-Eight Families.

I have to talk to Old Honey about this, he can't handle it alone.

So he went straight to the principal's office without even having lunch.

As soon as Snape stepped into the headmaster's office, he saw a plate of dessert as big as a small mountain in front of the old bee.

He glanced with disdain at the cream and crumbs on Old Bee's beard.

He declined Old Bee's invitation to have dessert with him, and then told him everything that happened at noon and its consequences.

However, he subconsciously chose to conceal Hephaestus's strange transformation, and dissed the old bee by the way.

"It seems that Slytherin has produced another talented student."

"Hehe! Much better than Harry Potter." Snape raised the corner of his mouth slightly.

"Severus, Harry actually..."

"Now we have to talk about Hephis. The Blaine family has fallen, and those purebloods will definitely find a chance to take revenge."

"This is Hogwarts." Dumbledore's eyes flashed with a captivating light, and a powerful aura emanated from him.

Snape raised the corner of his mouth, obviously satisfied with the old bee's answer.

"Severus, it seems that you care about Hephis."

Snape turned and left, leaving Dumbledore smiling.

"I hope this child can help you get over it." Dumbledore whispered to himself after Snape left.

At the Slytherin table, the little snakes were in low spirits, eating their lunch in silence, which tasted like chewing wax.

Several of the Sacred Twenty-Eight Families and some students from stronger families sat together. They talked in low voices with serious expressions.

Slytherin House has always worshipped the strong. Although Hephis was born of mixed blood, his performance just now was enough to shock everyone.

You have to know that Hephis is only in the first grade now and has just come into contact with the magical world.

When he grows up in the future, he might become another dark lord.

As for whether to let him grow up, that is a decision to be made by the patriarch of each family.

Although these students were unable to make a decision, they were still enthusiastic about discussing the topic.

While everyone was talking, Draco on the side heard nothing and kept repeating: "My father Lucius, my father Lucius."

Theodore Nott listened quietly to the discussions around him. He did not participate in them, but his eyes were shining with anticipation.

After eating and drinking his fill, Hephesus fell asleep.

And his shadow, separated from his body, faithfully performs the duty of guarding the gate.

It also keeps wriggling and changing, forming all kinds of strange objects and creatures.

This is the new ability he finally developed after a month of careful research - shadow transformation.

The shadow has a certain ability to learn independently, but this ability is limited to things related to the shadow itself.

That is to say, anything that Shadow can do, it can also learn and master by itself, and once it has learned it, Hephaest will also be able to do it.

For example: deformation.

But what the shadow cannot do, it cannot learn.

For example: memorizing the Potions textbook.

At dinner time, Hephis finally stepped into the Great Hall and sat at one end of the Slytherin table. No snake came within three meters of him.

Students from other colleges also cast strange looks at him from time to time.

Although several Slytherin leaders had already issued a gag order on what happened at noon.

But there are many purebloods in other academies, especially the twins who love to play pranks.

Although Weasley was looked down upon by many of the twenty-eight families, he was extremely popular in the wizarding world and had a wide network of contacts.

They have friends in almost all four colleges.

Yes, even Slytherin.

So in the afternoon, the twins learned about the conflict that broke out in the Slytherin common room at noon.

The twins found out, and the news quickly spread throughout the school.

Originally, Hephis had just used his superb Transfiguration skills to defeat some senior Slytherin students.

But as time went by, the story became more and more bizarre, with many versions.

For example: Hephis finally used extremely evil black magic to defeat the Slytherin students, and some of them even died.

Although many people understand that this is just nonsense, the young wizards who lack entertainment options still enjoy adding fuel to the fire, making the rumors even more outrageous.

The final version was born three days later and was approved by students from the other three colleges.

Hephis turned into a giant snake, and with a slight shake of his body, he knocked all the Slytherin students to the ground.

He also brutally ate several students. If the old bat (Snape) had not arrived in time, I'm afraid all the students in Slytherin House would have been eaten by him.

Even the Aurors from the Ministry of Magic personally stepped in to capture Hephesus and send him to Azkaban.

However, they were not spared in the end and became Hephaestus's meal.

This series of rumors made the little Slytherin snakes feel extremely upset.

Every day I can feel the strange looks from other houses, and some people even blatantly shout, "Hephis, the King of Slytherin".

The little snakes were all very angry, but there was nothing they could do as they couldn't just beat anyone they caught!

-

Hermione was not seen until Hephis finished his dinner.

I planned to go to the library, hoping to find the formula for a potion to strengthen my body.

However, as soon as he stepped out of the restaurant, he was stopped by someone.

"Hephis, I challenge you to a duel," Theodore said bluntly.

"Shit, it's not over yet!" Hephis's anger suddenly flared up.

"Hephaest, if you defeat me, I will dedicate my loyalty and life to you and follow you forever until death. But if you lose, you don't have to pay any price." Theodore looked at Hephaest with a firm gaze.

Hephis was stunned. Wait, this script is wrong!

"Uh...what do you mean? If I win, you will follow me? But why would you follow me? I don't need anyone to follow me!"

Hephis was very confused. Could it be that he had used too much force at noon and scared the child silly?

"The Nott family is born to follow the strong. In the entire Slytherin, only you are worthy of my loyalty." Theodore explained seriously.

Could this be the Minions family? I just don't know if the Nott family is their master.

Theodore? Theodore?

Hephis carefully recalled the remaining plot of "Harry Potter" in his mind.

I don't seem to remember such a person. He is probably just an ordinary person.

However, having more brothers seems to be a good idea.

He didn't care whether it was true surrender or false flattery.

As long as he is strong enough, these people will not be able to make any waves.

"time and location."

"The time is next Sunday. I will find a place and let you know."

"Okay, I'll wait for your news." Hephis said, then turned and walked towards the library.

"Hephis, I hope to see your full strength in the duel." Theodore said loudly, looking at Hephis's back.

"That depends on your level." Hephis waved his hand.
