Umbreon: Evolves at night when the level is higher than 20 and the trainer's elemental affinity does not exceed 28 (8 levels higher than Eevee itself).

Sylveon: When the level is higher than level 20 and the trainer's fairy element affinity is at least 1 higher than the total element affinity, it can evolve autonomously only after learning at least two fairy-type skills and the level is within 5 levels of the trainer's total element affinity.

Eevee's strength is not very strong, but after its evolution, no matter what form it is in, it is a good one-on-one player.
