Chapter 6 The same story

In the 52nd year of Konoha, Sarutobi Hiruzen took the seat of Hokage again, his eyes revealing firmness and determination. In the spacious Hokage office, the atmosphere was particularly solemn, because the topic was about the safety of the entire village - the Nine-Tails incident.

The village had just held an investigative report meeting on the world of the Nine-Tails. Danzo stood in front of everyone and made a shocking request: "At present, the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki is more suitable for training in the root. I will train him into a powerful weapon to deal with future wars." His tone was firm, as if this was the only way to solve the problem.

Sarutobi Hiruzen frowned. He couldn't accept such a suggestion. "Don't worry about it. He should live in the sunshine like other children." He firmly rejected Danzo's suggestion.

Danzo was not discouraged. He just mentioned it. If it works, it doesn't matter. At least the next decision will be more certain. He pointed out the many doubts behind the Nine-Tails incident: "The Nine-Tails was once controlled by the Sharingan. This is a fact. Moreover, there are obviously human factors behind this incident." He looked around and finally fell on the direction of the Uchiha clan outside the window. "The Uchiha clan has the Sharingan, so they are naturally the biggest suspects."

After this statement was made, the two advisors nodded. After all, they were both middle-of-the-road figures. Normally, they might side with the gentle Hiruzen, but would nip danger in the bud. When it came to the safety of Konoha, they would side with the radical Danzo.

Danzo took advantage of the victory and put forward a more radical suggestion: "For the safety of the village, we should move the Uchiha clan to the edge of the village and conduct 24-hour strict surveillance."

Upon hearing this, Sarutobi Hiruzen's face darkened: "Doing this now has no other evidence and no motive, and it will only cause stronger resistance." He was well aware of the pride and dignity of the Uchiha clan, and such measures would be tantamount to pushing them into a dead end.

But at this time, consultants Zhuanqin Koharu and Mitomon En stood on Danzo's side: "Danzo's statement makes sense, we cannot ignore any potential threats." They passed Danzo's proposal by a majority of 3 to 1.

Danzo smiled triumphantly, while Sarutobi Hiruzen fell silent. He knew that this decision would have a far-reaching impact on the village, and he himself would face even greater challenges. But he also understood that as Hokage, he had to be responsible for the peace and stability of the village, and he could only hope that the Uchiha clan could understand.

After the meeting, the Uchiha clan was forced to move away from the center of the village, which made it inconvenient for them to go to work. They were transformed from noble city dwellers into country bumpkins, and were under 24-hour surveillance. Their dissatisfaction was growing. During the Nine-Tails Rebellion, the village did not allow the Uchiha clan to help, and later asked the Uchiha clan to move to the edge of the village. The latter part was that the Uchiha clan, who were inherently emotional and straightforward, had accumulated more and more resentment over time, and the law enforcement became more and more severe. They expressed their dissatisfaction with the village through rough law enforcement, and the gatherings became more and more frequent. They planned coups, treason, and killed the Hokage themselves.

After the meeting, Danzo looked at Sarutobi Hiruzen proudly. This was one of the few victories and there was no conversation of one regretting and the other getting angry.

The insight of the Third Hokage Sarutobi Hiruzen far exceeded Danzo's imagination, and he was not as naive as Danzo thought. When Kakashi reported to him about the appearance of the Wood Release Ninja, Sarutobi Hiruzen immediately realized that this was no accident. The appearance of these Wood Release Ninjas was likely to be inextricably linked to an experiment that was stopped before the Third World War, and this experiment might be what Danzo had been conducting in secret.

Sarutobi Hiruzen did not take action immediately, but conducted in-depth investigation and analysis. He used his intelligence network to gradually piece together the full picture of the conspiracy. Danzo had been secretly conducting the suspended experiment. Orochimaru, as the person in charge of this horrific experiment that was revealed, had a shocking attitude towards life. Not only was he indifferent to the lives of innocent people participating in the experiment, but even in his own experiments, he regarded life as a consumable resource without any respect or awe. Orochimaru observed the struggle and disappearance of these lives with cold eyes, as if all this was just a necessary step in his pursuit of scientific progress.

Sarutobi Hiruzen was unwilling to believe the fact that his most promising disciple had suffered serious psychological trauma after the last war. A few months later, Sarutobi Hiruzen decided to lead the operation himself. He led a team of Anbu ninjas and made careful plans and preparations. They walked into the secret laboratory quietly. However, when he entered the laboratory, he found that Orochimaru was conducting outrageous human experiments. Sarutobi Hiruzen looked at Orochimaru now, and his heart was filled with grief. However, at the critical moment, Hiruzen softened his heart and Orochimaru escaped.

In order to make up for his soft-heartedness, the Third Hokage sent out the Anbu to continue hunting down Orochimaru, but the gap was too big. Even the cold-blooded Kakashi was frightened by Orochimaru's murderous aura. Fortunately, Orochimaru did not have enough physical strength to kill him, but Kakashi and Kabuto also formed a friendship. Orochimaru defected from Konoha's pursuit, and the following year he recruited the civilian genius Yakushi Kabuto from the war between Konoha and the Land of Earth.

In the 53rd year of Konoha, the war between Iwagakure and Konoha was in full swing. Kabuto, as an excellent spy, played a key role in this period. Just like in the original work, he eventually killed the dean, and this action completely changed his fate. After a deep inner struggle, he decided to follow Orochimaru and step into a whole new world.

Three years later, Pein also completed his revenge and successfully killed Hanzo. Akatsuki also recruited Zetsu, Kakuzu, Sasori and others from the talent market and was in a state of extreme shortage of people. In this context, Orochimaru found out about Akatsuki and let Kabuto go undercover under Sasori's men to lead out Akatsuki.

Orochimaru took a fancy to the Samsara Eye that Pein possessed, which was the power he had always dreamed of. Orochimaru decided to seize this power, but he had no power to fight back in front of Pein, and he was shocked by the unfathomable power of this power. For this reason, he planned to join the Akatsuki organization and plan for the right opportunity to seize the eyes. However, Nagato did not have a good impression of villains like Orochimaru. He knew Orochimaru's ambition and cruelty very well, and had reservations about his joining. However, the Akatsuki organization is indeed short of people and money, and for the time being, there is no task to be performed except making money and finding people. It is better to keep a guy like Orochimaru who may affect future plans around, so Nagato did not refuse Orochimaru's joining.

After Orochimaru joined Akatsuki, he was given a ring codenamed Sora and formed a two-person team with Sasori. But Akatsuki didn't have any special missions now, and recruiting people to make money was not a good idea for him or Sasori, who were both eager for eternity. He used this opportunity to secretly observe the operation of Akatsuki and the abilities of its members, and also used Akatsuki's resources to study his own reincarnation.
