Pirates: Rush to the Peak

Chapter 80: Lieutenant General Flying Squirrel

"Captain, the barbecue is ready, we can start the banquet."

Paul was on the barbecue grill. He cut the meat with a knife and saw that it was cooked. He turned around to inform Craw.

"Well, boys, let's have a party!"

"Oh! Hahaha."

"Master Cooley, let's have a drink together."

Kuro held up the fruit wine barrel happily, the crew members were also laughing, and Ryan pulled Master Kure to drink.

The party lasted until the early morning, and everyone chatted around the campfire.

"Captain, the Weeping Angel, after my inspection over the past two days, I found that everything is intact except for a wound at the rear of the ship."

"But it was hidden for quite some time, and the original paint on the hull and deck has all fallen off."

"These places need to be repainted. Captain, do you have any requirements for the paint color?"

After listening to Master Kulei's question, Kuro fell into deep thought.

"Color? Just paint it like the original Weeping Angel and restore it to its original state."

Kuro said, raising his glass to clink with Master Kulei.

"Hahaha, I knew you would say that. OK, I'll arrange it tomorrow."

Master Cooley, laughing and drinking.

When the banquet was over, it was almost dawn and all the crew members were lying on the ground and fell asleep, leaving only Kuro and Chloe drinking.

"Kro, has the navy ship that came to pick us up not arrived yet?"

"There's no captain yet. Vice Admiral Flying Squirrel contacted Jirimi this afternoon and said he won't arrive until the day after tomorrow."

"Well, the day after tomorrow, the crew members are almost the same, and they have fully mastered the armed color domineering."

When Kuro heard about Vice Admiral Flying Squirrel, he raised his eyebrows. That guy's attitude towards pirates was okay, and he wouldn't cause trouble when he came.

Then, I estimated in my mind the crew’s current training level and it would be just right to arrive the day after tomorrow.

"That's right Captain."

After hearing this, Clo adjusted his glasses and nodded.

The two then talked about the development of the pirate group and what the Five Elders had said before.

"Captain, after I communicated with the Five Elders, they replied that there is no rush, but it is impossible to get compensation."

"Oh? They want me to be a part-time worker. No, part-time workers are paid."

"They don't treat me as a human being, either. Tomorrow, if you reject the Five Elders, I won't go. I won't kill any pirates if there is no grudge or reward."

"Okay Captain, I will reply directly to the Five Elders tomorrow."

When he heard Cloe say that the Five Elders wanted him to work but didn't pay him, he got angry and refused to do it anymore. Whoever wants to do it can do it.

They don't have the same treatment as the Seven Warlords of the Sea, and they are not even paid for their work.

When Kuro heard what Kuro said, he adjusted his glasses and nodded quickly.

The two chatted until dawn, and Kulo called the crew up for breakfast. After breakfast, Master Kuley returned to the shipyard, and the crew started a new day of exercise.

Time flies and the day after tomorrow is here.

"Ji Hai, you must be careful when you go back this time. Remember, I don't want my brothers to die in the hands of the navy. If you are discovered, you can directly betray us."

"Make sure you keep yourself safe and sound."

"Captain! Woohoo~"

After hearing what Kuro said, Ji Hai almost cried. The captain actually cared so much about my safety.

"The Captain has started again."

"Yes, it's happening again."

After Ryan and Chloe had a familiar exchange, they both shook their heads and felt sorry for Ji Hai.

In order to see Jikai off, all the members of the Kuro Pirates were standing at the port, and everyone was saying that they were reluctant to part.

As for the group of naval prisoners, they were all hypnotized by Zangao and fell asleep on the ground.

After a while, a naval ship appeared on the sea.

"Captain, the flying squirrel is coming."

"Well, I see it."

Jirimi saw the people on the warship and spoke to Kuro.

After a while, the navy ship entered the port and stopped.

Vice Admiral Flying Squirrel, along with a group of navy men, walked down from the warship.

"Shichibukai Reid Kuro, we are here to pick someone up under the order of the headquarters."

The flying squirrel walked up to Kuro and explained his purpose right away.

"Yes, I know. Ji Hai is here. Vice Admiral Shovel and Brigadier General Juan, including a group of naval soldiers, are lying on the ground over there."

After Kuro finished speaking, he pointed at the buttocks pressed by Ryan's right hand and the navy on the ground. Vice Admiral Flying Squirrel turned his head to look and nodded.

"If there is nothing else, I will take the person away. Marshal Zhan Guo asked me to pass on a message to you. Kuro, you'd better not do anything wrong again, otherwise it will come to catch you personally."

"Hahaha, it wouldn't be a bad thing if I could fight Marshal Zhan Guo. All right, you can take him away."

When Kuro heard what the flying squirrel said, he could imagine how angry the old man Sengoku was.

Vice Admiral Flying Squirrel had a serious look on his face. He gestured to the navy behind him, and the navy soldiers began to carry the naval prisoners.

"You should release Vice Admiral Jirimi!"

The flying squirrel looked at Ryan and after he finished speaking, Ryan threw his buttocks over to him and the flying squirrel quickly stepped forward to catch it.

"Are you challenging the Navy?!"

"Okay, don't be so nervous. We have released the hostages. You can pick them up and leave."

The flying squirrel looked at Ryan angrily. Kuro walked forward and ordered him to leave.

"Lieutenant General Flying Squirrel, let's leave first."

"Humph, you better be careful and don't let me catch you."

Ji Hai urged the flying squirrel with a weak look on his face. After hearing this, the flying squirrel said something harsh to Kuro, and then helped Ji Hai onto the boat.

The naval soldiers also followed behind, supporting the naval prisoners.

"Ji Hai's acting skills are really amazing."

"Yeah, the drama comes as it comes. Just now he was chatting with us with full energy, but now he looks so weak."

Seeing that all the sailors had boarded the ship and the naval ship was setting off, Ryan and Clo whispered behind the crowd.

"Ji Hai, the Kuro Pirates didn't hurt you during this time, did they?"

On the warship, Flying Squirrel helped Ji Hai lie on the bed and asked with concern.

"Hey, at the beginning we were beaten and scolded every day, and even attacked the wound on my broken hand. But after losing the battle, there's nothing much to say. We were too weak."

Jirimi said as he rolled up his sleeves and showed his severed hand to Vice Admiral Flying Squirrel.

"These bastard pirates! Don't worry, Ji Hai. Marshal Sengoku has already announced that he will focus on the Kuro Pirates. If any problems are found, the Demon Slayer Order will be activated directly."

Vice Admiral Flying Squirrel looked at the wound on his buttocks and announced Marshal Sengoku's decision.

"That's great! If the Marshal ever really wants to use the Demon Slayer Order against the Kuro Pirates, please be sure to notify me. I want to take revenge personally!"

Ji Hai sat up on the bed, his face full of hatred and his tone revealed unwillingness.

"No problem, don't worry, Ji Hai, we will definitely avenge you."

After Vice Admiral Flying Squirrel finished speaking, Ji Hai nodded without saying anything, but he was thinking in his heart whether he should tell the captain the news.
