Harry Potter: Reunion with the Enemy

"Welcome to the Ministry of Magic. Please provide your name and what you want to do." An emotionless voice came from the red microphone in the shabby telephone booth.

"I'm Draco Malfoy, I have an appointment to meet the Minister of Magic in an hour today." Draco replied briefly. Because Lucius had brought him here many times before, although most of the time he came to the Ministry of Magic with his father as an employee and his family, Draco was also quite familiar with the guest passage - although his father despised the shabby telephone booth and would ridicule it every time he passed by.

This morning, an owl from Ollivander's Wand Shop informed Harry that the new wand he had ordered for Draco had been completed and needed to be picked up. So the two idle tutors and the reserve wizard Alex went to Diagon Alley together. Harry introduced different magic shops to Alex just like Hagrid did back then. When passing by the Quidditch boutique, Flourish and Blotts bookstore and Madam Malkin's robe shop, the future wizard switched back and forth between shouting excitedly and opening his mouth in surprise.

"Why is there such a beautiful broom, Brother Harry?"

"Well - this is a means of transportation. Wizards can fly on it and play ball. If you are interested, we can find an open space to teach you later. It is more interesting than squash."

Before Alex could raise any more questions, Harry took him into the wand shop.

The wand collection was completed quickly. Standing in the middle of the empty shelf, Draco held the new wand and tried to wave it. A red light flashed from the tip of the wand. The familiar warmth was transmitted from the wand to the palm of his hand - but the touch was slightly different.

"This is the pattern I asked him to customize for you. The wand core is still the same unicorn feather. Although it went through an unfortunate trip with me in the goblin dungeon, it still looks useful." Harry explained. "And I noticed that the family head ring you had been wearing in your memory fragments is missing."

Draco looked carefully at the extra silver decoration on the handle of the staff. The pattern showed a lion and a snake, with a giant snake coiled around it, its head resting on one side of the lion, as if kissing the alien next to it. There were also two small letters DH on the side.

"It looks like the combined emblem of Gryffindor and Slytherin." Draco smiled and used his new wand to clean Alex's face, which was stained by ice cream. "The head of the family ring fell into the Fiendfyre in the Room of Requirement."

"I just remembered the way you hugged me and kissed me every day." Harry placed the finished wand in his palm and admired it. "But putting a real person's head on the decoration will not be conducive to your showing off with the wand in the streets?"

"If that's the case, I might consider holding the wand upside down - so it's easier to show to everyone." Draco put his arm around Harry's shoulders and whispered in his ear, "But I have another important thing to do today, so maybe the task of accompanying Alex shopping in the second half of the day will be left to you."

"Oh." Harry raised his eyebrows curiously, but seeing that Draco had no intention of elaborating, he did not continue to ask, "Well, the sooner you go, the sooner you will be back."

"I will." Draco touched Harry's ear gently.

Draco took the medal from the metal chute, which read: Draco Malfoy, temporary meeting. Draco pinned it to his chest, and the floor of the telephone booth began to bump down until the magnificent hall of the Ministry of Magic appeared in front of him.

Draco decided that there were some things he needed to clear up with Kingsley before meeting with Andre, the Muggle Chief Whip.

Since a large group of fire dragons were released from the underwater dungeon, the past few days have been a little too calm.

It seems that the most sensational news recently is the gossip about Harry's public boyfriend - just after he told the goblins in the dungeon that he and Andre were allies, and that he and Harry had always been sworn enemies in school, Harry confessed his relationship in the majority of wizard newspapers as soon as he escaped.

Draco still felt a headache every time he thought of the overwhelming news in those days - he was of course very happy to be exposed by the savior. But Harry might not have heard what he said to the goblin on the second floor of the dungeon - about the fact that the mortal enemy he wanted to capture in the dungeon became a couple the next day.

Why haven't the goblins taken action against him yet? Draco had been mentally prepared for these few days - such as the expulsion notice issued by the goblins of Gringotts, the goblins' revenge and assassination, the bill for compensation for the damage to the underwater dungeon, other extortion, and new conflicts between races.

But there is no doubt that these few days were calm.

Maybe the goblin still had faith in what he'd said to the lie detector down in the dungeon?

Or is the goblin worried that only the tip of his conspiracy has been revealed?

Or are they still stirring and speeding up their actions?

In any case, this playful project, which was initially created under the guise of getting close to Harry, is now only a few steps away from the vortex of power.

Merlin, what he said to his father Lucius at the beginning was - "If possible, I hope to be given a chance to communicate and exchange with Harry Potter again, even if it's only for a few days."

Draco needs to find Kingsley and sort out what happened before - starting with why the project was targeted at the Forsyth family in the first place.
