Rebirth of the Return of Chu

After coming out of the Crown Princess's East Palace, Mu Chu was weighed down with thoughts. Who on earth wrote the letter to his father? How could he lose his judgment? And who was the adult who conspired with the Wang family? And how many people in the court wanted to kill his father?

As I thought about it, I felt that I should leave the palace quickly and go back to tell Qin Yuanyi what happened today.

When he came to his senses, he found himself in a very deserted palace. He wanted to ask for directions, but there was not even a palace maid.

Mu Chu walked forward anxiously, and a palace gate suddenly appeared in front of him. On the plaque of the palace were three large gold-plated characters "Fengluan Palace". The desolate feeling was totally inconsistent with this magnificent palace.

Xiao Tao was so anxious that she started to cry: "Miss, what should we do? The old lady is still waiting for us at the door. It's getting dark soon. If the palace gates are locked and we can't get out, it will be troublesome. Will the emperor punish us then?"

Mu Chu was also worried: "Don't worry, let's look for it ourselves first."

As he walked forward, he saw a figure in white standing in the yard. Mu Chu almost thought it was Qin Yuanyi. Just as he was about to call him uncle, the man turned around and it was the eldest prince.

Mu Chu was startled and immediately bowed her head and saluted: "Your Highness, I greet the Crown Prince."

The man stared at Muchu, with a smile on his face: "Qin Muchu, you haven't left the palace yet? What are you doing here?"

Mu Chu was too nervous to look up: "Your Highness, I got lost and accidentally barged in here. I'm sorry to bother you. I'll leave now."

After saying that, he immediately turned around and signaled Xiaotao to leave quickly.

"Wait." The man's voice came from behind.

Mu Chu paused and turned around: "Excuse me, Your Highness, is there anything else?"

He just smiled and said, "I'll take you out. I want to go home too."

Mu Chu was surprised: "Don't you live in the palace?"

He replied naturally: "Well, the emperor has granted me a mansion."

Mu Chu nodded, not daring to say anything more. He followed the eldest prince and soon arrived at the corridor at the palace gate. He turned around and looked at Mu Chu: "Do you see the big door in front? Go out from there. It's not convenient for me to go out with you."

Mu Chu nodded: "Thank you, Your Highness."

When they came out of the palace gate, they saw the Qin family's carriage waiting at the door. After getting in the carriage, the old lady's face was very ugly: "Qin Muchu, do you know your mistake?"

Mu Chu looked up at her coldly: "I wonder what the old lady is talking about?"

Madam Qin said angrily, "Don't play dumb with me and fool me. Why did you ask the emperor to make your own decision on marriage today? You are simply a traitor."

Mu Chu sneered: "Old Madam, I don't think I have done anything wrong. You can plan for your grandson, but can't I plan for my own happiness? Besides, the emperor has approved it. Are you questioning the emperor?"

Old Madam Qin touched her chest angrily and said, "You, you get off my chest." The nanny beside her hurried forward to help her calm down.

Mu Chu didn't care. He got off the carriage and said to Xiao Tao, "Xiao Tao, let's walk back."

Xiao Tao was a little confused: "Miss, what are you arguing about with the old lady?"

Mu Chu replied to her: "It's okay, let's go."

The two of them only realized how tired they were when they were halfway through their walk. They had gotten up so early in the morning without even taking a break. Mu Chu felt like his feet were walking on cotton. He missed the modern era with taxis and mobile phones.

As they were walking, a carriage stopped beside them, and they heard a servant's voice: "Miss, please stay."

Mu Chu looked around and saw that there was no one around. It seemed that someone was calling him. He was a little nervous: "Are you calling me?"

The servant replied, "Yes, my master told the young lady to get in the car and give her a ride."

Although Mu Chu wanted to get in the car, his mind told him that he couldn't just get into a stranger's car, so he shook his head and said, "Thank you, sir. It's not necessary. I can just walk back."

Suddenly, a cold male voice came from the car: "Come up, I'm not a bad person." Then the curtain was lifted.

Mu Chu was looking at the eldest prince sitting in the car. While hesitating, he saw the third prince talking to a young man in a roadside restaurant, so he immediately got in the car and lowered the curtain.

The two of them sat in silence all the way, and Mu Chu just felt very nervous.

After half an hour of driving, the carriage stopped and the servant said, "Miss, we're here."

Mu Chu quickly got out of the car, saluted to Li Wenyu and said, "Thank you, Your Highness, for sending me back."

Li Wenyu looked at her with a half-smile: "Thank you for taking practical action."

Mu Chu was stunned and was about to invite him to dinner, but he spoke first: "Wait for my news, and take me on a tour of the capital some other day as a thank you gift."
