First of all, I would like to thank all the book fans for their long-term support for this book. As the old saying goes, those who have money can support this book with money, and those who don’t have money can support this book with their presence.

No matter which type you belong to, Chong Er is very happy because this proves that everyone really likes the stories I write.

......

Next, I will talk to you about the original intention of writing this book, because I actually also like to watch anime and read novels.

For a while, I was addicted to doujinshi, so I read a lot of them, from all platforms, some with good writing style, some with poor writing style,

But in the end, it seems that neither of them is the pirate in my mind, maybe it’s because of different values!

So I suddenly had an idea: why not just write one myself!

At the beginning, I had prepared for the worst in my mind. After all, I was a novice and I didn’t think many people would read the book I wrote.

So I didn’t even have an overall outline at the beginning. I just wrote whatever came to my mind, purely for my own amusement.

I didn't expect that during the verification period and book testing, I would have so many supporters.

This makes me happy and distressed at the same time. I am happy because the story I wrote has been recognized by everyone, but I am distressed because I can't be lazy! I have to live up to your support!

So I stayed up for several nights to finalize the outline, and it made my hair fall out in clumps.

Then I looked back and realized that I was so overwhelmed with writing! I had originally planned to write a manga, but I ended up writing almost 50 words for the first world!

How can a novice village be so long? Don’t you think so?

So you can clearly feel that the pace of the story has been sped up a lot by me. In fact, I was quite conflicted at the time, because the data of this book was pretty good, so I was thinking about whether I should continue writing about the world of pirates.

Because there are many characters whose lines can still be written, such as Enel of Sky Island, Golden Emperor Tezoro, Golden Lion, Uta, Sabo, etc., adding these together, I think it will be enough for me to write another 500,000 words!

What if I don’t write the next world well and it affects the quality of the whole book?

But in the end I decided to finish the first volume, because I am a bookworm myself and I hate those long and boring stories.

Of course I know the right amount of writing and can easily make a little money, but this is my first book, so I don't want to compromise!

Just like the previous few chapters, many people gave bad reviews to the book because I criticized Akainu. I also knew that if I changed it to cater to their ideas, the performance of my book would be better and I would earn more.

But I won’t!!!

......

I always feel that whether it is animation, novels, or film and television dramas, they should promote positive energy to people.

The protagonist is the continuation of the author's three views, which will be continuously conveyed to the readers. Take the pirates drawn by Oda for example, he is conveying his three views and promoting the culture of his own country.

Then can't I praise my own country in my works?

Besides, right is right and wrong is wrong. It just means that we cannot completely deny a group just because of the mistakes of one individual.

Therefore, the old Mo in the book will not deny the entire navy because he hates the hawks, nor will he show leniency to all pirates because he likes a certain pirate.

His thoughts and feelings are slowly changing with time and experience, from being a fun-loving person at the beginning to saving this deformed world in his own way in the end.

After all, the purpose of reading novels is to relax, not to take political thought lessons.

But I think a good work should be able to let readers learn even a little bit of useful things from a story full of laughter, anger and insults.

Instead of just killing for the sake of killing, or for the sake of pleasure, because people will always grow up and experience the destruction and beatings of society.

For example, when Lao Mo gave his first speech at the Naval Headquarters, people might think it was empty and pretentious, because talent determines everything, and hard work seems to be useless.

That's because the target of everyone's comparison is genius. Maybe we can come to terms with ourselves, accept our own mediocrity, and face up to our own shortcomings.

Work hard to improve yourself. Even if you cannot surpass geniuses, at least you can surpass those ordinary people who don’t work hard!

How high is considered a high position? How much money is considered a lot? Desire is a bottomless pit and can never be satisfied.

The core of Taoism advocates that one should not seek outside for everything, but enrich one's own spiritual world so that one can live a happy and contented life!

......

Regarding the character of the protagonist Lao Mo, I actually think that he is well-shaped. Although he has many small flaws, a lazy attitude towards life, and the arrogance of a time traveler, he is also a bit arrogant and only cares about his relatives.

But I think these are all flaws that outweigh the merits. After all, no one is perfect, and the world is not divided into black and white. Moreover, when it comes to major issues, when Lao Mo needs to take the lead, he will never let anyone down.

I think this is enough!

This is more in line with the thinking of a normal time traveler. If someone doesn't even think about working hard to improve his or her living conditions in reality, suddenly travels to another world and thinks about changing the world like a saint, isn't that nonsense!

.....

The vast majority of works simply end with Im defeated in the finale. As a One Piece fan, who cares about the life or death of the big boss?

So at the end of the first volume, I did not choose to fight to the death, but chose to disintegrate from within and carry out reforms without bloodshed.

Maybe I'm getting older and am no longer the passionate young man I used to be. I'm more concerned about what exactly is that 800-year history that has disappeared?

If fan fiction doesn't fill in the gaps and eliminate the sense of loss, it can still be called fan fiction.

Hahahaha, but I guess the world history plot that I painstakingly thought out will most likely be backstabbed by Oda, but at least I put some thought into it, and that's enough.

Of course, no matter how I complain about Oda, Wano Country, how bad the Cake Island arc is, how speechless Luffy's forced fifth gear cheat is, etc., but the manga One Piece carries our youth after all.

I have finally fulfilled my dream of being a pirate, but I don't know if the ending I wrote will satisfy you?

A story always has to come to an end, so let’s look forward to what interesting stories Lao Mo will tell in the next world!

(Whispering: I was too young at the time and chose to write a same-human novel. Later on I realized that I couldn’t cross paths randomly, so... you don’t want to be locked up in a small dark room for the whole book, right?)
