Li Wenmin gently patted Xueyue's head, trying to reassure her. His cold gaze couldn't help but melt into a warm puddle when he saw her face. Did she have to behave like a rabbit when she was scared? Her doe-like eyes were so wide open and turned back and forth that he found it funny.

When Wang Longhe spoke again, the smile in Li Wenmin's eyes disappeared.

"This is the city my father owns and rules. Why can't I be here?" Wang Longhe folded his arms and smiled easily.

A low smile appeared on the corners of his mouth. Finally, he had influence over them. Li Wenmin saw the heavy gaze on Xueyue and immediately hugged her behind him. Li Chenyang walked quickly, and soon, the two corpses blocked his view.

Wang Longhe raised a brow at their protective behavior. It almost amused him. He had never seen the twins be so possessive about something. "Who's that girl?" he asked provocatively, tilting his head in mock curiosity.

"Why do you care?" Li Chenyang crossed his arms.

Wang Longhe sneered. "What? Men can't appreciate the beauty of young women?" He sneered.

He tilted his head and said, "I am royalty. I can do whatever I want, like taking the girl home and locking her in the prayer hall."

Li Wenmin's face turned gloomy. "How dare you-"

"You two are just weaklings, unable to resist Wang Ling's invincible power." Wang Longhe shrugged leisurely. He acted as if he had not offended two-fifths of the Wuyi Grand Prince.

Xueyue's body stiffened after hearing the Fourth Prince's words, and she hugged Li Wenmin tightly. She asked herself in horror, "Is he really going to take me away...?" She shook off the thoughts in her mind. "No, no, I should trust Li Wenmin and Li Chenyang!"
