Li Xueyue has been observing these people's methods. She doesn't want to learn from them or copy them, she is just curious.

After the meeting, everyone dispersed and never looked at each other again. It was not difficult to see that the business dealings between these people were simple and nothing else.

Li Xueyue was walking along the corridor in the opposite direction of the meeting room when she suddenly felt someone behind her. Before she turned around, the person appeared in her sight.

"Yu Zhen," she said thoughtfully, knowing it was him before she even saw him.

"You could have waited for me," he said.

"I want to wait around the corner. It's more private there."

Yu Zhen sneered when he heard her say that. He pinched her chin and pulled her closer. "What are you doing in private?"

"Speak."

He brushed his thumb across her chin. "Just chatting?" he teased.

Li Xueyue tried hard to look away from him. His eyes were too alluring. Those eyes reflected his emotions, darkened by desire.

"Better not," she said unexpectedly.

Yu Zhen smiled faintly, hugged her and took a step towards her.

"I went easy on you last night," he whispered, his lips brushing against hers.

"This way you'll have the strength to walk." Yu Zhen stroked her cheek with the back of his fingers. Her eyelashes fluttered when she heard his words.

Li Xueyue was very conflicted. Seeing everyone's harsh criticism, she began to doubt his words.

"Trust me," he said, lifting her chin. She was forced to meet his burning gaze.

"Normally, it's worse than it was today. Silence rarely happens, but it happened to you more than once."

Li Xueyue nodded, "I thought they were quiet because they didn't like my advice."

"Nonsense, you caught everyone off guard."

Li Xueyue could only believe his words. She knew he was good to her, but he was not the kind of person who would lie for false comfort.

"Now," he whispered, placing her finger to his lips. "Let's finish what we started."

As they walked out the door, his lips were on hers again. She stumbled, but he caught her easily.

"Good girl."

Through her hazy vision, she saw him put his fingers to his mouth, and her heart skipped a beat when he licked them.

“Sweet as honey.”

Li Xueyue blushed after hearing what he said.

Yu Zhen liked her like this. Her hair was spread out behind her back, with a few strands of hair floating forward. He could see it clearly. Her rosy face and rosy lips fascinated him. She was gorgeous. Every adjective of beautiful was suitable to describe her.

He hadn't expected such a clichéd thought to pop into his head, but it did.

"Will you teach me?"

Hearing her voice, Yu’s heart trembled. She looked at him curiously with wide eyes. She looked too naive for her own good. He had an urge to control her instead of giving her this opportunity.

"It's up to you. Whatever makes sense to you," he soothed.

Li Xueyue didn't need to hear anything else and placed her hands on his bare chest.

"That's it," he growled.

"You damned beast..." she said.

Yu lay beside her and laughed, “You shouldn’t make fun of me.”

"I just want to torture you," she said innocently.

Yu Zhen sneered after hearing her words. He pulled her close and put his arms around her body. He held her tenderly.

"Believe me, everything you do to me is torture."
