Ever since Wukong escaped from the Five Finger Mountain and regained his freedom, his anger towards the Heavenly Palace has never been extinguished. Although he lost the battle in the Heavenly Palace in the past, he still understood the gap in power and his own shortcomings. Now, Wukong, with full of fighting spirit and perseverance, embarked on the road of challenging stronger people, and Taishang Laojun, the Taoist ancestor who made elixirs and medicines and had countless magic weapons, became his next target.

In the misty Tushita Palace, Taishang Laojun was sitting in front of the Bagua furnace, the fire was blazing, reflecting his deep and unfathomable eyes. He seemed to have foreseen Wukong's arrival, and a faint smile appeared on the corner of his mouth, thinking to himself: "This naughty monkey is quite courageous."

Wukong rode his somersault cloud and reached the South Heaven Gate in an instant. He did not rush to force his way in, but used his 72 transformations to transform into a small flying insect and sneaked into the Heavenly Palace silently. Along the way, he avoided the heavy guards, but in his heart he could not help but sigh at the solemnity and prosperity of the Heavenly Palace.

As Wukong was traveling between the palaces, he smelled a strange fragrance that attracted him to follow the scent. It turned out that this was a secret garden with exotic flowers and plants blooming in competition. In the center, there was a Ganoderma lucidum emitting a faint golden light. Wukong's heart moved, knowing that this was a rare treasure. Just as he was about to pick it, he saw a white-haired old man slowly walking into the garden.

The old man was none other than the boy serving under the seat of Taishang Laojun. When he saw Wukong transformed into a flying insect, he smiled slightly and said, "You, little insect, are quite clever. This Ganoderma lucidum was found by my master for refining elixirs. If you are destined to have it, I will give it to you." After that, the boy waved his sleeves lightly, and the Ganoderma lucidum floated in front of Wukong.

Wukong was grateful, but he also knew there must be a deeper meaning behind this. He thought to himself that maybe this was his chance to challenge Taishang Laojun. So, he put away the Ganoderma lucidum, transformed into a human form, bowed to the boy, and said, "Thank you for the treasure, fairy boy. May I ask where Taishang Laojun is? I, Sun Wukong, have come to visit you."

The boy was not surprised to hear this, and just said, "Since you are here, come with me." After that, he led Wukong to the depths of the Tushita Palace.

Entering the Tushita Palace, Wukong saw the flames in the Bagua furnace raging and the heat rolling. Taishang Laojun was standing in front of the furnace, holding a banana leaf fan, and gently fanning the furnace, the fire became more intense. Seeing Wukong coming, he smiled and said, "Wukong, do you know what the magic of this Bagua furnace is?"

The Supreme Lord Lao said: "This furnace can refine everything, and it can also refine your heart. If you can endure the 49 days of refinement in it, not only will your body become indestructible, but you can also develop a golden eye that can see through all the falsehoods in the world."

Wukong heard this and knew that this was a test from Taishang Laojun. He stepped into the Bagua furnace without hesitation and let the blazing fire surround him. The heat in the furnace was unbearable, as if it would burn all his will and strength. However, Wukong gritted his teeth and survived these long forty-nine days with his firm belief and unyielding will.

When the fire finally went out and Wukong jumped out of the furnace, his eyes had become golden, as if he could see through everything. He felt the powerful force surging in his body, and his heart was filled with unprecedented confidence and pride.

Upon seeing this, Taishang Laojun couldn't help but nodded and praised: "Well done, Sun Wukong, you are indeed extraordinary." After that, he waved his sleeves lightly, and countless magic weapons emerged from the void, including the Vajra Cutter, the Purple Gold Red Gourd, the Mutton Fat Jade Bottle, etc., all of which were treasures with infinite power.

"Wukong, now that you have mastered the Fiery Eyes and Golden Pupils, why don't you try out the power of these magic weapons?" Taishang Laojun said with a smile.

Wukong was not afraid when he saw this, for he knew that although these magic weapons were powerful, only wisdom and courage could defeat the enemy. So, he flashed and turned into a golden light, and started a fierce battle with those magic weapons.

The Vajra Cutter flew over and Wukong met it with his Golden Cudgel, and the collision of the two made a deafening sound; the purple gold red gourd and the mutton-fat jade bottle tried to suck him into them, but Wukong used his Fiery Eyes to see through their flaws and resolved them one by one.

The battle lasted for a long time, and there were thrilling duels between Wukong and Taishang Laojun's magic weapons. In the end, with Wukong's wisdom, courage and persistence, he successfully cracked the offensive of all the magic weapons and won the victory of this trial.

After the battle, Taishang Laojun looked at Wukong's sweaty and determined face, and couldn't help but feel admiration in his heart. He slowly walked up to Wukong, patted Wukong on the shoulder and said: "Wukong, Wukong, you really didn't let me down. Your strength, wisdom and courage are enough to make anyone look at you with admiration."

Upon hearing this, Wukong also put away his aggressive attitude during the battle and respectfully saluted to Taishang Laojun, saying: "Thank you Laojun for your teachings. Wukong knows that I still have many shortcomings that need to be improved."

Taishang Laojun smiled and said, "The road of cultivation is long and arduous. It is rare for you to have such enlightenment. Remember my words - Tao follows nature, and reconciliation and coexistence. Whether in cultivation or in dealing with the world, harmony is the most precious thing and you should follow nature."

Wukong nodded as if he understood what he said. He knew that although he had won the trial, his true practice had just begun. He bowed to Taishang Laojun again and then turned away to embark on a new journey of practice.

In the Tushita Palace, there is a story about the battle of wits and courage, and reconciliation and coexistence between Sun Wukong and Taishang Laojun that has been passed down through the ages.

After leaving Tushita Palace, Wukong did not rush back to Huaguo Mountain, but traveled around the world, visited famous mountains and rivers, and sought a more profound way of cultivation. He knew that true power does not only come from the strength of the body and the power of magic weapons, but also from the inner peace and enlightenment of wisdom.

By chance, Wukong came to Lingtai Fangcun Mountain in Xiniu Hezhou, where clouds and mists lingered and the air was like a fairyland on earth. He heard that there was a master named Subhuti who was proficient in 72 kinds of transformations and the art of immortality, and he couldn't help but have a strong desire for knowledge.

After many hardships, Wukong finally found the Three-Star Cave where Master Subhuti was. He knelt before the master and sincerely expressed his purpose and determination to learn. The master saw that he had a kind heart and extraordinary talent, so he accepted him as his disciple and taught him a more advanced method of cultivation.

Under the careful guidance of the master, Wukong not only learned more magical skills, but more importantly, he gradually realized the true meaning of "returning to the right path". He understood that the path of cultivation is not only a process of pursuing power, but also a process of cultivating the mind and cultivating the nature. Only by returning one's mind to its true nature can one truly master power and control everything.

After several years of hard training, Wukong has reached a new level of cultivation. He bids farewell to Master Subhuti and returns to heaven. This time, he is no longer the unruly and reckless monkey, but a compassionate and peace-protecting Fighting Buddha.

When the gods in heaven saw Wukong's return, they were all amazed at his transformation. They knew that this former rebel had grown into a truly powerful man, a guardian worthy of respect and trust.

Wukong did not forget his mission and responsibility. He used his strength and wisdom to help the Heavenly Court solve many crises and problems. He protected the peace and tranquility of this world, allowing all living things to live and work in peace.

However, Wukong also knows that true peace cannot be achieved overnight. He needs to constantly practice and hone himself to cope with the challenges and difficulties that may arise in the future. He believes that as long as he has justice and compassion in his heart, he can overcome all evil and difficulties and protect the beauty and harmony of this world.
