Anriel knew clearly that if he used the Resurrection Stone to "hunt" enough Dementors and "eat" these rotten and disgusting "fugitives", he would have more than 90% chance of mastering this powerful soul magic.

But this created a new problem -

This thing is not easy to digest.

The Resurrection Stone is just a magical object, and it is up to Anriel himself to transfer the Dementors' energy.

In particular, Anriel himself is technically a magical object.

Although those strong negative emotions were not extremely toxic to Anriel, they could still cause stomach upset...

It would take at least half a month for him to completely "digest" a Dementor.

While Anriel was thinking, the sorting ceremony ended quietly.

Anriel opened his eyes. He had figured it out.

Dumbledore doesn't like Dementors, but he can't openly break up with the Ministry of Magic...so Anriel comes to speak for him.

If Fudge didn't want the Dementors to die out, then he should keep them away from Hogwarts.

If a Dementor disappears near the school every half a month, it is suspected to be hunted by an unknown entity...

Just imagine, a monster more terrifying than Dementors...

"Well?"

Luna tilted her head and moved closer to Anriel. She seemed to sense that her boyfriend was thinking of something wrong.

She leaned against Anriel like a docile kitten, enjoying his caress.

Anriel remembered that Luna's patronus was a hare.

Why is this little guy like a cat now...

Anriel looked at Luna, who was making a comfortable "humming" sound in her throat, and couldn't help laughing.

Dumbledore didn't like giving speeches before meals. He waved the old wand in the air, and countless sumptuous delicacies appeared on the four school tables. The tables were unable to bear the weight and groaned.

Only Anriel noticed the extremely subtle sluggishness when Dumbledore waved his wand...

"Tsk."

Anriel curled his lips and decided to find a chance to talk to Mr. Ollivander.

Although Dumbledore is very skilled in wandless casting, it is not appropriate to always use a wand that is not well suited to him.

Ok……

Anriel suddenly had an idea.

"Hey...how about I make one for Old Deng?"

Anriel's eyes lit up. He had been learning wand making for a year, and this was the time to practice.

He wasn't worried that the inferior wand would bring any harm to Dumbledore. At worst, he could just change it frequently...

Which son has never betrayed his father?

Anriel's mouth corners lifted unconsciously, and Luna beside him felt something was wrong for the second time today and rolled her eyes at him.

She always felt that Anriel hadn't been holding back on anything good today (?)

Meal times are pretty normal.

Soon the snack time was over. Dumbledore waved the Elder Wand again. When the last bit of dessert disappeared from the plate, he stood up, looked around, and cleared his throat:

"Well, welcome!" he said in a loud voice.

"Welcome our friends, both young and old, back to Hogwarts.

I have a few announcements to make, one of which is very important.

So I think that even if we have just had a meal and our brains are a little slow, we should still be very alert and make things clear. "

Dumbledore paused, as if waiting for his students to "clear their heads".

He continued:

“As you may have seen, our school has welcomed several Dementors from Azkaban.

Their purpose is clear.

The Ministry of Magic believes that there is a very high possibility that Sirius Black, an escaped prisoner from Azkaban, has sneaked into our school.

So they sent these Azkaban guards and had these Dementors stationed at every entrance and exit of the school."

Dumbledore's tone turned a little more serious.

"I must make it clear that they have no mercy by nature, and will not understand excuses or pleas for mercy. I ask my students not to get close to these guards."

Dumbledore remained silent for a long time after saying this, making sure everyone could digest the information in his words.

“Also, one more thing—let’s change to a happier topic.

I am pleased to welcome two new teachers to our teaching staff this semester:

First up is Professor Lupin... who has kindly agreed to fill our Defence Against the Dark Arts vacancy."

Dumbledore led the applause.

A round of applause broke out in the auditorium. It didn't sound very welcoming, but it wasn't that cold either. It was much better than the sparse applause in the original film.

Anriel thought that this was because everyone had already eaten their fill.

Snape's face looked like a cabbage that had just been dug out of a pickle jar in the field decades ago.

Sour and smelly.

Maybe add some chili powder, because Snape's expression also contained emotions called anger and hatred.

"Also, our Care of Magical Creatures teacher, Professor Kettleburn, retired at the end of last term.

We are delighted to welcome our old friend, Rubeus Hagrid, as our Care of Magical Creatures teacher!"

There was a burst of warm applause in the auditorium, at least, much warmer than the applause when Professor Lupin took office just now.

There was almost no sound from the Slytherin table, both times.

Anriel didn't listen much, he was more concerned about another thing -

Just now, when Dumbledore mentioned Dementors, he intentionally or unintentionally turned his gaze to him.

It seems Dumbledore has learned that after the train was searched...

A Dementor is missing.

Anriel didn't take it seriously. After returning from Lovegood's house and destroying the locket, his life was quite regular:

Accompanying Luna, studying the Resurrection Stone, chatting with Dumbledore, and turning into an eagle and flying around.

Dumbledore might just be a little confused, because he didn't know what An Rui had discovered when he was studying the Resurrection Stone.

As the students followed the prefects back to the common room, Anriel noticed that Hermione left with Professor McGonagall.

I guess I need to arrange an abstract class schedule for this semester for this top student in the academic year.

Anriel had no interest in the Time-Turner.

Anriel had already violated two of the three "deepest secrets that must not be tampered with" mentioned by Hudbert Waffling in "Basic Rules of Magic".

That's too much.

Life and death, soul and time.

What's more, Anriel hasn't figured out the first two points yet, so how could he have the energy to deal with the third one?

Anriel shrugged and led Luna out of the hall and back to the Ravenclaw common room.
