Lin Nan and Irene were on the train, enjoying a brief moment of peace. The lights in the carriage were dim, and the whispers of the passengers around them and the click of the wheels intertwined to create a quiet atmosphere.

Irene broke the silence: "Lin Nan, can you tell me more about your mother?"

Lin Nan looked out the window, and the waves of memories emerged in her eyes. She smiled and began to tell the story: "My mother is a very powerful magician. She is not only extremely talented in magic, but also has endless wisdom and courage. She always told me that magic is to help people, not to show off power."

"How did she teach you?" Irene asked, her eyes sparkling with interest.

"She started teaching me the basic principles of magic when I was very young," Lin Nan recalled. "She always used very simple methods to help me understand complex magical concepts. For example, she would use a glass of water to explain the flow of energy, and a leaf to explain the harmony of natural magic."

Lin Nan's tone revealed his deep respect for his mother. "The first story she told me was about our family's magical heritage. She told me that our ancestor was a great magician who had helped many people and created many miracles. This story made me understand that magic is not only a power, but also a responsibility."

Irene smiled and nodded, "Your mother must have been an amazing person."

"Yes, she is." Lin Nan said affectionately, "She not only taught me how to use magic, but also taught me how to face difficulties in life. She often said that true strength comes from inner tenacity and belief, not just magic."

Lin Nan sat on a rock by the stream, looking at the clear water, and felt a little relieved. However, he knew that they didn't have much time and had to find a way to recharge as soon as possible.

Suddenly, Natasha's eyes were attracted by a glittering stone in the stream. She quickly walked to the stream, picked up the stone and observed it carefully.

"What is this?" Lin Nan asked curiously.

"This is an energy crystal." Natasha said in surprise, "Although it's not very big, it should be able to charge part of the time controller."

Lin Nan's eyes lit up, and he quickly took out the time controller and inserted the crystal into the charging port. The indicator light on the controller flashed for a moment, then stabilized, indicating that it was charging.

"That's great!" Lin Nan said excitedly, "We have hope."

"But the energy of this crystal may not be enough. We need to find more." Natasha reminded.

Lin Nan nodded, and they continued to walk upstream along the stream, hoping to find more energy crystals. The air in the valley was fresh, and the sunlight shone through the leaves onto the ground, creating mottled light and shadows.

After walking for about half an hour, they found a waterfall. In the pool under the waterfall, more crystals were shining. Natasha said excitedly: "There must be more energy crystals there!"

The two quickly walked to the edge of the pool and began to pick up the shining crystals. Lin Nan inserted the crystals into the time controller one by one and saw the indicator lights gradually light up, indicating that the energy was increasing.

"Look!" Lin Nan pointed at the controller and said excitedly, "We are almost full!"

Natasha nodded and continued to pick up the crystals. Just then, they heard a low roar. They turned around quickly and saw a huge beast coming out of the forest with a fierce light in its eyes.

"Hurry! We have to leave here immediately!" Natasha shouted, drawing her dagger and preparing to fight.

Lin Nan quickly put away the time controller and retreated with Natasha. They knew that in this situation, it would be unwise to fight hard and they had to find a chance to escape.

The beast approached with heavy steps, leaving deep footprints on the ground. Natasha calmly observed the surrounding environment, and suddenly she saw a path next to her, leading to the other side of the valley.

"Follow me!" Natasha pulled Lin Nan and ran quickly towards the path.

The beast roared angrily and chased after them. The two ran on the path, trying to maintain their speed while avoiding obstacles on the road. Lin Nan felt his heart beating violently, but he knew that he had to persevere.

They finally ran out of the path and came to an open plain. Natasha stopped, panting, and looked back, and found that the beast had disappeared.

"We got rid of it." Natasha breathed a sigh of relief.

Lin Nan also panted heavily and wiped the sweat from his forehead. "Thank you, Natasha. If it weren't for you, I might have already..."

"Stop talking about this, we have to leave here as soon as possible." Natasha interrupted him with a firm look in her eyes.

Lin Nan nodded, took out the time controller, and found that the charging was complete. He took a deep breath and said to Natasha: "We can start the time controller."

Natasha nodded and held Lin Nan's hand tightly. "Are you ready?"

"We're ready." Lin Nan said firmly.

He pressed the start button of the time controller, and a dazzling light surrounded them. Lin Nan felt dizzy, and the scene in front of him gradually blurred. Then, they were pulled into a tunnel of light, quickly traveling through time and space.

When they opened their eyes again, they found themselves back in the laboratory of the Avengers Building. The surrounding equipment was still functioning, indicating that they had successfully returned to their original time and space.

"We succeeded!" Lin Nan said excitedly with a smile on his face.

Natasha also smiled and said, "Yes, we succeeded. But this is just the beginning, we still have a lot to do."

Lin Nan nodded. He knew that his and Natasha's adventure had just begun. The road ahead would be full of unknown challenges and dangers, but he believed that as long as they united, they would be able to overcome all difficulties.

"Come on, let's go see Tony," Natasha said, leading the way towards the exit of the lab.

The light of the time controller gradually faded, and Lin Nan and Natasha found themselves standing in the laboratory of the Avengers Building. Everything around them seemed so familiar, but they knew in their hearts that what they had just experienced was not an illusion.

"We're back." Lin Nan looked at the time controller in his hand, a hint of excitement and fatigue in his voice.

Natasha nodded and smiled. "Yes, we succeeded. But we have to report it all to Tony."

The two quickly walked out of the laboratory, walked through the long corridor, and came to Tony Stark's office. Tony was standing in front of a huge electronic screen, seemingly analyzing some data. Seeing Lin Nan and Natasha, he smiled with relief.
