"This is the location that the information we received pointed to," Lin Nan whispered, his eyes full of vigilance and determination. "Let's go in and take a look."

Lin Nan nodded, and the two entered the warehouse carefully. The scene inside the warehouse made them frown. Several men in black were busy moving some important-looking items. Obviously, some secret activities were going on here.

Lin Nan motioned for Lin Nan to hide aside, they needed to observe the situation first, and then decide on the next move. She took out her cell phone, quietly took some key pictures, and then put the phone away.

"We need to find the leader of that organization and get more information," Lin Nan said softly, with a hint of calm analysis in his eyes.

Lin Nan nodded, and they continued to move forward quietly in the warehouse, trying to avoid being discovered. Suddenly, a man in black seemed to notice something and walked towards them.

Lin Nan reacted quickly and pulled Lin Nan to hide in a corner full of boxes. She held her breath, her heartbeat accelerated, waiting for the man in black to leave.

The man in black stopped where they were hiding, looked around, and then turned and left. Lin Nan and Hader breathed a sigh of relief and continued forward.

Finally, they found an office with the door half open and whispered conversations coming from inside. Lin Nan and Hader exchanged glances and decided to go in and take a look.

They gently pushed open the door and saw a middle-aged man sitting behind a desk, discussing something with several of his men. Lin Nan recognized him as the leader of the organization, and his heart tightened.

The middle-aged man suddenly raised his head and looked towards the door. Lin Nan and Hader had no time to dodge and could only walk in.

"Who are you?" the middle-aged man asked vigilantly, his eyes full of suspicion and hostility.

Lin Nan responded quickly and said with a smile: "We are here to discuss business. There are some things we need to discuss with you."

The middle-aged man obviously didn't believe her, but he signaled his men not to do anything for the time being. "What do you want to talk about?"

Lin Nan took a step forward and said calmly, "We have the information you need, but we need a safe place to exchange it."

The middle-aged man stared at her for a few seconds, and finally nodded. "Follow me."

They followed the middle-aged man into a more secret room. As soon as the door closed, Lin Nan knew that they were trapped here.

"Now, tell me your information." The middle-aged man said coldly, his eyes full of threats.

Lin Nan took a deep breath, knowing that this would be a dangerous confrontation. But she was not afraid, because she knew that Lin Nan was by her side, ready to deal with any danger at any time.

"We know you are doing some illegal activities," Lin Nan looked directly into the middle-aged man's eyes and said fearlessly. "We have evidence and we have ways to make you stop."

The middle-aged man sneered, obviously not believing her words. "You little bastards, do you really think you can threaten me?"

Lin Nan smiled slightly, his eyes revealing a hint of calm confidence. "You can try it, but you will bear the consequences yourself."

Just as he finished speaking, there was a sudden sound of hurried footsteps outside the room, and then the door was pushed open, and a group of men in black rushed in, obviously having received orders to deal with them.

However, just when the situation became tense, Lin Nan suddenly behaved unexpectedly. She stood there staggeringly, her eyes a little blurry, and a drunken smile on her face.

"Lin Nan, what's wrong with you?" Lin Nan felt uneasy and quickly supported her.

Lin Nan laughed loudly, the sound echoing in the room, attracting everyone's attention. "Lin Nan, I'm fine, I just think the current situation is really interesting!" She waved her hand, as if she didn't care about the danger in front of her at all.

The middle-aged man and his men were obviously confused by Lin Nan's reaction. They looked at each other, looking a little bewildered.

Lin Nan hurriedly whispered to persuade Lin Nan: "Lin Nan, this is not a place for jokes, wake up."

Lin Nan didn't care. She shook off Lin Nan's hand and smiled even more brightly. "Lin Nan, you know what? I suddenly feel that nothing matters anymore. Love, hatred, justice, these are all like a dream, as illusory as a dagger!"

Her words left Lin Nan at a loss for words, while the middle-aged man smiled disdainfully. "It seems your friend is not quite sober."

Lin Nan knew that this couldn't go on any longer, so he quickly grabbed Lin Nan's wrist and tried to take her away from this dangerous place. However, Lin Nan struggled to break free, staggered forward a few steps, and actually started dancing with the middle-aged man's men.

The men in black obviously had not expected this situation. They did not take any action for a while, but just stared blankly at Lin Nan singing and dancing among them.

Although Lin Nan's movements were a bit clumsy, the smile on her face was genuine and cheerful. She took the hand of a man in black and spun around, then pulled up another man and started dancing. Her laughter and the music echoed in the room, making people forget the tense situation in front of them for a moment.

Lin Nan took a deep breath, knowing that he had to act quickly. He quickly looked around, looking for an opportunity to exploit. Just then, he noticed an unlocked cabinet in the corner of the room, which seemed to contain some important documents and items.

He quietly approached the cabinet, trying not to attract attention. Lin Nan's dance continued. She was completely immersed in her own world, as if she had forgotten all the dangers and troubles.

Lin Nan quickly opened the cabinet and found some documents that looked very important. He knew that these documents might be the evidence they needed. He hid the documents in his clothes and looked back at Lin Nan.

"Who?" Lin Nan asked in a low voice, alert.

"It's me, Officer Jack." A familiar voice came from outside the door.

Lin Nan breathed a sigh of relief. He opened the door and saw Officer Jack standing at the door with a look of fatigue and concern on his face. "Jack, come in."

Officer Jack walked into the room and closed the door. "I heard about your situation. The armed men have retreated, but we must act quickly."

Lin Nan nodded and told Jack about the damage to the time controller. Jack frowned, obviously realizing the seriousness of the problem.

"This is a big problem, but it doesn't mean we don't have other solutions." Jack said thoughtfully. "I know a technical expert who may be able to repair this device."

A glimmer of hope flashed in Lin Nan's eyes. "Really? That's great. When can we go find him?"
