While Tianshui was packing up his Pokémon Book and Poké Balls, he was quickly thinking about his next plan. He knew that Xiaozhi was about to go to Viridian City, and the gym leader there was no ordinary person - that was the boss of Team Rocket, Sakaki. Thinking of this, Tianshui couldn't help but reveal a sly smile.
