Ye Li looked at Zhang Meng rushing ahead and couldn't help but laugh: "He really does what he says!"
Qin Feng also smiled. Although he was a little out of breath, he still maintained a steady pace and easily dealt with Zhang Meng's "warm-up race".
After running a few laps, Zhang Meng stopped, took a deep breath, and said, "Okay, next is strength training. Are you ready to lift dumbbells?"

After a round of strength training, Zhang Meng finally announced that we could enter the final "core muscle training". While wiping his sweat, he said to everyone: "The core muscles are the support of our body! Especially in combat and training, a strong core strength can make you more stable and agile."
"Okay, this is the last item. Come on." Qin Feng said while panting, obviously a little tired.
The core training mainly consists of various plank exercises, sit-ups and leg raises. Although they seem simple, as the training time increases, the muscles gradually become sore. The four of them gritted their teeth and persevered, especially Zhang Meng, who seemed to be given a shot of chicken blood and kept increasing the difficulty.
"Look! This is the training of core strength!" Zhang Meng boasted about his persistence while doing plank exercises.
Chu Tian lay on the ground, panting and said, "I feel like my core is about to break... Zhang Meng, are you a devil?"
