Douluo Continent: Dragon Shadow Rebirth

Qin Feng and Zhang Meng stood in the strange underground hall. The laughter of the man in black robe echoed in all directions, as if the whole space was laughing at their helplessness.

“Humph, darkness is everywhere?” Zhang Meng sneered disdainfully, tightly gripping the giant axe and roaring in response, “No matter how omnipresent the darkness is, I have a way to chop you out!”

As soon as he finished speaking, he suddenly raised his huge axe and swung it towards the air a few times, as if trying to use his strength to chop off the illusion of the man in black robe. However, no matter how he swung the axe, the man in black robe's laughter continued, and it seemed even more cold and mocking.

The giant axe struck the ground with a deafening sound. As the axe chopped down, a tiny crack suddenly appeared in the ground, and a stream of black smoke gushed out of the crack. The illusion instantly began to distort, and the surrounding darkness became blurred.

“You actually found me…” The black-robed man’s voice was filled with obvious surprise, and then he sneered, “But this is just the beginning.”

"I don't care what your start is. I just know that you can't escape this time!" Zhang Meng grinned, raised the giant axe, and prepared to attack again.

However, just as he was about to chop down, the air around him suddenly began to vibrate violently, and the darkness seemed to have come to life, and began to rush towards them rapidly, covering the entire space in a thick fog.

"Again?" Zhang Meng widened his eyes, obviously very annoyed by the sudden change of darkness.

As soon as he finished speaking, the man waved his hand suddenly, and the dark power around him surged towards Qin Feng and Zhang Meng like a tide, turning into sharp black arrows and shooting towards them.

"Here they come!" Zhang Meng shouted, raising the giant axe to block in front of him. The black arrows hit the giant axe, making dull "bang bang" sounds.

"Don't take it lightly!" Qin Feng dodged several arrows by leaning sideways and quickly approached the direction of the man in black robe.

The black-robed man saw Qin Feng's intention and sneered, "Do you think you can defeat me by getting close to me? You are too naive."

As his voice fell, the dark power quickly formed a thick barrier around him, completely enveloping him. Qin Feng's sword slashed at the barrier, but only a burst of sparks splashed, and it was impossible to break through.

"This guy's defense is too strong!" Zhang Meng continued to block the arrows while shouting, "Qin Feng, do you have any solution?"

"We can't attack head-on." Qin Feng frowned and quickly retreated back to Zhang Meng. "He used the power of darkness to build this protective wall. We must break it first."

"Then I'll do it!" Zhang Meng roared, swung his giant axe, and chopped hard at the black-robed man's barrier.

The giant axe hit the barrier with a loud noise, but the barrier remained solid without even a crack.

"What? So strong?" Zhang Meng's eyes widened. "This is my full-strength axe!"

Qin Feng frowned and thought. The power of the man in black robe was obviously different from that of ordinary enemies. His dark power was endless and it was difficult to break through it by brute force.

"We must find the weakness of his barrier." Qin Feng analyzed calmly, "As long as we can break his dark core, the barrier will collapse on its own."

"Find the core? How to find it?" Zhang Meng scratched his head. Obviously he was not good at such sophisticated tactics.
