Douluo Continent: Dragon Shadow Rebirth

Since the incident of the shadow in the abandoned building, the atmosphere in the academy has become increasingly tense. Although Qin Feng and his companions remain calm on the surface, they cannot let down their guard against unknown threats.

In order to ensure the safety of the college, Vice President Feng Jian arranged a night patrol, and Qin Feng, Ye Li, Chu Tian and Zhang Meng volunteered to join. They formed a team and took turns patrolling around the college every night, hoping to find those mysterious shadows again.

"I really don't understand what the hell these black shadows are." Chu Tian complained as he walked, and the storm wolf in his hand looked around vigilantly.

Zhang Meng consoled him: "Don't complain, at least we haven't encountered anything particularly difficult."

Ye Li chuckled and said, "That's true. However, since they appeared once, they may appear again. We can't take it lightly."

Qin Feng nodded, "Yes, we must be fully prepared."

When they were patrolling the back hill of the academy, Ye Li's frost fox suddenly stopped and let out a low roar. Qin Feng immediately became alert and signaled everyone to stop.

"There's something going on again." Ye Li squatted down and gently stroked the top of the frost fox's head, feeling the tension it conveyed.

Sure enough, a strange sound was faintly heard from the woods in the distance. Qin Feng signaled everyone to disperse and move forward carefully. They slowly approached the source of the sound, and suddenly, a black shadow jumped out from behind the tree and rushed straight towards Chu Tian.

"Be careful!" Qin Feng quickly drew out the Dragon Shadow Sword, and a flash of lightning passed by, repelling the black shadow.

Chu Tian rolled over to avoid it, immediately stood firm on his feet, and said angrily: "It's you ghosts again!"

The black shadows did not stop, but became more violent. There were so many of them that they seemed to come from all directions and surrounded Qin Feng and others.

"Everyone be careful, they seem to be more difficult to deal with!" Ye Li said, summoning the Frost Fox, releasing a piece of frost, temporarily freezing the black shadow.

However, this time the shadows seemed to be more powerful than last time. Even though they were frozen by the frost, they quickly recovered and continued to attack Qin Feng and others.

"What the hell are these?" Zhang Meng gritted his teeth and knocked a black shadow away with a punch, but more black shadows immediately pounced on him.

"We have to find a way to break out!" Qin Feng quickly assessed the situation. They could not fight these dark shadows here for a long time and had to retreat as soon as possible.

Just when Qin Feng and others were surrounded by the shadows, suddenly, a strong light came from a distance, illuminating the entire battlefield. The shadows seemed to be very afraid of the light, and retreated one after another, disappearing into the night.

Qin Feng and others looked towards the light source in surprise and found that Vice President Feng Jian had come with a team of elite students from the academy to support them.

"Vice Dean!" Ye Li shouted in surprise.

Feng Jian waved his hand and said, "Retreat first, it's not safe here."

Qin Feng and the others immediately followed Feng Jian and evacuated back to the academy. After this thrilling encounter, they became more aware of the threat posed by these shadows.

"These black shadows are getting stronger and stronger. Obviously there is a bigger conspiracy behind them." Feng Jian said with a serious expression.

"We must find out their source. We can't let the academy remain under this threat." Qin Feng said firmly.

Feng Jian nodded, and then decided to strengthen the academy's defenses and send more students to patrol around the academy. They knew that this crisis was not over, but had just begun.
