Traveler in the Pirate World

Chapter 77 Travel is always accompanied by separation

Lily got up early and cooked every meal carefully. Preparing food for the giant and Lab was not an easy task, but as a farewell breakfast, Lily did not want it to be too simple.

The white meat porridge rolled in the huge pot, the salty and fragrant pickled meat chunks were temptingly rosy, the smoke rose from the huge cave, and the fragrance filled the ancient forest, but no beast dared to covet it all.

The huge roast meat, completely covered with honey, was spinning on the flames driven by the wind. Lily was floating in the air, holding a brush that was bigger than her, applying spices little by little. It looked like Thumbelina had arrived at the giant's village.

When Donli and Broki were attracted by the fragrance and woke up, they saw the girl wearing a black and white maid outfit, with black stockings wrapped around her slender and plump legs curled up under her body, and a small part of her ankles exposed at the end of the skirt. The little person was busy holding a huge brush, and an equally small whale was dripping with saliva beside her. The tiny saliva became extremely huge the moment it hit the ground, but was instantly blown to the sea by the wind created by the girl, causing heavy rain in the distant sea.

"What an intoxicating smell!" Broki put his huge head in front of the barbecue. He looked at the oil coming out of it, listened to the sizzling sound, and the white smoke rushed into his nasal cavity with his inhalation. The delicious taste was exciting.

"Haha, baked bread, snow-white meat porridge, charming barbecue, intoxicating wine and cute little girls, it's a great morning." Dong Li laughed and looked at Lily, "So Lily is planning to leave?"

For some things, you already know the answer without even asking, but Dong Li still chose to ask. He couldn't deny that he was used to parting and felt a little reluctant.

The girl now probably won't be the fairest god in the world, nor the most selfless god. She is a god who grew up among mortals. Time will polish her, and everything she experienced during her travels will become everything she knows about herself and others. No one can guarantee what the girl will look like after endless years, but now for him and Brockie, she is an excellent junior who deserves their most sincere and genuine feelings.

"Well, we have to leave. This is a trip after all." Lily nodded, her white ponytails swaying. She said, "But I hope that when I see the uncles next time, they will be fine!"

"Of course, after all, this volcano was destroyed by you, girl!" Broki laughed. He was not angry because the duel was stopped. On the contrary, he was happy to feel cared about.

After a satisfying breakfast, Lily came to the river's mouth and stayed quietly on the sea. The girl gently floated down to the deck holding the well-fed Lab and looked back at the tall figures standing at both ends of the river like mountains. She waved her arms and shouted, "Goodbye, Uncle Dongli, Uncle Brockie!"

"Goodbye, Lily!" The two of them responded at the same time, their voices resounding through the heaven and earth and reaching the distant sea.

Looking at the white ship that was slowly getting smaller and disappearing at the end of the sea, Dong Li picked up the wine flask at his waist and took two big gulps, "She's gone!"

"Yeah, I'm leaving!" Brockie nodded and took a sip of the liquor as well. The hot taste filled his throat, as if trying to burn off the strands of reluctance, but it had no effect. "So are you ready to compete with me to see who can drink more?"

"Wine-drinking competition? That's perfect!" Dongli held up the wine jug and faced Brocky who also held up the wine jug. The sound of metal collision echoed in the empty seashore. Two huge arms holding equally huge wine jugs collided above the river. The strong wind bent the treetops and also disturbed the river and the sea.

The two huge guys drank to drown their sorrows but only became more sorrowful. Finally, they fell drunk on the shore. It was not the wine that made them drunk, but they were just intoxicated by themselves.

Lily sat on the recliner, hugging her calves, her chin supported by her knees, her long snow-white hair hanging down to her ears, and her eyes filled with sadness. Even though she was probably used to separation, this feeling still made her feel uncomfortable.

"Lily~" As if sensing Lily's unhappiness, Lab flew to Lily and rubbed her arm. Lily raised her hand and touched its head, and a gentle voice came, "It's okay, Lab! I just feel a little reluctant!"

After sailing on the sea for two days and completing her daily teaching for Lab, Lily took off her glasses and sat in front of the drawing board at the bow to draw.

A white island appeared in the field of vision. Heavy snow fell from the sky above the island. Above the rolling peaks were several strange mountains that reached into the sky like snow-white candles, making the entire island look like a snow-white cake.

Looking at the small white figure on the drawing board, Lily carefully put away the scroll and jumped onto the island holding Lab. She could feel several eyes secretly watching this place.

After Lily left, a tall, snow-white figure walked out of the void, wearing cold armor. He stood there quietly, his eyes casually sweeping across the corners where people were hiding.

Lab was happily flying beside Lily. The winter weather on the island made it very happy. Sometimes it chased the heavy snow, sometimes it turned into the thick snow, and then it came out with a body of snowflakes, circling beside Lily, "Lily~Snow~I like it~"

Lily touched its cool head and brushed off the snow on its head. "Stupid, you're just like a puppy!"

"Lab~no~puppy~" The little guy learned a lot of new words, but his tongue was heavy and he couldn't pronounce them clearly. His voice was clearly ethereal, but he was stuttering, which made people feel uncomfortable.

Lily walked on the snow without leaving any traces. After walking for a while, she saw smoke from cooking. She crossed a stone bridge and saw a busy town that was being rebuilt. The conical pointed roof structure was different from the architectural style Lily had seen before.

A man with an upright posture, wearing a green coat, a green velvet hat, ring-shaped soft armor on his arms, and a fan knife on his back, and a group of soldiers wearing green coats and holding spears, seemed to have been waiting for a long time and stood at the bridge.

"Stop immediately, girl in front, can you tell me why you are here?" Dalton shouted seriously as he looked at the girl at the bridge ahead, wearing a snow-white mask with exquisite and simple blue patterns engraved on it and a finely crafted outfit. It was obvious that the girl had an extraordinary background.

No matter who the other party is, the current Magnetic Drum Island can no longer withstand the turmoil. If it cannot recover safely, it means that many people will die in this cold winter.

Lily looked at the soldiers blocking the way ahead and was not surprised. This world was not peaceful. Every place that longed for a stable life was on guard against strange outsiders.

"I'm just a traveler passing by!" Lily's pleasant voice came from afar, making Dalton feel a little relieved.

Of course, he didn't completely believe Lily's words. After all, there were many cunning pirates, and Dalton had his own reasons for judging.

Lily's temperament, her exquisite and well-fitting clothes, and the elegance and grace when she walked were the reasons why Dalton truly believed that she was not a pirate.

As for the ability to walk on snow without leaving any traces, the strange creature, and the odd woman on the boat who was obviously a guard, Dalton didn't care. Anyone who didn't have any ability to protect himself was not qualified to sail on this sea.
