Chapter 256 Flying Birds

Looking at Regulus, who had an extremely determined look to join the Ministry of Magic and become an Auror, Wright inexplicably felt a little guilty.

After all, in a very real sense, the real Regulus is dead.

Now he is just Union Blackwood with Regulus's memories, driving Regulus' body.

Just as Light was daydreaming, Regulus's extremely serious and firm voice sounded again:

"I can die to atone for my sins."

"So, brother! Please support me, I don't want to give up this opportunity!"

This time, Wright couldn't hold it anymore and kept yelling in his heart:

"How can we solve this problem?"

"That fellow Fudge brought me so much trouble. What if Regulus died?"

"I am not sure I can 'revive' him again now."

Although this bothered Wright, he couldn't say that Fudge was wrong.

After all, Auror is, in a sense, one of the fastest and most effective ways to get promoted within the Ministry of Magic.

Its mission is to capture dark wizards, and there is no easy way to fake these achievements or leave room for excuses or wrangling.

It can be said that as long as Regulus has the ability and someone is looking after him, it is not impossible for him to soar to the sky!

However, this is what Wright is worried about. Regulus' body has been corroded by dark magic for many years.

Union Black Wood's spirit body was also incomplete.

Even though Wright used the divine fire and black mist to repair both of them, they recovered a lot.

But Regulus certainly could not reach the level of first-class wizards like Sirius and Lupin.

After thinking for a long time, Light looked at Regulus who was still trying to persuade Sirius, sighed and said:

"I support you being an Auror, just leave Sirius alone!"

Sirius saw that Regulus was more confident because of his support, and he shouted in anger:

"Wright! Stop making trouble!"

"Or did you say that Regulus's magical talent would weaken."

"Plus, his body hasn't fully recovered yet, so it will take time for him to recover."

"It's okay, I'll give him a gift!"

"As long as you have it, there will be no problem unless you are facing a top wizard like Voldemort."

Faced with Sirius's impatience, Wright didn't waste any words and simply stretched out his right hand and pointed upwards into the air.

A silver light shot out from the fingertips and turned into a silver bird circling in the air.

"What is this? A light bird... it doesn't look like one..."

Harry, Regulus and Lupin all stared blankly at the silver bird flying in the air.

Even Sirius in his discontent.

Before they could come to their senses, Light controlled the bird to land on Regulus' shoulder.

"What is this? It's solid, and it's cold... It looks so good..."

Regulus asked as he carefully reached out and touched the bird on his shoulder!

Even Harry and Sirius reached out and touched it with curiosity.

Lupin looked at Light with curiosity, wanting to know the answer from him.

"Flying Bird, I have simplified the process of making the Light Bird. It no longer requires a Horcrux to make it."

"It is like a mobile alchemical tool that can automatically track, identify, and protect. It can also carry three magics in its body."

Wright did not hide anything and directly explained the benefits and disadvantages of the bird in detail.

"Most of its functions are the same as the Light Bird, but it cannot automatically generate magic power like it does. It needs a wizard to recharge it."

After talking about the shortcomings, Light looked at Regulus who had been stroking the bird and shouted directly:

"Regulus, inject magic into it!"

After hearing Light's instructions, Regulus placed the bird in his hand, and the magic power in his body continued to flow into it.

Not long after, the bird in his hand turned into a stream of light and went directly into Regulus' body.

Before they could step forward to ask what had changed, a deep voice came first:

"Everything is petrified!"

A silver flash passed by, and the incoming magic was directly bounced away, creating a hole in the wall next to it.

"What is this? Wright!"

"This is automatic defense. How magical, how wonderful..."

“It just bounced off.”

Looking at the bird that had just deflected the magic and was now circling above Regulus.

Before they could finish their exclamation, Wright continued to tell them its data:

"The bird itself can carry the equivalent of the magic power of ten adult wizards. If it is not used, there will be no consumption."

"And its tracking and detection capabilities are very good."

"If it gets to the point of desperation, the power of its self-detonation can directly blow up an entire street."

After listening to Wright's pitch, Sirius immediately came to him and asked very seriously:

"I want one, too! Make one for me, and for Harry and Lupin too!"

Facing Sirius's plea and Harry and Lupin's constant glances, Wright waved his hand:

"I'm sorry, this is the only experiment I'm doing right now!"

"Besides, I don't plan to continue doing it!"

“This is just the simplest version. I will update and iterate it later.”

Sirius perked up immediately after hearing this, and quickly said, "I'll pre-order one when the new version comes out!"

Harry and Regulus followed suit and quickly said, "I want it too, me too!"

"Don't worry, I'll give it to you when I come up with something better!"

After Light made his promise, Sirius stopped pestering him and directly challenged Regulus to a duel.

I plan to test the level of my younger brother and Asuka with real weapons.

Regulus agreed to Sirius's invitation to duel without any fear.

Naturally, Wright, Harry and Lupin would not miss the opportunity to watch the fun, so they followed over.

Sirius and Regulus had no objections and led them to the training room of the mansion.

When Wright came in, he found that the layout here was very similar to the training room transformed from the Room of Requirement, both were very spacious.

Various fighting dolls are placed against the wall, and there are also many pitching machines for training dodging skills.

The two people standing in the middle of the venue faced each other with wands in hand.

Sirius looked at Regulus who was ready for battle and smiled confidently:

"If you can't defeat me, I won't let you be an Auror, not even with the protection of the birds!"

"Brother, I am not an opponent that you can defeat with just cheating, so just give up!"

"Collapse!"

Just as he finished speaking, Sirius launched an unsportsmanlike sneak attack, with a beam of light shooting directly into Regulus' chest.

Before Regulus could react, a flash of silver light appeared and bounced the magic back.

Faced with the magic that bounced back, Sirius was prepared to deflect it.

"Except your weapons!"

"Oh!"

Sirius's wand spun in the air and flew into Regulus' hand.
