Chapter 290 Flying Curse

After explaining the key points of the Spell, Wright asked Harry to practice, starting with the simplest one.

The summoned birds are transformed into various small creatures and scattered throughout the empty classroom!

Then, Wright asked Harry to concentrate all his energy and control these things to fly towards him.

Even with the explanations of him, a master of practice, and Hermione, a master of theory.

After a morning of training, Harry was able to barely summon some small objects.

However, large items such as brooms, chairs, and boards are still not completely under control.

It always flies around like a deflated balloon when it's halfway through its flight, and finally falls to the ground.

"Stop it, Harry."

"Let's go have lunch first, and wait for you to recover your strength and spirit before we practice again."

Wright glanced at Harry, whose face had turned pale, and waved the pocket watch in his hand towards Hermione.

Harry nodded tiredly, put his wand back in his pocket, and walked towards the Great Hall with Light and Hermione.

Along the way, many little wizards looked at Wright and Harry with disgust, as if they were dirty.

Wright also noticed that any little wizard who was unhappy with them had a big badge on his chest:

"Support Cedric Diggory!"

Wright and Harry pulled Hermione, who wanted to go upstairs to argue with these little wizards, and finally calmed her down after much persuasion.

When they arrived at the door of the auditorium, they found Cedric and his classmates.

Harry suddenly stopped, pulled Wright and Hermione, and asked in a low voice with some entanglement:

"Should I tell Cedric that the first game is the Fire Dragon? Would it be bad if I didn't tell him."

"After all, the warriors of Beauxbatons probably know about it."

After hearing what Harry said, Hermione's expression changed slightly. She looked around vigilantly and warned in a low voice:

"It's better not to tell him. If someone finds out you're cheating, not only will you be implicated, but Hagrid will be implicated as well!"

"As for the Durmstrang warriors, I don't know what the competition will be this time..."

"Then you can rest assured. I guess Cedric is the only one who doesn't know."

"I just saw Krum in the library. He was also reading a book about dragons. He was as anxious as you guys."

Wright interrupted Hermione directly, then looked at the troubled Harry and continued:

"Harry, your kindness will also help you. My advice is that you should tell him."

"Ok!"

Harry, who received support, nodded heavily to Light and Hermione.

He walked towards Cedric, but after taking only two steps he turned back and said with a bitter look:

"I don't want to talk to Cedric in front of his classmates."

"Every time I meet them, they laugh at me, and it's not convenient to talk about the competition in front of so many people!"

After thinking for a moment, Wright came up with an idea. He turned to look at Hermione and said in a low and serious voice:

"Hermione, can you help Harry trick Cedric out?"

"Just tell him that Professor Flitwick wants to tell him something about the tournament and bring him here alone."

Hermione hesitated for a moment, but after seeing Harry's pleading eyes, she nodded and walked towards Cedric.

Wright's plan went smoothly, and Cedric said goodbye to his friend with a smile on his face.

Just like that, Cedric was easily brought to Light by Hermione.

Seeing that the person in front of him was not Flitwick, Cedric was about to ask what was going on, but Harry spoke first:

"Hello, Cedric! The first event of the competition is the fire dragon."

"what?"

Cedric looked at Harry with confusion, who looked very serious, and was confused for a moment.

"It's a fire dragon. There are four in total, and each warrior will get one."

"We have to get through them and get something from their nest!"

Harry just blurted out everything he knew.

Cedric stared at Harry blankly, swallowed his saliva, and said in a daze:

"Can you tell? Is this really a fire dragon? Are you sure?"

"Of course I am sure I saw it all with my own eyes."

Harry seemed a little impatient, as if his kindness was being doubted.

"Where did you find out? We're not supposed to know..."

"Don't worry about it. Just know that cheating is part of the Triwizard Tournament."

Wright interrupted Cedric's questioning and added:

"And it's not just Harry who knows about this. Fleur and Krum know about it too, and they're all trying to find a solution!"

After Cedric looked at Wright who was helping him, he stared at Harry with doubts in his eyes:

"In that case, why did you tell me?"

"Don't tell me anything, and no one will blame you."

This really stumped Harry. He couldn't let you die on the field out of fear, so he stammered and explained.

"That's...that's...fair, isn't it?"

“And now that we all know the events, we’re all on the same starting line.”

But Cedric still stared at Harry, who felt a little guilty, with a suspicious look.

"Forget it, believe it or not, it's hard to persuade the damned devil with kind words!"

"If he died on the field, he died on the field. Harry, Hermione, let's go and ignore him."

After saying that, Wright pulled Harry and Hermione directly into the hall and started eating.

After the afternoon, Wright and Hermione continued to practice magic with Harry.

Perhaps the combination of work and rest is effective this afternoon.

Harry successfully mastered the Summoning Charm, and could summon a Firebolt to his side remotely.

Looking at Harry, who was panting heavily due to excessive mental and magical exhaustion, Wright asked sternly:

"Harry, can you hold on?"

"If possible, I hope you can master the eye disease spell, which will greatly guarantee your safety."

Harry was leaning on his Firebolt, his voice was a little weak. He looked at the serious Wright and shook his head with difficulty:

"I'm sorry, but I'd rather review the Flying Spell if I can."

"The competition is tomorrow, and I don't think I can learn the Eye Disease Spell in just one night."

"He's even proficient enough to cast spells while riding on a broom."

Hermione also objected to Wright's request and came over to advise:

"Yeah! Wright, time is really tight. It's enough to be able to do this."

"We can't afford for Harry to neglect the Scurry spell in order to practice the Eyespell."

"I was too anxious, that's my problem!"

Faced with Harry and Hermione's denial, Wright did not stiffen his neck to deny it, but nodded in approval.
