Hogwarts's Master of Mind
Chapter 153 Good Friday, Running Away from Home
At night, the Dursleys were still in a hypnotic state, and all of Harry's belongings were locked in the closet.
But for Harry, who had already learned how to sneak into houses and pick locks, getting his homework back was not difficult.
It was a rare quiet time for Harry to do his History of Magic homework in his room.
He thought for a while and named his paper "The Burning of Witches in the Fourteenth Century Was Complete Nonsense."
The pleasant night passed quickly as Harry studied hard.
The next morning, Harry woke up to a violent knock on the door.
Fennon, who had slept on the dining table all night, looked a little green. He thought it was related to Harry, but he was hypnotized by Aiden and could not remember it.
Being in a bad mood, Fenon had to vent his anger on Harry.
"Get up, boy, come with me to pick up Maggie." Fenon kicked the door open and came in, demanding without further ado.
"Why?" Harry looked at Vernon angrily.
"Because, we need a guy to move things, and you have to hide your identity as a 'freak' in front of Peggy." Vernon bent over and glared at Harry.
"Oh, really? Maybe if you sign this consent application form I'll consider it." Harry grinned.
"Don't even think about it." Vernon rejected Harry.
"Then I might let it slip in front of Aunt Marge." Harry raised an eyebrow.
"Okay, but you have to remember that your school is called St. Bruce Security Center Juvenile School." Vernon blushed and compromised.
"Holy...what?" Harry couldn't remember it for a moment.
"St. Bruce Security Center Juvenile School. Listen, kid, if you dare to show any flaws in front of Peggy, you can forget about getting me to sign for you," Vernon threatened.
Vernon took Harry and got into his car.
Because of the harsh weather in England, it rained heavily that day.
Harry looked out of the car window and found that there seemed to be a man wearing a newsboy cap and a black windbreaker looking at him on the street.
The man was holding an umbrella and standing under the street light, giving off an aura that he was not someone to be trifled with.
Harry recognized them; they were the biggest gang in London - the Razor Gang.
Dudley once boasted to him that his classmates were proud to be able to join the Razor Party.
Soon, Vernon drove to the suburbs, where Aunt Maggie had already prepared all the luggage.
"Oh, my baby, Fenon, you seem to have lost weight again." Maggie patted Fenon's belly and gave him a hug.
Then she turned to look at Harry, her expression suddenly changing.
"It's you. I don't know where my brother got such kindness from. He didn't even send you to an orphanage." Maggie didn't even want to look at Harry.
"Put Maggie's luggage in the car." Vernon tilted his head toward the car.
Along the way, Maggie kept up a high level of foul mouth towards Harry.
Harry could only fight back by recalling the maintenance manual Hermione had given him.
Soon Maggie noticed that his eyes were wandering, so she turned around and told Vernon, "This child has intellectual problems."
Vernon couldn't be distracted while driving, so he ignored Maggie and soon the car fell silent.
That night, Fenon took the two of them back home.
Maggie snapped her fingers at Harry and ordered him to move the luggage like she was ordering a servant.
When they entered the Dursley house, Dudley was watching TV intently. Marge screamed, went up to hug Dudley and kissed and bit him.
At the same time, she stuffed twenty pounds into Dudley's pocket, while Petunia cast a disdainful look at Marge's dog.
That night, the family was having a great time at the dinner table, and Harry might not be included in the family.
Maggie went out of her way to make things difficult for Harry in the dining room, asking him to pick up the food crumbs that fell on the floor.
In order to get the consent form for Hogsmeade, Harry suppressed his anger and disguised himself as a Muggle.
"Oh, Penny, what does this child's father do?" Maggie mentioned deliberately.
"Uh, nothing, just a homeless person with no job," Penny responded.
"Oh, he must be an alcoholic." Maggie glanced at Harry and said sarcastically.
"No," Harry retorted.
Seeing Harry's reaction, Maggie knew that her attack was effective.
"Well, maybe it's not the father's problem, it's the mother's problem. If there's a problem with the b***, then the puppy will also have a problem." Maggie gestured with both hands.
"Shut up, shut up." Harry was furious.
Seeing Harry like this, Maggie smiled with satisfaction. She pointed her finger at Harry, and then she found that her body began to swell.
Unusual magical power emanated from Harry, and the electricity around him was also disrupted.
As expected, Maggie was blown away, and if Aiden were there, he would probably cheer for this wandless spellcasting.
Seeing Maggie fly away, Harry could no longer suppress his inner torment. He ran back to his room, packed his luggage and prepared to leave the Dursleys.
As he carried his luggage downstairs, Vernon held his shoulders and said, "Bring Maggie back!"
"No, she deserves it, and stay away from me." Harry took out his wand and pointed it at Vernon.
"You can't use magic outside of school!" Fenon took a step back, still bluffing.
"Really? Let's try it?" Harry took a small step forward.
"You have nowhere to go." Fenon was still stubborn.
"It's better than staying here." Harry kicked the door open and walked into the rain.
In the wind and rain, Harry dragged his luggage along the street, thinking he would be fired this time.
So the plan was to go to Gringotts first to take the money, and then travel around the world.
"Sirius: I agree with you on this one!"
Then, the man in the windbreaker who was seen in the car in the afternoon came over and handed Harry an umbrella.
"Thank you." Harry thanked him politely.
"Besides being a bit handsome, why is he so famous?" asked the man in the windbreaker.
"Sorry, what did you say? Are you a wizard too?" Harry asked in confusion.
"No, we're just passing strangers, but you can call me Tommy Shelby.
Perhaps one day you will need our help, Mr. Potter."
Tommy handed Harry a business card and walked away, disappearing into the darkness.
Harry just thought this man was weird, but since he gave him an umbrella, Harry left his business card.
Then Harry saw a big black dog in the grass on the side of the street.
Harry was startled and fell to the ground, his wand raised unconsciously.
There was a horn honking from the street and a triple-decker bus drove up to Harry.
"Welcome aboard the Knight Bus, a bus designed to serve wizards living on the streets. I'm the conductor, Stan Shunpike."
The young man, speaking with a London accent, introduced himself.
Then he helped Harry carry the luggage into the car.
"The ticket is eleven Sickles. Two more Sickles can buy a cup of hot chocolate. Two more Sickles can buy a toothbrush and a hot water bottle." Stan introduced.
Harry pulled out thirteen Sickles and handed them to Stan.
"I'm going to the Leaky Axe in London and have a hot chocolate," said Harry.
Stan tapped on the glass and said to the driver, "Ern, you hear that? The Broken Axe. It's in London. Haha."
The driver, Ern, pulled the lever and the bus started moving at a high speed.
Stan handed Harry a cup of hot chocolate and started chatting with him.
"What's your name, where are you from, what are you doing in the Leaky Cauldron, do you have any friends there, are you still at Hogwarts?"
Harry, who was stunned by this series of household registration-like topics, gave a fake name.
"My name is Neville Longbottom."
"Oh, Longbottom, it sounds like an ancient wizard family. I wonder why they would let a little wizard like you wander the streets."
As he spoke, Stan spread out the newspaper and continued to look at the content he had not finished reading.
Harry stared at the headline in the Daily Prophet, which read Sirius Black Breaks Out of Prison.
"Who's that?" Harry asked.
Stan looked up and found Harry looking at his newspaper. He approached Harry and said something.
"His name is Sirius Black and he's a murderer."
Soon the Knight Bus arrived at the Leaky Cauldron, and the owner Tom had been waiting for a long time.
