Hogwarts's Master of Mind
Chapter 174 Harry's Special Cooking
The affairs of the Dueling Society were completely handed over to Professor Flitwick, which freed up Aiden's time.
It takes a month to prepare the Polyjuice Potion, and Aiden has to help Lupin brew the wolfsbane potion while also taking care of the Polyjuice Potion, which keeps him busy.
Hermione and Arthur were just as tired as Aiden. Hermione was still dealing with Hagrid's lawsuit.
These two people frequently used the time converter for the twelve courses, and their real rest time was actually compressed.
Harry and Ron have been very idle recently. They go to class every day and sneak away to Hogsmeade in their spare time.
On Saturday, Harry found Professor Lupin, hoping to learn from him how to fight Dementors.
By chance he met Aiden who came to deliver medicine.
"Aiden?" Harry looked at him puzzledly and smelled a familiar scent from the potion in his hand.
"Is this the potion that Snape gave to Professor Lupin last time?" Harry asked puzzledly.
"Yes, Professor Lupin is in poor health and needs potions to treat him." Aiden said casually.
"Then I won't disturb him." The kind-hearted Harry hoped that the professor could rest more and couldn't bear to disturb him.
"It's okay, we're here now." Aiden picked up Harry.
"Wow." The door was pushed open and Aiden rushed into the classroom with Harry.
"Aiden, Harry? How did you two get together?" Professor Lupin asked puzzledly.
"Professor, your potion." Aiden handed the wolfsbane potion to Lupin.
Then he patted Harry on the back and sent him forward.
"And Harry, he's here to learn the Patronus."
"Patronus?" Harry asked curiously.
"It's an ancient and advanced white magic. Are you sure you want to learn it? It's completely beyond the scope of ordinary wizard exams." Lupin asked for the last time.
"Of course." Harry said firmly.
"Come on then, the Patronus Charm is a force that protects the wizard who summons it like a shield," said Professor Lupin.
"To successfully summon it, you need a memory, a happy, powerful memory."
Lupin walked over to a box and sat down, looking at Aiden.
"Aiden, anything to add?"
"Of course, happy memories are only one aspect. The most important thing is determination. A heart that wants to protect can multiply the power of the guardian spirit."
Aiden tapped his fingers in the air a few times, and several silver-white butterflies danced around Harry.
"Is that your Patronus?" asked Harry.
"No, his Patronus seems to be a dragon, a magical creature like the headmaster," Lupin interrupted.
"Will my Patronus also be a magical creature?" Harry envied.
"Not necessarily. The formation of a patronus is closely related to one's inner self. It is also said to be related to Animagus." Aiden gossiped a little.
"Well, don't go off topic." Professor Lupin reminded.
"Okay, let's try it first. Remember the spell, Expecto Patronum."
Professor Lupin stood up and opened the box he had been sitting in, and the Boggart ran out.
Faced with Harry's fear, the Boggart quickly transformed into a Dementor.
"Concentrate," said Professor Lupin.
"Call God to guard, call God... Guard, call God..."
Harry cast the spell three times, but nothing happened, darkness came over him, and he fainted.
"Okay, sit up and take a deep breath." Professor Lupin pulled Harry up.
Lupin pulled a chocolate from his pocket and handed it to Harry.
"Eat it, you will feel better. We can't succeed in one go." Professor Lupin comforted.
But Aiden had a different look on his face.
Professor Lupin glanced at him and said, "Did we?"
Harry looked back at Aiden curiously, and Aiden nodded quickly.
"Just out of curiosity, which memory did you choose?" Professor Lupin rekindled the extinguished flames around him.
"First time riding a broomstick," Harry replied.
Several people sat together. Aiden took out coconut ice cream from his pocket and tasted it, and shared some with Harry.
"This is not enough, it's really not enough, Aiden, what about you?" asked Professor Lupin.
"The moment you helped me escape from the Death Eaters' wand." Aiden answered incoherently, holding an ice cream in his mouth.
"What?" Lupin choked and coughed the tea back into the cup.
Harry seemed to have heard some great gossip and pricked up his ears to listen.
"You really remember what happened at that time. I thought it was Arthur who told you when I was in the car." Lupin was surprised.
"I have never lied to you. I have escaped from the shadow of death, the joy of surviving the disaster, and the determination to protect myself."
Aiden took out his magic wand, and a large number of butterflies gathered in the air. Soon, a giant silver dragon appeared with wide eyes and looked at the three people.
"Cool." Harry was a little envious, and at the same time, he was looking forward to his own patronus more and more.
"Okay, Harry, go on." Professor Lupin clapped his hands and pulled Harry up.
"Do you have any other memories?" Aiden asked.
"There was a moment..." said Harry.
"It's complicated," Aiden said for him.
Harry nodded, and Professor Lupin opened the trunk again.
The boggart-shaped Dementor ran out.
Harry raised his wand, "Expecto Patronus."
Finally, this time, white smoke came out of the tip of the wand and pressed the Dementor back into the box.
"Well done," Lupin praised.
Professor Lupin took out the butterbeer and handed it to Aiden and Harry.
"That's all for today, let's have some butterbeer."
"Oh, this is it. I've drunk it... Hermione and Ron brought it to me." The unfortunate child revealed that he had been to Hogsmeade as soon as he opened his mouth.
Harry changed the subject, and Professor Lupin was in a good mood and didn't bother with him.
"I think you are no worse than your father. This is not a low evaluation." Professor Lupin sat on the sofa.
"I was just thinking about him." Harry lowered his head.
"Your parents were good friends at school, although Gideon and Fabian often interacted with James and..."
Lupin paused suddenly in the middle of his speech.
"They often disliked each other and occasionally clashed, but after graduation, they all joined the Order of the Phoenix and fought against Voldemort." Lupin's eyes were full of nostalgia.
"Can you tell me what kind of person my father is?" Harry asked curiously.
"James?" Lupin raised an eyebrow.
"He was a very gentle man who often helped lonely people like us. He was also very good at riding a broomstick, which was something you and he were very similar to."
Lupin said this and looked at Aiden who was holding an ice cream in his mouth without any care.
"So is Gideon. He is also the Seeker of Ravenclaw and was once James' most respected opponent in the arena. But I heard that you, Aiden, don't seem to be very good on a broomstick."
Aiden's hand grabbing the ice cream froze in mid-air.
"Ah, what Quidditch? I don't know. I'm not good at it. I'm a dragon from Prewett. I have wings, so I don't need to ride a flying broom..."
A certain dragon started to talk tough, and for a moment the office was filled with a joyful atmosphere.
