Hogwarts's Master of Mind

Chapter 188: Change? Father and daughter break up

On the second day of summer vacation, an old friend came to visit Aiden at the Burrow.

"Oliver?" Aiden looked at the person who came and called out his name.

"Although I don't want to disturb your happy holiday, the situation is urgent, so I have to take the liberty to visit you." Oliver took out a letter and handed it to Aiden.

Aiden took the letter and unfolded it to examine it.

The writer of the letter was the Director. According to information from the Department of Mysteries, they seemed to have detected the emergence of new deep-world worshippers.

In addition to the unusual movements in the deep world, the director himself took most of the combat forces to the deep world and was unable to spare time to deal with the worshippers in the present world.

So the director could only ask Oliver to organize the remaining people and ask Aiden for help.

After reading the letter, Aiden nodded to Oliver, threw out a patronus to Aunt Molly, and left with Oliver.

Following Oliver to the basement of the Ministry of Magic, the Department of Mysteries became more deserted than ever.

Passing through the ring hall, Oliver took Aiden to the Time Hall.

"What is this?" Aiden looked at Oliver in confusion.

In front of Aiden there was a triangular passage, and a strange wind was blowing out of the passage.

Looking across the passage, an endless white plain appeared before Aiden's eyes.

From time to time, the wind blew across the plain, carrying white sand, as if it would crush all living creatures that set foot here.

"This is the third layer of the Deep Realm, the Quiet Plain. It is rumored that the King of the Deep Realm, Anti-Entropy, resides here." Oliver introduced.

"Have the Director and the others gone in?"

"Since the time inside is completely chaotic, we have no way to contact them." Oliver spread his hands.

"Then let's deal with the admirers first. Tell me about their situation." Aiden turned to look at Oliver.

Oliver had a strange look on his face, as if he wanted to say something but hesitated.

"Is it related to someone I know?" Aiden raised his eyebrows.

"It's Greengrass," said Oliver.

"Why?" Aiden asked

"The head of the Greengrass family funded these people, and now we don't know how deep the connection between them is." Oliver handed the information to Aiden with a look of "you decide".

"Then let's go and meet them." A long staff appeared in Aiden's hand.

Oliver also gathered the remaining seven or eight Silent People.

Led by Aiden, they arrived at the Greengrass family's manor.

Inside the manor, Arsenault seemed to be scolding Arthursie, and a quarrel broke out between the father and daughter.

Afterwards, Aiden brought his men in, and the two stopped arguing. There were a group of people in black robes.

"Mr. Prewett, you don't look like you are here as guests." Arsenault narrowed his eyes.

"Master Greengrass, it seems that you have forgotten the advice from our ancestors." Aiden's words were meaningful.

"What are you talking about? How could there be such a person who forgets his ancestors in our Greengrass family?"

Arsenault adjusted his collar and then turned his gaze to Arthursie.

"People who come from our family will never forget the kindness of our family, and are also very willing to sacrifice for the family, right, Arthursi?"

"Father, so for the so-called heir, you want your daughter to do that kind of thing."

Arthur looked coldly at the man in front of her, hoping to find a little love from him.

"Arthuri, you don't understand. This is all for the family. You three girls can't defend this place. We need..." Arsenault wanted to say something else, but was interrupted by Arthuri.

"So, you would rather believe those lunatics than your own daughter?" Arthuri asked.

"What do you know? Without an heir, your family's honor and your future will be shaky." Arsenault roared with a hint of sadness in his eyes.

"Wait, you want to join the King of the Deep for an heir?" Aiden discovered the blind spot.

"The King of the Deep World? How is that possible? Why should I join those guys?" Arseno was also stunned.

"So what's going on? Your Greengrass family is already on the list of the Department of Mysteries. I hope you can explain it clearly." Oliver also stood up.

.......

After Arseno's explanation, Aiden learned that this guy funded a scientific research team of ordinary people in order to ensure successors.

They claimed that they could use embryo technology and genetic screening to help the Greengrass family create an heir.

"But why Arthursi?" Aiden was confused.

"Because she has the strongest magical power among the three, and she has already completed the magical transformation of her organs. She has obvious tendencies towards being a genius. Greengrass needs her to produce offspring that are strong enough."

Arsenault acted as if it was a matter of course, which made Aiden frown.

"But she is only thirteen years old." Aiden looked at him.

"Greengrass has supported her for so many years, so what's wrong with her giving back to the family now?" Arsenault looked as if you were making a fuss.

Aiden turned his gaze to Arthursie, and it seemed that she had reached the limit of her patience.

“Father, this is the last time I call you this. Aiden once advised me to take down the Greengrass family.

But I am always grateful for your kindness and have never been willing to harm my family.

But if the so-called family just treats people as bargaining chips and tools, then this place really makes me sick.

I, Arthursie Greengrass, renounce the name of my own free will."

Arthursi took off the ring with the Greengrass family engraved on it, threw it to Arsenault, and stood up to leave.

"Stop, then what are you going to use to pay back what you owe the family?" Arsenault looked at Arthursi angrily with his fists clenched.

"If it's difficult, please send the bill to me. I will find a way to pay it off." Sequence 7 Arthursi used shock and powerful aura to suppress Arsenault.

"Arthursi, how dare you step out of this door? Without me, could you come into this world?" Arsenault was shocked and his tone was a little confused.

Arthur turned around with a hint of determination in her eyes. She used a spell to draw out half of her own bones and blood and splashed it on the ground of the Greengrass family.

"Just think of your daughter as dead."

There was a hint of weakness in Arthursi’s voice. Her organs had already been transformed into magical form and her Sequence Seven body was barely holding her up.

Aiden walked up to her and helped her, disappearing with her into the Greengrass family.

Arsenault wanted to chase after him, but was stopped by Oliver.

"Master Greengrass, you are suspected of defecting to the King of the Deep Realm. You should explain it clearly to our company first." Oliver gave a "kind" smile.

On the other side, Aiden brought Arthuri back to the Prewett family house and prepared some potions for her.

"Sensen, please take care of her for me. I need to go out for a while." Aiden looked at Sensen.

"Okay, Master Aiden." Sen Sen bowed.

After settling Arthursie down, Aiden went to meet Oliver again.

"How is it, have you found out anything?" Aiden asked.

"In the northwest of England, there's a place called Sellafield. For some reason they seem to need a lot of energy." Oliver looked solemn.

"Then let's go meet these people." Aiden nodded.

The group rushed to Sellafield as the space flashed.
