Chapter 24: Ruyan's Abnormality

Pansy sat on the sofa in the lounge with a small mirror in hand, constantly checking her posture and appearance.

"Ruyan? Ruyan? Where are you?" Wuyou ran out of the dormitory and came in, checking every corner of the lounge while calling her cat.

Pansy turned and looked at her. "Mavis, I bet your cat is not in the dormitory or the common room. If she is, she must be occupying your bed or the soft chair by the fireplace."

Wuyou sat on the sofa in frustration: "Yeah, this is so weird, she is always in the dormitory, occasionally in the lounge, but I can't find her at all now."

Pansy: "Maybe she's out."

Wuyou sighed: "It's unlikely. Her breakfast today is still in the bowl. She hasn't eaten it at all. How could she run out hungry?"

Pansy: "Don't worry about it. I think it's very good because it kept fighting with me for my plush pillow last night. It was full of energy."

Draco stopped writing his homework and looked up at her: "Isn't this a normal situation? To be honest, your cat has become more and more picky about food recently. She even refuses to eat the dried fish I gave her."

Wuyou rubbed his brows and leaned back on the sofa: "She doesn't eat much of the food I prepare for her. Raising a furry child is really tiring."

Mo Zhangqing gloated: "I told you long ago that you don't listen to the advice of the elderly and suffer the consequences."

Wuyou glanced at him and said, "Tsk, you say cats are troublesome, but every time you see one, you're the first one to run up and pet it."

Mo Changqing spread his hands and shrugged: "I just like cats that don't need my care."

Wuyou: "You are a guy who gets something for nothing."

Mo Changqing nodded with a playful smile: "Yes, I can enjoy the happiness of a cat's arrival without having to take on the responsibility of taking care of it, so why not do it?"

Draco looked at the idle people and asked, "Aren't you guys doing your homework yet? It's Sunday already."

Pansy's face drooped weakly as soon as she heard it: "I really hate homework. I'll do it in a moment."

Blaise raised his eyebrows and chuckled: "The third-year senior helped me write it yesterday afternoon."

Mo Changqing folded his hands behind his head and crossed his legs: "Theodore and I finished earlier than you. We finished it in the library yesterday morning. And Theodore is really a very reliable homework partner. He seems to know everything. I decided to do homework with him in the future."

Theodore looked at the book in his hand with a slight smile on his face and glanced at Mo Changqing: "As long as you don't bother me with some boring dating questions like some people do, then I'm very happy to do homework with you."

Wuyou burst out laughing: "Theodore, just tell me Blaise's ID number."

Seeing that she had no intention of doing her homework, Draco asked in confusion, "Mavis, I remember you haven't done your homework yet. After all, we have been together for the past two days."

Wuyou looked proud: "Not during the day, but I had a lot of energy to do my homework last night. I finished it by 2:30."

Draco looked unhappy and incredulous: "You guys have actually finished writing?!"

Wuyou nodded with a smile: "Don't be too sad, Your Highness Xiaolong, Pansy is with you." Then he stood up and walked towards the door. "See you all at dinner. I have to go find my cat. After all, she has been a little abnormal recently."

Draco looked at her with dissatisfaction: "Don't give me weird nicknames casually."

Wuyou curled his lips: "What's so strange about that? Doesn't it suit you very well? Your Highness, the charming prince?"

Blaise laughed, "Actually, I think Mavis picked it very well."

By the time Draco was retorting to both of them, Wuyou had already run out of the common room.
