HP Hogwarts Chinese exchange students

Chapter 62: Old Bee Recruitment

After returning to Hogwarts, Lockhart marveled at the castle and magic like a naive Muggle, and then the professors disgusted him and sent him to St. Mungo's.

Harry, Woreil, and Ron stood in front of the desk in the headmaster's office, and Dumbledore in front of them was "criticizing" them.

"You should know that in the past few hours, you have violated many school rules, which is enough to expel you." Hearing this, the three of them lowered their heads. Harry and Ron might be worried, but Wuyou was not. She was just trying to cater to the current situation.

"But what you have done is enough for Hogwarts to present you with a special contribution award." Dumbledore changed the subject. The three of them looked up again, looked at each other, and smiled in surprise.

Dumbledore stood up and said, "Mr. Weasley, I need you to give this letter to the owls in the owl shed and have them take it to Azkaban. I think our Forbidden Forest Keeper should be back, right?"

Dumbledore sent Ron away by asking him to take a good rest after delivering the letter, and then asked Wuyou to go find the blue book behind the cabinet and come out after finding it.

When Wuyou went over, she saw the book with red gold covers on both sides and realized that Dumbledore was trying to get her away.

She simply picked up a book of advanced spells and started reading. Although there was only a bookcase between them, she couldn't hear any of their conversation.

Outside, Dumbledore cleared up Harry's doubts about the similarities between himself and Voldemort, and then Dumbledore gave him some chicken soup, which made him resolute in his belief in becoming a savior and protecting everyone.

After Lucius Malfoy came to the headmaster's office and exchanged some implicit words with Dumbledore, Harry chased him out with the diary.

Dumbledore said to Wuyou who was behind the bookcase, "I'm sorry, Miss Changsun, please come out. I'm really confused. The book is in my drawer."

Wuyou walked out with a smile: "It's okay, professor."

Dumbledore picked up some candies on the table and gave them to her: "Would you like some lemon sherbet?"

Wuyou nodded, took the candy, peeled one and put it in his mouth: "Thank you, professor, I like candy very much."

Dumbledore also laughed: "Of course, candy makes us happy, right?"

Wuyou's pupils shrank when he heard this, but he nodded as if nothing happened: "Really? But I'm just simply greedy for sweet things."

Dumbledore looked at her and smiled, "Although your life is full of happiness, there is a deep sadness hidden deep in your heart. I think this is why you like sweets so much."

Wuyou smiled and said, "I'm only 12 years old. How can I be sad? Professor, you think too much."

Dumbledore sat down and looked at her, his eyes behind his half-moon glasses revealing a cunning look: "Sit down, Miss Changsun, perhaps we can talk about whether you have gotten used to studying at Hogwarts these two years?"

"It's still teachable, no big problem."

... (Omitted a bunch of irrelevant campus life issues.)

"Well, would you like a cup of black tea? I can give you some milk."

Wuyou was silent for a while and then nodded: "Okay, thank you professor."

Dumbledore used magic to send the black tea with milk to the table next to her. Wuyou used a teaspoon to stir the milk tea that had already been evenly mixed. Dumbledore drank tea leisurely, asking about some trivial matters that even she didn't care about, or praising her, or caring about her.

He was waiting for Wuyou to speak to him. Wuyou sat on the stool opposite him and complained in his heart for the thousandth time: "If he really cared about these trivial questions, he would have asked a year ago. Why did he wait until now?"

Although Wuyou can pretend to be nice, she also hates pretending to be nice. It is really tiring to pretend all the time.

Obviously, in front of others, she is a smart, kind and excellent Slytherin student. She looks carefree and happy in front of everyone.

But Dumbledore discovered the sadness deep in her heart and the difference behind her lamb-like face. One can only say that he is worthy of being the greatest White Lord.

Finally, she interrupted Dumbledore's sincere "concern". Wuyou stopped what she was doing and looked up at Dumbledore: "Professor."

Dumbledore put down his teacup and asked with a smile, "What's the matter, child?"

Wuyou sighed, looked at him firmly and promised: "Professor, I will not become someone who harms the magic world. I believe in my choice."

Dumbledore nodded gently without moving his eyes away from hers: "I believe you, child. I just want to tell you that you must not make the wrong choice, because your choice is very important."

Wuyou asked: "Do you think my choice now is right?"

Dumbledore looked at the scar on her palm: "I think your choice now is very correct, and I hope you can stick to this choice, child."

Wuyou gently clenched his palms: "I will, Professor. There are many people here that I care about. I will do my best to protect them and the world they love."

Dumbledore smiled and said, "Thank you, Miss Changsun Wuyou. Is this the correct way to pronounce it? I hope that the results of my long-term study are useful. After all, the pronunciation of Chinese is really not simple."

Wuyou also laughed: "You have learned well, Professor, this is how you read it." She smiled and summoned a string of light blue jade beads from her ring, handed it to his desk and said:

"Professor, you are right. I have a sad memory in my heart, a beautiful memory that I can never touch again. But I also know that you have a pain in your heart that is no less than mine. This is a magic tool for regulating life and rest. Wearing it is more useful than eating candy. I give it to you, hoping that it can help you a little. At least you won't suffer from insomnia anymore."

Dumbledore looked at the bracelet with surprise and said, "Thank you, my child. But I also want to tell you that if you encounter problems in the future, you can come to me or your friends. There are many trustworthy people around you. Please give them more trust, okay?"

Wuyou looked at him with a smile and said softly, "Okay, Professor. Actually, I have something I want to ask you for help with, and only you can help me with this."

Dumbledore looked at her with a glimmer of curiosity in his eyes and asked, "Oh? What's the matter?"

Wuyou's eyes first fell on Gryffindor's blood-stained sword, then moved back to Dumbledore, and said firmly: "I hope that Slytherin can keep the house cup this year."

Dumbledore was silent for a moment, then chuckled, then gave her a mischievous wink and replied, "You are an excellent Slytherin student, child. I promise you."

Wuyou smiled and waved to him, "Thank you, Professor. Goodbye."

Looking at Wuyou's leaving figure, Dumbledore slowly returned to his desk.

He gently picked up the bracelet and put it on his hand. In an instant, a soft and warm force blew through his body like a spring breeze, making him feel a sense of ease and joy that he had never felt before in these years.

He stared at the bracelet and laughed, and said to Fox beside him: "Oh, Fox, this bracelet is amazing! It's really mysterious oriental magic, right?"

Fox tilted his head, staring at the bracelet with his bright eyes, then called out softly twice, as if really answering him.
