Mysteries: Arcana Wars

Chapter 191 Big Bang

The floor of the room began to crack and then fell. Before Fors could come to his senses, the adventurer lifted up the limp Fors and rushed out the door with the detective.

Just as the three of them rushed to the corridor, the door of the next room suddenly opened, and a man in a red robe walked out tremblingly.

The red-robed man held a blood-stained steel bar in his hand, and the blood splashed a dark color on his red robe, and then fell down. The corner of the robe that fell to the ground left a hideous blood trail.

He seemed very tired and dazed, with faint dark circles under his eyes. His brown eyes trembled in his deep eye sockets, wandering aimlessly, and when he saw the three people, he suddenly locked onto the adventurer who was dressed the most decently.

"Go to hell! You shameless rich people!"

The man in red robe suddenly jumped up, like a landmine that was stepped on and suddenly became excited. He screamed and raised the steel bar towards the adventurer, as if the person in front of him was not a stranger he had only met once, but an enemy who had killed his entire family.

But with a gunshot, the man in red robe staggered a few times and fell in a pool of blood.

Before Fors could scream, she was carried away by the adventurer and the detective.

“Don’t look, don’t think too much. The only thing you need to focus on now is to escape.” The adventurer changed his posture and carried Fors on his shoulders.

"Are they here to hunt me down again?!"

Fors screamed, the familiar posture awakened some of her rationality.

"No, this should be an organized attack."

Klein even suspected that it was this group of people who had just purchased a large amount of explosives at the exchange.

The corridor began to collapse, and the detective and the adventurer jumped up and grabbed the temporarily solid ceiling above. But the next second, the solid ceiling fell down in one piece, and the three people who lost their stability fell into the dilapidated ground.

...Your ceiling is really damn solid...

As he fell, Klein complained in his mind while carefully observing his surroundings. He tried to grab the only remaining electromagnetic track and slide down to relieve the force, but he always had to jump in this space because of the broken track.

Soon, Klein discovered the anomaly of the fall. It was as if there was an irresistible attraction beneath the ground, tearing everything in the dungeon into pieces and dragging it downwards.

“【Falling】!! 【Falling】!! 【Falling】!!”

A man in a red robe stood on the top floor of the exchange, holding a palm-sized weight and shouting at the top of his lungs in the unpleasant Hermetic language.

Klein seized the opportunity and quickly grabbed the spiritual thread of the red-robed man. Just as the brief transformation was about to be completed, a fierce spiritual warning hit his mind like a huge hammer, shocking him so much that he immediately let go of the other party's spiritual thread.

...We must not establish this kind of connection with these red-robed people...

...Otherwise, something will crawl up along this spiritual line...!!

The puppet transformation was not completed, but the moment of stiffness still had a huge impact on the red-robed man who was the weight. The red-robed man and his weight fell from the commanding heights and fell into the depths of the underground city.

Being in the core electromagnetic orbital field, Klein could see more clearly what was happening in this area.

Many people in red robes rushed into the private rooms of the exchange, shouting and slaughtering the guests indiscriminately. Some of them even carried piles of explosives and launched suicide attacks on the staff of the exchange and the entire building.

"Hateful rich people! Shameful rich people!"

The red-robed men shouted, wearing identical red robes, and shouted slogans fanatically. They rushed into each room without hesitation, and attacked every guest who participated in the transaction with simple tools. Broken steel bars, rusty long wrenches, notched kitchen knives, broken water pipes... Many red-robed men gathered into an ominous red tide, pouring into every corner of the underground city Cotton Alley, and rushed towards the burning muzzles of the guns without hesitation.

"We, the 'Exiles', will rescue every brother and sister you have killed! Every gold coin in your hand is stained with our blood! They are all the wealth that should have belonged to us!"

Then, those red-robed men fell to the bottom of the pit due to explosions, building collapses or counterattacks. While falling, they did not forget to use the last moments of their lives to violently destroy the electromagnetic orbits in the core area.

"Hey, little sister! Catch this!"

A twisted iron plate flew towards the three people. After jumping and colliding, the three people landed steadily on the iron plate. This iron plate should have been an iron door, but now because of its twisted shape, it is really stuck at both ends of the electromagnetic track, replacing the track capsule cabin and becoming a simple skateboard.

Fors looked up and saw a hot blonde beauty wearing a baseball cap winking at her. Then she stepped on a broken iron plate and jumped down the broken track, leaving a trail of sparks.

It’s the beautiful lady who just bought a pipe at the grocery store!

"Don't die here, little sister!"

Fors even saw the hot beauty in the baseball cap flash by and blow her a kiss.

Although this might be a little inappropriate, for a moment Fors actually felt that this beautiful blonde sister who was delivering iron gates in the midst of electric sparks was so handsome!

With a sudden leap, the three people's track came to the end. The weathered iron gate rushed downward under the dual effects of inertia and [falling], and after turning several circles in the air, it landed on another track.

Fors slammed hard on the iron gate and found himself at the very front of it. The twisted protrusion in his hand was like the joystick of a skateboard.

And Fors saw the end of the railroad track in the distance.

"Fors, you control the direction." The adventurer behind him suddenly said.

“W-what!?” Fors exclaimed.

"Hold on to the iron door. I feel dizzy and have a headache."

Fors looked back in panic and found that the adventurer lying on the door panel was covering his head with a frown on his face, while the detective fell behind the door panel, curled up his legs and unable to move.

"I'll watch over Hermann, you watch the road!"

"Don't look at me, look ahead!"

The adventurer twisted Fors's head roughly, then lowered his head due to dizziness, and pointed tremblingly in a dark direction ahead.

"When you jump off the track, try to land in that ditch over there, get stuck and slide down!"

But when he jumped into the air and held the iron gate, Fors discovered that the so-called ditch was actually wider than five people and led to an unknown depth that was bottomless.

"You call that a canal?!"

The panicked Fors screamed in the air.

"That's so authentic!!"
