Hogwarts: I am the White Lord

Chapter 342: A New Duel Hall

At the beginning of the school year, the learning atmosphere on campus is extremely strong. Coupled with the excitement of the top five competition, students are even more particular about practicing every minute.

As soon as the get out of class was over, many students rushed into the auditorium like the wind, and after eating a few mouthfuls of food, they went straight to the duel hall.

As soon as they entered the duel hall, they were surprised to find that there was a wide staircase leading directly to the underground on the right side of the main entrance.

There is a big sign hanging on the wall next to the stairs, which reads:

[In the dungeon area, enjoy the joy of magic like a game! ]

The school renovated the duel hall during the summer vacation!

Copy area?

What's new?

Never heard of it.

The little wizards became interested and walked downstairs in two or three steps to find out what was going on.

A spacious circular hall comes into view, with a design that is quite grand and technological.

Several huge magic display screens are hung high in the center, like movie screens, brightly displaying the clearance rankings of different copies.

More than a dozen names have been recorded under some copies. They are all the results of students who had no classes in the morning. The rankings above are constantly flashing, inspiring everyone to try hard.

There are also rows of operating tables in the center of the hall, which are distributed in an orderly manner.

There was a faint magical light around each operating table. Little wizards stood in front of each operating table, constantly clicking on the magic screen.

There are many small rooms around the hall, which are magic copies.

"Merlin's dueling gym," Ron looked around in amazement. "I bet this must be a new trick that Professor Swan has come up with."

"Only his mind could have so many novel and interesting ideas."

"It should be him," Harry nodded. "He often went to school during the summer vacation. When I asked him, he always told me mysteriously that I would know when school started."

"Hermione should really come with us instead of messing around with her House-Elf Club."

As he spoke, he rushed to an empty operating table: "Hurry up, Harry, let's go and take a look. There are more and more students. I don't want to wait in line when there are too many people."

The two came to an operating table and started operating excitedly.

"Harry, there are two options: a single-player copy and a multiplayer copy. Which one should we choose?"

"Click and see first!"

Click on the single-player copy, and the names of the copies are listed on it, including [Happy Candy Crush], [Spells vs. Zombies], [Little Wizards Rush Forward], etc.

"That's so cool," Ron clicked on the description of [Little Wizards Rush Forward], his eyes shining, "Dodge attacks while moving forward at high speed. This tests our reaction speed and agility. It's quite interesting."

“It even has different difficulty levels to meet the needs of different students.”

"Harry, why don't we play with this first and see what it's like?"

Harry pointed at the screen and said, "I think we shouldn't rush to choose. Let's see what the multiplayer instance is like first."

Click on the multiplayer copy, and there are many options such as [Save Auror Ryan], [Field Healer], [Defend Potatoes], [Magic Expedition], etc.

At the top of all the options, there is a copy specially marked [Warrior's Glory], and next to it is a line of small words written, a multiplayer copy, specially designed for the top five championship.

"Choose this one!" Ron couldn't take his eyes off the introduction and stretched out his finger to click on it.

However, after clicking on the name of this copy, I found that this copy is temporarily locked and will not be open to everyone until the first duel club.

There was no choice but to make a new choice.

After choosing for a long time, the two were at a loss as to whether to choose [Protect the Potatoes] or [Magic Expedition].

After research and decision, they both agreed to choose [Protect the Potatoes] first, because according to the description, this copy is simple and crude, and only requires constantly dealing with the attacking monsters.

Unlike [Magic Expedition], this copy will comprehensively test the knowledge points of all subjects.

After finalizing the copy, Harry scratched his head and asked, "Which difficulty should we choose?"

Ron immediately shouted, "Maximum! The difficulty must be maximized. Choose the difficulty for adult wizards."

As soon as he finished speaking, a mocking voice came from the side: "Weasley, you are so confident that you choose the highest difficulty level right away. Aren't you afraid of making a mistake and losing face?"

"Malfoy," Ron replied, "If you're scared, you can start at level one. That's a playground for first graders. You'll definitely be able to kill everyone there."

"Oh, by the way, you need to swipe your student ID to activate the dungeon, and senior students' clearance of low-level dungeons will not be recorded on the clearance leaderboard."

"No matter how brave you are, it won't be recorded."

Scared?

What a hell joke.

There is no word fear in my Malfoy dictionary.

Besides, I, Malfoy, have never let down my guard since I was defeated by Potter for the first time.

Every day I am either practicing spells or on the way to practice spells.

In order to improve my skills, I even gave up my hobby of Quidditch, and I even practiced during the holidays.

"hehe--"

Malfoy glanced at Ron with his nose in the air.

"Do you know what the weight of winning first place in two duel tournaments is?"

"How dare you, a little Karami who can never even make it to the finals, come and try to cheat me!"

"Do you dare to make a bet to see who performs better in the dungeon?"

Just bet!

I'm afraid you're not a Gryffindor!

Ron did not hesitate and immediately selected [Protect the Potatoes] on the screen, then put his student ID on the screen.

A line of prompts immediately appeared on the screen:

[You have chosen to protect potatoes. This instance is a five-player instance. Please choose to actively add team members or freely match.]

"It's your turn, Malfoy."

Malfoy was not vague and immediately registered his name with his student ID, then he looked at Harry.

"Potter, I've been waiting for you. You are the opponent I want."

Harry shook his head helplessly. He wanted to try the fourth level first to see what the difficulty was. He didn't expect these two people to make the decision for him directly.

Just decide!

If you don't even dare to choose the adult wizard difficulty, don't even think about signing up for the Top Five Tournament.

Thinking of this, he suddenly felt heroic and walked forward to register his name.

As a result, there are still two people missing from the copy quota.

Ron walked around in the crowd and soon brought over his two roommates, Neville and Seamus.

After registering everyone's name, a new prompt appeared on the screen.

[The copy is being generated. Please go to room 30. The time limit is three minutes. If you fail to do so, the room will be reassigned. ]

Seeing this prompt, the five people did not dare to delay and hurried to the door of Room 30 and opened the door with their student ID cards.
